Take care of your people here! The guys and girls at the counter and outside are always top notch. This time the girl at the counter was running three registers at the same time to keep things moving, and the guy outside was working by himself in the pouring rain. Not slowing down, not complaining. Professional. Pleasant and upbeat.

Lot is packed. I went in the posted correct way and the girl (rude) behind the desk said I went in the wrong way and should have came in the exit. She assumed I had been there before and knew that I was to go the wrong way. Sh was stotty and when the guy that was supposed to help me walked out, nobody said follow him. We waited for about 10 min and he moved some trailers around so I could make the turn. That guy was nice, the front desk girl was a piece of work.

My Ubox stayed in place and I emptied it on-site. Closeout the contracts once they are complete. The customer shouldn't have to call to have charges reversed.

There's hardly any space to move around on the property. It's an accident waiting to happen. Also, the mileage rate is starting to seriously get out of hand. Then, I was charged extra for fuel when I shouldn't have been because I left the needle at the exact same spot that I got it. I took before and after pictures of the miles and the fuel.

I asked for written signature just in case I had a problems with my refund and they seem to have a big problem with that and I just find that very unprofessional. I understand it might not have been necessary but I feel it was very low effort request to please the customer. They said , I would be able to get a signature , but when I actually got the paper , there wasn't a handwritten signature and I was going to ask about it , but she ran away very quickly. There is an electronic signature in that is why I laughed.I do think it is sufficient I just feel the customer wasn't very valued in this situation.

I'm just disappointed that you gave me a big truck that I didn't need and because you didn't have any of the smaller trucks available there was a big blind spot and I've been exhausted from the move and working on top of it I had an accident breaking a post for the overhang that you pull under to return the U-Haul but I'll get over it and probably end up paying for the damages but will not affect me doing business with U-Haul in the future

I always use this location and have never had a problem. I was double charged because they said I was more than a hour late but I did return it at 12:00pm but there was a lot of returns and people coming in and out. I was told to leave the truck there and they would check it in. I am told that it was checked in at 12:22pm. I feel like this is not fair and I am very upset the matter.

The line was incredibly long for reasons I'm uncertain of. It seemed like the staff working the front were moving in slow motion and generally, the location seemed understaffed. I called before showing up and noone picked up.

The place was a zoo - multiple entrances with little room to maneuver and no signage. I realize it was right across from a college at move in time but they should have lanes to travel through. Multiple employees didn’t offer any information or help. Not sure why we had to travel more than 30 minutes from our home in Flagler Beach to return the trailer.

It was overwhelmingly over stocked with inventory it was nearly impossible to navigate the parking lot without backing in circles even with a trailer attached. The stave was very nice but spend more time directing the congestion crisis than renting, cleaning, and returning inventories.

Self Check in is not available at this location for Cargo Vans. But this is not on the website so I lost my place in a long queue to check in because I thought it was possible to do self check in. wasted over an hour of my time. Also would have been cheaper to rent the 15' box truck than the van since this location REQUIRES with no notification on line the $15.00 a day insurance for vans since he says they are "leased" not owned. So my 19.95 rental turned into over $80.00. not great service.

My experience returning the U-Haul equipment sullied the experience I had. When I returned the U-Haul, one of the team members was extremely rude to my spouse. We returned the next day to return a piece of equipment that I forgot. We discussed our experience with the manager on duty and she apologized continually for our experience with your team member. I completely understood the plight of how busy that center is especially at this time of year. We also agreed that the exchange was not acceptable.

There were so many trucks and trailers here I had to back my vehicle out of the entrance to get out while another customer had to wait for me to clear. Definitely an inventory management issue as I passed four U-Haul locations to get there where I could have dropped the vehicle off

This location was confusing. Equipment return signs were visible, but location is so overloaded with equipment that it is nearly unusable. Accidents waiting to happen everywhere as people come in the wrong entrance and then have to turnaround. If you have the option, go someplace else.

Ordered through app. Upon pickup verification was taking a long time via app. Went inside, they said app does not work for renting vans… They finished verification at the desk. Attendant added on insurance without asking. Manager refused to remove it. The manager Brandon M is a dickhead.

