the staff were lovely and helpful but the facility was dismal. For the entire month I was using a unit, there was a stained and mouldering mattress in the hallway of the building. My items took on a musty odor that has been challenging to clear. So not my usual experience with UHaul storage spaces.

I would not recommend anybody to use that storage agency and I pay $214 for my stuff to be ruined by mice. and they went up for maintenance but in cleaning, but what were they cleaning if I had a whole bunch of mouse droppings in my unit?

The only problem I had was that the renter of the unit above mine had something leaking oil into my unit, damaging my things. There was no way to correct this over a whole year, and I gave up and moved into another unit of the same floor, but without dripping oil.
