I go to this location twice a year to rent a trailer to move my golf cart. every time the wait is an hour on average. sometimes there is only one person working on a Saturday morning, the busiest day of the week. my last experience was the worst. I did the online check in to save time. when I arrived you find very upset employees because the line is out the door and there are only two people working. I hook up my trailer and I am told the my 2018 f350 is not set up to haul your trailer, after setting everything up online. I ask why and was told my factory ford hitch is not set up to haul the trailer that I get twice a year for the last 5 years. I am told I yes I need hooks. so after losing it with your moron employee and being a crane operator for a living I provide hooks and shackles to satisfy this moron. I will never ever go back

All the customer service reps that are at this location are absolutely wonderful and accommodating. I cant thank them enough for being so nice and calming and courteous. Anyone that has moved knows hows stressful and overwhelming it can be and to have people in CS be kind is a blessing. Thank you.

No one in store when I went to pick up truck. Called out to guy working outside on marquee. I could see he was annoyed at being disturbed. He acted very impatient behind the counter as he was bouncing, tapping his foot like Miss Thang with an attitude the whole time he was processing my reservation. I purchased some tape and he didn't bother to ask if I wanted it added to my reservation; I didn't. He seemed annoyed I was paying cash. When he finished, he sent me on my way to inspect the truck. I had to ask where it was since he didn't bother to tell me. I noticed damage and since he was nearby at the marquee again, I called out to him. I heard him whisper under his breath "Jesus Christ." He said he'd get a sticker, I suggested he get several. As I pointed out damage, he seemed annoyed again as he affixed the stickers. Like I was really wasting his time. Clearly, customer service was not his first priority that day. Worst experience I have ever had at a Uhaul. What can you do to improve for the next customer? Retrain him or keep him from interacting with customers altogether. Also, stop putting dollies and blankets in the trucks that we can't remove or use without paying for them. If I rent a truck, I want to be able to utilize every single inch of it without space being taken up with YOUR stuff you're trying to sell. Clean out the cup holders, too. Just nasty.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever dealt with. From beginning to end. When I first rented with you guys I was told the date the moving company would be. They never showed, I also didn’t know at the time that you went through a third party. I had to be out of my apartment and be at work. 2 days later a moving company showed up. Instead of you guys fixing the problem I had to call these no one stepped up. Then on top of it you charged for company that never showed and I just got that reversed after almost 4 months. Then I try to get in my ubox and the East Providence location doesn’t answer there phone so I had to wait another 24 hours to pick up my U-Haul. My boyfriend gets charged an extra 80 dollars because we had the truck extra time because you guys can’t get it together. I am reassured that everything is all set and everything has been taking care per Sandie and then you charge me for a Ubox that I don’t have. Like how much more does a customer have to go through. They did nothing for me for all my aggravation. They gave me back my money that should have never been taken out in the first place.

I used the sharing program . The app wouldn't let me take photos of my license or a selfie. The mileage on the app compared to the actual milage on the truck was about 2000 miles less but it wouldn't allow me to change it on the app. The app said that there was 1/2 tank of gas when there was in fact less than 1/4 thank of gas and it wouldn't allow me to change that either. After 45 minutes of trying to get the process started I gave up. It was hours before the office opened and the customer service number left me on hold for and hour. Also the app said that I agreed to all the info about the truck when in fact it wouldn't let me enter anything.

Could not look up my name. I kept getting rejected saying I owe $500. Person who owed the money’s name was close to mine so I was blacklisted. Had to call headquarters to figure it out. Wasted an hour at store trying to figure it out while I had people waiting for me so I could move stuff. Ridiculous will not be back.

Attendant (older male) was gripping about having to work on Sunday to all customers, very uncomfortable, and site did not have equipment promised. Attendant could not have cared less. Very disturbing customer experience.

My truck did not start after only a 1-mile drive to my office. I waited for an hour to get back on the road when I received a jump. The $1500 worth of food in my truck was lost. The lady that came to help me was helpful. When I called customer service there was nothing that they said, they could do nothing for me. They said that I was to call the office where I rented. When I called the office the next day, Mr. Jimenez didn't really believe anything was wrong with the truck. I asked about credit he was reluctant to give it. He stated that he would credit me one day. And I did not receive it.

Aries and Ricardo were great, and you can be proud that they are representing you. No only do they provide the service that is needed for the transaction, but they exude positivity about all things. They both have been with you for many years, ands they reflect a sense of ownership, pride, and confidence in all that they do. Further, when I returned the truck Saturday night, and spoke with tow of you staff--again, their enthusiasm and confidence in taking care of my questions was outstanding. I have rented from UHaul for decades, and you have instilled your staff with core values of care, diligence, and, oddly, joy and pride in what the are doing. I cannot remember the name of the nice lady with whom I spoke on Thursday, but I have too note that, again her enthusiasm and care for my question, but for the whole process. So, thank you. Whoever is responsible for training and enthusing these people has succeeded!!!

I was in and out of my storage for 4 months. I find the staff very friendly and helpful. It was always clean and I had no problems. billing and payment was easy with the on line app.

Very disappointed when I opened my storage liocker to find my items covered in mold. The queen mattress and box spring, a few tables, chair pads and linens are permanently damaged.

the card reader did not work for over a year. I informed the staff a number of times. and nothing was done.i had to keep swiping over and over and it worked a few times only.

I was told that automatic billing was set up at the time of rental start and when it came time for the second months rent we found out that it wasn't set up correctly and we had to pay a late charge

Vehicle was fine, but storage was disaster. 401-286-3267 cell. got there after hours. lock on unit. manager did come to unlock but was wrong size unit. now i have to pay for bigger unit than i want.

Our storage unit was indoors on a second floor. It was well-maintained, clean and never felt like our belongings were in jeopardy of damage or getting stolen. Very nice facility.

I was surprised by the size of the unit. The website states it can fit three bedrooms. I believe this is true if you have small furniture. I had to purchase two units to fit a two room apartment.
