Omar D. | Overall ExperienceThe facility had promised to store my keys in it safe, as a document it in an email. The reason for this was that I was not present when my things were stored. Rather, movers moved my things into storage because I was out of town. The facility lost my keys, and I had to pay $100 for a locksmith to come while my movers waited to open the lock.
