The only thing I found odd was that the counter person did not walk us to the vehicle while checking for damage (before we left the lot). All else, including customer service through return, was excellent.

Put $37 in first truck rented. Brakes failed. Delayed for 3 hours to get 2nd truck. Only 1/4 tank of gas. Low rear passenger tires very low on air. Wiper in bad shape. Traveled through 2 states while raining with bad driver's wiper. Not a happy camper with U-Hauls poor maintenance of vehicles that pose a danger to customers.

Everything was great excellent customer service. Inly bad part was returned after hours and someone returned a trailer right in the middle of drop off and didn't leave room for anyone else to return thier equipment. Live in wisconsin and had to do final check in blowing snow and wind with little cover from the elements.

the counter is usually understaffed, one person trying to do the paperwork and connect trailers. makes for a long wait in line. we dropped off our trailer at 7:30 pm after hours. it wasnt due until 7 am the next day. the online return website was not working. i was billed for an extra day because they didn't check in the trailer until 8:30. the trailer was sitting there when they opened. you would think they would use a check in time of 6:59... you would think!

Make sure that if you change pick-up locations of the truck they reserved THAT YOU ACTUALLY ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH THEM! I got dropped of Monday where I was suppose to pick up my rental but they knew nothing about it. After calling the Nationwide customer service number I found out that my pick up location was changed. They said they called, but I can't answer the phone freely with my job, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN LEAVE A VOICEMAIL TO INFORM ME OF ANY CHANGE. I waited in a gas station 2 hours for my ride, then had to get my truck from the other location. I picked up the truck, they said I was good to go. I get home (almost 3 hours later than planned) and find that none of the Dollys or carts I rented were in there. Thus having to call customer service again, and drive back and pick them up the next day. With the amount of time we took to make sure our move to OUR FIRST HOUSE went smoothly, you guys sure turned it into a dumpster fire pretty darn quick. You guys gave us a refund of $50 and it sounded like you wanted us to kiss your feet because of it. I've always used U-Haul for moving, but after this experience I'm just left feeling cheated and disrespected to a max. Even if it is less convenient or more expensive, I will seek out other company's for my moving needs. You guys were just awful.

All the people I dealt with from pickup to dropoff are top notch! Eugenio was there for my pickup, and he is just a great guy to deal with. I wish I would have known the name of the young man there when I dropped off, equally friendly, and just a pleasure to work with. Well done!

rear door was frozen shut. called helpline on hold for 20 minutes. they said they could not reach this center. i drove back to see if they could do something, all employees were outside smoking. after about a 1 hour delay totali was able to start

My padlock was left in the mechanism at the back and I drove off without it. The rep didn't seem to recognize the importance of a customer padlocking the trailer. But I came right back and got it. All was well.

Truck was reserved for 9 am. By the time the ONE employee working got through the long line of people, I didn't get my keys until 9:45!! Lady with pink hair was wondering around in employee areas, if she worked there, she sure didn't acknowledge any guests while sitting in visible break room. Dropping off truck should of been easier. Website told me to put keys in drop box. Drop box said NO KEYS. Went inside to WAIT IN LINE again. I had all this organized on my UHAUL account. Should of been an easier pick up/drop off. Annoyed.

So the rating isn't for this location specifically. We made an order for a truck in Howard and it said there was a truck available. I get an email saying that the location of pickup was changed. The night before the rental, I get a voice-mail saying the truck won't be ready until 2.5 hours after my scheduled pickup. I tried calling anyone for 3 hours in the morning until I decided to head out there. I was then told I was at the wrong location (after waiting in line for 30 minutes) and had to drive further away. By the time I had arrived my order was canceled and had to be remade. This location was kind and had everything ready for me after it was figured out, but with the amount of technology there is now, it shouldn't be this difficult to get a rental, be sure where it will be (in a reasonable distance) and get in touch with someone at your company.

Although i sent to the wrong location and didn't receive the voicemail of the change until later, service was great and I highly recommend the place on main street in green bay Wisconsin. Very friendly and very professional. I wish I knew the names of the people who assisted us. But overall great service!

There was a delay with picking up the equipment; I was in the office area for 15 minutes prior to service (there was a problem with the prior pick-up, which caused the delay. Would be helpful if there was a sign that the attendant was outside assisting a client.

Only thing I would recommend is to let the next customer know off the back, that they need to level everything from front to back. So the don't have things falling over. It wasn't to bad for us but it can happen to someone who might be there first time. Thank you for your services.

First trailer we went to hook up to the Cupler was bent unable to use then the second trailer we went to hook up to was good but then when they did the paperwork they messed that up and charge me for insurance and charged my credit card for that. Did not know that was happening until I got an alert on my credit card that a unauthorized charge was added. I have since had a refunded so it all turned out I think I'm still waiting to see the credit on my statement. overall.just a couple of problems. But the trailer and the appliance dolly did work out good for me

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, well lit, secure and convenient with plenty of room for loading and unloading. They carried the extra supplies I needed and happily took back what I didn't use. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this facility. I wish they had one where I moved to!

I have been in this location twice in the lat month. One time they did not have available what I rented and the other the electrical was out on the right brake light but they sent us out with it anyway. Most of the employees seem to not know what's going on and are not wearing masks!!!

Unfortunately my unit is 2 small units versus the 1 larger unit I requested...which means 2 doors, 2 locks and a wall that lessens the available space. Also, there was NO clear explanation of the process to get into the building and the BLUE keypad versus the other ones that are there. It is simple now that I now the process, but it was very frustrating not knowing what to do and having an alarm sound when we opened the doors. Also, there should be a much easier way to remove the zip-tie during your 1st entry into the storage units.

Allie and Jeremy were most helpful changing an original res and getting us an extra storage unit. By far this is the best UHaul experience I've had, in the 30+ years I have rented in various parts of the country. Quite happy we have storage space with this particular facility -- enclosed loading bays, massive amount of storage spaces, security/climate controlled -- simply the best!

I waited almost an hour to get service and the price quoted they quoted to me when I made my my reservation was not honored. I got a whole story about how they don’t know how I got my quote, even through the agreement clearly shows they quote me differently from what they expect me to pay. Great storage but you’ll have to wait long for service and the price will change on you.

Computer systems were slow each time I visited. But the staff is very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the call notifying me my unit was empty and with out a lock (another family member had cleared it out while moving to another unit). I'll use this place again.

My unit had a lock free but I purchased one inside and was not allowed to return the free one. I Was told it would sit as a “credit” for next U-Haul on a “list.” Also, I moved out of the unit after hours. I Called U-Haul the next morning to finalize My move out. I was told I must come in person to check out. I drove across town on My lunch hour. The man asked my name clicked on a button and said ok you are checked out. SERIOUSLY???? That couldn’t havE been done without my trip across town He didn’t check the unit or anything. I was frustrated especially when you add the lack of credit for the U-Haul lock.

I had a lot of issues going back and forth with my rental. Uhaul ended up giving me a larger trailer because they had none in the size they originally confirmed. I did get a free mnonth's storage .

Kept locking me out if I was 3 or days late on payments. Over 6 months of renting I had access for less than 40 days total. They got every penny I owed plus a 20 dollar late fee every month. RIP off