This service is so well run like a fine piece of machinery. Every aspect from renting the container to the telephone communication to the delivery and pick up. Every part of this operation is above and beyond what I expected. I am so pleased with this service I have told everyone how good they are. Renting these containers for up to a month truly takes the stress out of moving. Plenty of time to pack them and unpack them. So many blankets to insure your belongings arrive unbroken. Ashley was my driver and she was amazing! She helped me place the containers in just the right spot. Thinking ahead to leave room to open doors, gates etc. Ashley can drive a forklift like nobody's business. The entire staff is awesome. Rent these containers with complete confidence that you will be taken care of 100% through the whole process. Thank you uhaul and thank you Ashley!!!!

Everything was alright but when I reserved a 15 ft truck on Saturday for Sunday it wasn't ready and totally chaos to go through the parking lot and find it! 😔 Pretty mixed up considering I tried to avoid all of that by reserving it the day before

There was no parking left to drop off the truck. I had to have someone who was also dropping off equipment help me get the tow dolly out of a vey busy travel lane by disconnecting it a forcibly dragging it over the curb into the parking spot.

I moved out for the following reasons; 1) Tough moving my supplies when there are U-Haul trucks ALWAYS parked in front of the door entrance ALL the time!!!! 2) the price per month is too much for my budget where I can go a couple miles east and get a storage locker for 4 months for what I paid at the U-Haul storage.

Facility is overstocked with trucks. Storage facilities are blocked by 6-7 trucks. Had to maneuver around trucks to get to unit/facility.

Storage was clean and staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there were trucks parked in front of storage doors blocking the exit making it hard to remove items being taken out. Had to go into office to see if the truck could get moved. Just inconvenient.

They were rude and very dismissive I moved here on my own paid for storage they charged me for two even though I didn’t use it was no reimbursed which is a scam I asked for assistance moving a few things since I was all by myself the lady said “no there busy rudely” and they were outside laughing I’ve used U-Haul for years and never gotten this kind of treatment the worst I’ve ever been to not that this review will change anything but good luck with this group

I love ❤️ my space and the location. And love how it’s so secured. When you have to have a card to enter . I was referred the very FRIST time with courtesy complementary from U-Haul during the hurricane Milton. They were so friendly and helpful. With my other storage closed due to the hurricane very early . And I rented a U-Haul van . And I had to keep your ba. Over nite . But your U-Haul company SAVE ME 😀. And I will NEVER . Forget that . As a longtime and frequent UHaul customer in multiple locations across the US, the Daytona Beach facility on Intl Speedway Blvd has one of the friendliest and most efficient staffs ever. I also must give Jennifer big props as she is very customer service oriented and knowledgable regarding all aspects of the rental process, and a real asset to the company.

The parking is a nightmare, about 5 spaces for customers. Facility is old/outdated, needs painted, cleaned, no lights in unit working, very bad musty smell, ceiling in unit damaged from rain, looks like it would fall in.

This is a joke. The light is out on the ceiling, floor dirty, dead bugs all over.I had to ask to have it swept out, they acted as if I had 4 heads ! NO PLACE TO PARK !! THEY NEED a complete do over,remodel,etc. A few employees were pleasant, the rest were jerks.

Lied about 24 hr access, and cost us money for a hotel due to our condo not allowing us to have a trailer on the property, so we had to get a hotel to park the uhaul trailer cause we couldn’t unload into your storage unit.

Easy process, affordable unit pricing with insurance for belongings available. Moving our stuff to storage was a simple process, although I wish Uhaul had more storage units at our Location Daytona Beach. It was a challenge to fit into the only unit left! Tetris masters, fit things in like puzzle pieces! Overall I can not complain.

I was given the truck 24 miles to go for empty. I returned it with more gas than I picked it up with. I was still charged an additional $30 for fuel. Even though I had already spent $30 on fuel. I was never given any copies of the paperwork, I had to ask. I find this to be very wrong. They said they gave me a $30 fuel credit to begin with, which I see see, but it is not reflected in the original bill or anywhere. Never again with uhaul unless I feel getting ripped off again.

The gas mileage on the rental truck was wrong, I told them before I left and they said just use the app, I’m busy. Today they charged my bank account for November payment which over draft my account. Obviously I should not have been charged since this very survey says I left. I’m beyond unhappy and would like corporate to contact me.
