Staff needs to take time to supervise equipment before delivery. I was issued a Damaged Tow Dolly with torn straps attached to thin wire rapped around because original bracket was missing. I had to return the 9ft van after hours , after a very hard day of bad weather lots of driving closed freeways alternative GPS route a hour and a half delay on that route and unloading late in to the night . Absolutely exhausted when I dropped off the van but I was unable to get on the app to check out it may have been me but I believe this should be a lot simpler. The rental agent answered all my questions before I asked them . The van drove excellent very clean safe and comfortable . Overall very bad moving experience with excellent U-Haul service .Jack H.

I picked up the vehicle with 3/8 of a tank. Awful. Far from the expected 3/4. Spent more on gas to get over 3/4 as I did on mileage for the day. (37 miles). The online check-in and return were long and onerous. Idk if I'd recommend that.Kevin R.

Perfect pick up and drop off easy instructions. 2nd time renting a truck in the last 2wk period. First time blankets where not given to us, but got a refund. I selected a mobile pick up. I tried to locate my vehicle twice and could not find it. Eventually I went to the office and I was given a 10ft vehicle. I reserved a dolly which they did not have for me. It made my move more difficult and take longer than needed. I ended up having to rent a dolly from Home Depot for $32. The only issue is the elevators stopped working and I was unable complete move in. This turned out to be an inconvenience for me because I had hired helpers to assist me in the move due to time constraints. Again the issue was not worth staff but either the facility’s equipment e.g. elevator. The young lady who did all my transactions from buying a storage and the next day when I returned the truck was very helpful and had very delightful customer service!!!! You can tell right from the jump she's goes above and beyond for her customers and if it's possible to do something she will do it with no problem and with a smile on her face. It's rare to come across people with customer service as genuine as hers so this was definitely a pleasant experience. I wasn't informed about the gate that blocked entrance and exit to the second floor parking. That was inconvenient. I had to ask the lady in the office and discovered that I needed a remote to get in and out. The elevator gave me some trouble? I had to log in and out at least 3 or 4 times. Some young people riding on 3 wheelers were blocking parking to the office and were being disruptive! Not a good idea to let them hang out in the parking area, not professional!
