Eric HI am extremely disappointed with the equipment provided for my recent rental. The 26ft truck I initially received was unsafe, with severe shaking at 40mph and faulty brakes. When I reported this, I was told this was 'normal' performance, which is unacceptable. The 20ft replacement was also in poor condition, struggling significantly and dragging throughout the entire trip. Please address these maintenance issues before someone gets hurt.
winnie sReserved a 26 footer and 24 blankets five days in advance. The day before my move, Uhaul calls saying they only had 20 footer available. OK, I will make it work. I show up morning of the move on a tight timeline and worker says they only have 6 blankets left and ask if that's OK. I explain it's not OK as I needed more and I chose this location because they confirmed they had them. They refused to give any discount for the poor experience. Then I hop into the truck and it says it only has enough gas to drive 3 miles. I ask the employee and he tells me to drive to the nearest gas station, making my move day now beginning late. The General Manager was there for all of this and had a nasty attitude. I'm a very reasonable person but the anti-customer culture with the GM and his team is hard to deal with. I will not return to this location.

mariam aThe truck I rented had less miles returning than going out which means the gas was not at 1/2 tank. I drove 6 miles and replaced the gas with $20.00 which was 4.5 gallons. U-Haul realized they had a mileage error on the contract, so they turned around and said I did not replace the gasoline. However, if the mileage was in error that would mean the gas was in error. Therefore, I am going to dispute this transaction and will not rent here again. Thank you

With me did not take a picture of the truck like they usually do when they connect and check that the lights were working will not use that location again

SKYE FMy uhaul broke down 3 times in one day, I had to leave the engine on the whole time as it wouldn’t start, had to be jumped, I was charged 132$ then was only refunded $50!! It was a terrible experience!! Cost me more than $300 in extra labor due to time lost and extra charges, I started with 3/8 tank of fuel and sent it back with 3/8 tank of fuel but was still charged for fuel usage even though I had to let it idle because it wouldn’t start when shut off!! Horrible!!

Zaccai PDon’t advertise furniture dollies to rent when you don’t have them. Don’t send 60 year old handicapped person to go find the truck, figure out how to open lock on back of truck to get ignition key out! Pull truck up for people. No knob on window crank. Tire pressure light was on, uhaul worker kicked the tire and said it was fine. I asked for a different truck. Bad customer service.

DEAN LOver all based on the person's at this location great experience. The website had crashed and what should ha e been a 4 minute transaction ended up being 50 plus minutes. The guys in the shop handled it great though.
Troy SThe customer service that U-Haul provides is second to none. I’ve used U-Haul more than a dozen times and I have never been disappointed. I would like to give a special shout out to the team where I picked up my trailer today because my truck broke down a block away from the return location and they were able to come and pick up the trailer because I wasn’t able to drop it off myself. I will always use U-Haul and recommend it to anyone that I know. Thank you so much.
STEVEN STruck was clean inside the cab and cargo area but some of the wooden rails on the walls of the box were broken and had jagged edges. The staff were very polite and professional. If it wasn’t for the broken rails I would have given an excellent rating.
