I spent about 3 hours on the phone with multiple people at U-haul to schedule the drop off and unloading of my box. If it hadn't been for the moving company (Antonio's Moving Service) I don't think the job would have been done. I would NOT RECOMMEND U-haul Box service.Brian P.

The Representative that served me was not customer friendly. He told me he had to charge up front 100 miles and I would be reimbursed upon return of the uhaul. The other Representative told a customer he only needed to put 15 miles up front. The vehicle was on less than 1/4 of a tank of gas and the Representative would not put any fuel in the vehicle.Wanda L.

It's not the location it's Uhaul I would never recommend Uhaul to anyone as a matter of fact I'm already on Instagram Tik tok and ill be going to Facebook next to post my story of pictures and video of my miserable experience. I normally go.to the Tippecanoe and Baseline location. I did not appreciate getting a calli the night before informing my truck will not be available at Tippecanoe but D Street and Rialto Ave had the truck. I found the D St and Rialto Av much better, and staff very helpfull. Going forward that will be my new location.Alfred P.

I tried to drop-off the rental truck (which happened to be after-hours) and was totally confused on proper procedure in correct drop offs. My application kept freezing when attempting to input mileage and gas levels. I searched for a drop box but couldn't find anything. I tried calling the after-hours emergency number (posted on door) to only reach no one. They charged me for a dolly that wasn't in my possession and the mileage levels were incorrect because I never had the opportunity to input the data on my phone app. Need accessable customer service.Bryn W.

The manager here provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and check the air in not only the auto transport I was picking up but also the 10' truck I had picked up earlier in the day from another Uhaul location. Friendly and proficient. I would want this guy working for me or on my team. I wish I had his name. Younger guy, worked for the company for several years, was the location manager I believe.Jeffrey S.
SIMPLE ! Treat others as you would appreciate being treated . Example .. After getting a 15 foot van in a brief time at 7am ... at 81 years of age , with a with my son and a couple of friends ,I began a very long arduous day demolishing ,loading, taking full loads from my 5000 sf warehouse the to local dump . After emptying, cleaning returning the truck at 5pm I returned to my office . I realized later that I couldn't find my i phone with info of credit card , ID , bank accounts etc !! I I LOOKED EVERYWHERE I HAD BEEN ...ROOM BY ROOM.... NOTHING. Couldn't call U Haul . Drove back to U Haul...Found attendant who checked records for the truck . Noted that it was still waiting across the street to be serviced ... walked over quickly ahead of me ....In a short time ...in the distance I saw him waving...as he got closer , I began to hear him with my hearing aids .. " I FOUND IT !!... IT WAS UNDER THE SEAT " I SCREAMED !!! " BLESS YOU , BROTHER ! Muchas gracias ." He was probably in his twenties ...All in this TOGETHER .Gregory V.

Have reserved equipment ready and available when customer come to pick it up. San Bernadino and Redlands locations do not coordinate assets. While I waited for hours to get my reserved u boxes 2 other families were told their reserved equipment was not available and they were left hanging in the breeze with no other alternative available. I was told repeatedly that I could have a shipper pick up the full boxes from the yard to transport to Alaska, then told after I delivered the boxes and I was back inAlaska that could not happen due to Liability ???? However I could have a private individual pick them up??? Liability??? UHaul is messed up and needs to tighten their business model. I will never recommend UHaul to anyone as a moving option.Richard E.

This location was extremely crowded and hard to get into. Once we arrived, no one was there to greet us and we were not sure what to do to return the truck. After about 3 minutes a staff member came over and he was very nice and helpful, but things should have been more clear beforehand.Frank B.

There were issues every step of the way. Drop off was not delivered til the day after and I wasn't even notified until my delivery window had passed. The next day, they were late again. Pick up was a day late with no notification again. There were several issues with my ubox delivery to my new address that were never mentioned before I tried scheduling, and we're it handled promptly, accurately, and I spent a week calling every day talking to several people to get the help we needed. So disappointed. Moving is stressful as it is and the lack of knowledge and communication made it that much more stressful. Managent was incompetent and unwilling to help, return my calls, or step up to get the issues solved. I'm disappointed to say the least. I never did get a call back from the GM. That's been the theme however, no one seems to want to get things done and it puts a lot of unnecessary stress on the customer. Horrible.Amber L.

I had some break-ins from people and missing items but the U-Haul Moving Storage was weeded out from thieves and now I think it's just not being vandalized anymore Courtesy and professional are the staff, which I like and friendly with respect is a plus for me I got a place now but I am skeptical about it just making sure I don't get ripped off, here, that's why I haven't ended my storage unit yet, LA is very unpredictable.
