Dionysios T | Overall ExperienceAhsha was incredibly helpful yesterday helping me get a storage unit established and a 26' van scheduled for next week. Crystal initially set up my storage unit, but upon looking at it I needed to get a larger one so Ahsha helped me get that set up and helped me get access to the 3rd floor to get some items from the smaller unit that I had left and could not get to that floor after switching to a larger unit. She offered me a bottle of water as I was sweating due to the heat. I am a little concerned there are no flat bottom open carts available so I will have to just purchase my own cart for this location. The cubesmart where my items are stored now has 4 flat bottom carts (like you see at Home Depot or Lowes) and is very helpful when grabbing items in and out of the storage unit

Dionysios T | Online Move InI didn’t plan on having storage for the extended period that I did. I was never bothered for the time that I had to stay in my units. The one issue I had with the location is that there seems to be a shortage of carts. The location has a homeless problem where they enter the facility and walk off with the equipment.
