Derek P | Overall ExperienceThey transferred my reservation for my truck the day of my pick-up to RAW FINANCIAL who did my contract incorrectly and now is looking to charge me double for the truck that I rented. This all could've been avoided if my original contract was honored by where I reserved my truck. Ironically enough, I pulled in and they had trucks to be rented. Never use them again.

Rontrell A | Overall ExperienceMy wife and I found it pretty hard to get the right information about how to move into our unit and drop the trailer. We were pretty anxious about making sure we would be able to move in on time and get the trailer dropped off, but we got different information each time we called the facility. When we arrived, we had to do self-check-in, and it was very hard in this facility to figure out how to get the elevator to go to the right floor. Would appreciate more clear instructions about all these factors in an obvious place in the facility.

CECILIA R | Overall ExperienceSome of the employees was not helpful, there was this guy and I didn't get his name was so helpful with the move out bc it was so stressful bc the card kept logging out and the elevators were not working correctly at all. I think she was the manger. It's ridiculous for her to be like that and people are trying to move out before there do date. She didn't even look at my account properly and wouldn't even help, that guy did and I appreciate him and if he isn't the manager he should be. I talked to other customers and they said the same thing her attitude and she wouldn't help. I hate to say this but he is a white guy with tattoos, so many people talked highly of him and about the guys but her, she is a piece of work and when I called a girl a girl told me I didn't have to make a reservation, and the Hispanic lady told me if I didn't come in early I wouldn't have gotten a truck. She doesn't know why she told me that and they always run out of trucks. She said I was lucky and I was bc it was busy, very busy but the place is clean and I didn't have any problems with my stuff being there at all. I really appreciate that. Thank you

EBONY D | Overall ExperienceAn employee at the facility named Shimirah moved me out of my rental, which I never requested. Thankfully Rachel was the manager on duty and was able to get me moved back in. The employee stated that she was called and told to end the rental contract, which obviously I never did. U Haul should have a policy where people must come in person to end a rental agreement. I have been in this rental for 3 years and my autopay was just taken out, so you can imagine why I was shocked when I arrived and had this problem.
