I rented a uhaul for an hour in town and they charged me for every mile when originally I was quoted free 25 miles. That was disappointing to be charged $63 when I was quoted $19

Customer service on the phone, the driver’s picking up/dropping off the boxes, and the ability to pick drop off and pick up dates were extremely helped. There is no automation involved and I actually spoke to humans for every step of the process. Knowing if I had any questions or concerns I could actually call and speak to someone. I move from one state to another and everything I packed was delivered perfectly. I would highly recommend using the U-HAUL boxes.

Rosa UThe location I normally rent from did not have the trailer I needed. They found one not far from there and reserved it for me. The location on University Drive was clean, well-managed, and had all the room I needed to get hitched up. I was in and out very fast and was able to meet my appointment even though I had to go to two locations. I don't believe U-haul has even let me down. It is one of the reasons I keep going back. I appreciate the attention to detail they provide.

Steven TI treated poorly i was lied to by management! I asked for a receipt I was ignored i was treated very poorly! I was told that I needed to return the cargo van cause they had others needing the cargo van! They lied that van was sitting with the other van in the same place I drove it from! I was threatened it would be reported stolen if I didn't make payment right away! She's not friendly to everyone! She picks she will tell you I'm gonna make note of it and will treat you as your a criminal trying to still a uhaul van! I get it there are some out there that won't return equipment! I don't deserve to be treated as such! When I brought back the van there was no one to greet me! I waited and eventually I had to walk the keys in the store no one came out like the sign said! The hospitality at the location is horrible! And need training
Charles GI did not check mileage my fault but it was incorrect and I was charged for 40 additional miles not used. Also I payed my storage unit 5 days ago and it was still double locked.
KRYSTLE RQuick and efficient check in. Easily made changes to online reservation. Vehicle was running with cold air blowing when I exited the building. 1000% will be a return customer to this location.

James BI expressed concern over tire condition on auto transport trailer. As i had to drive across country. They ensured me the tires were fine. They looked really old on passenger side. Tire blew out. I had to cover extra time. The insurance I paid for ($70) did nothing.

Sean J29 dollars to rent a truck turned into 200 dollars because u have to charge for every damn mile, should have a flat rate price for UNLIMITED MILES instead(a complete ripoff for me) regardless if it helped accomplish in what I needed to get done; never again! I’ll just ask a friend with a truck and just pay for a full tank of gas $50 dollars not $200!

ELLEN COther originally scheduled Uhaul location “Sticker Station” in Denton is too small for this type of vehicle or longer vehicles to be picked up there. So it was changed to new NASA sized location. A good practice. It was well stocked with hitch accessories and all went smoothly. Thx.

Patricia Salthough friendly, I didn't like her using her cell phone to check me in. Every needed to do the job should be provided by U Haul. I was LATE cause I had to request they clean the van...even then, it was half done. muddy floorboard, dusty seat and reeked of nasty cigarette smoke. I advised her of the loud scary screeching sound when you put it in reverse with foot on brakes. although friendly, having to wait unexpectedly to do what should had already been done, was a done deal for me! I may never return to that location. upon return I told Deccolian (i think was his name) what happen requested partial refund he said the mgr Odetta Ferdinand will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow still has come.

Edward VComplaint. Overall experience with the equipment and rental location was great. The issue was after reserving the trailer and your system telling me where to return it on a one way trip, which was 6 miles away from my move, I received a text while driving to my destination that I needed to return the trailer over 20 miles away from my destination. I called and said what is the deal, she said that location doesn't accept trailers. Well, that would not work for me, I called and spent 3 calls asking for a better option. Finally, they worked it out but it caused a lot of stress asking me to spend 1.5 hours with traffic returning the trailer, when we agreed when I reserved online where the.return location was which was only 6 miles away and convenient.

Sonal VWe had to call the main UHaul number because there didn’t seem to be anyone at the store when we got there. It took a bit for the guy to come out and he came out of the bathroom. Then the truck we were given had maybe a fourth of a tank of gas so we had to stop and get gas the very first thing. The movers were waiting for us when we got to my apartment.
