Allison L | Overall ExperienceIt's a storage unit. The desk is always busy with customers who seem to be outrageously demanding, and unaccepting of information they get from a very nice staff. (must be the location, the Cumberland facility ran more smoothly). The fact that the location is more difficult to travel to because of the recent bridge construction, I would not recommend that particular site. I could have emptied my unit a while back, but dreaded traveling through the RT195 mayhem.

The gentleman that helped me when I closed my unit reimbursed my last month. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The app was also convenient for payment.

Our storage space is clean and the right size, with the only downside being its second floor location, but that could not be helped. I also like the card check-in/check-out set-up.
