The Uhaul i got was a 10' an it seemed like the front needed an alignment. For every bump i hit idk if it was cause i was pulling my car with it. But it shifted to the right an pulled to the right. But the customer service there was very professional an very reasonable. Maybe i just got a bad uhaul or whatever but the equipment was not fun to drive in.

Not to play the guessing game of which truck is available, i wanted to get a big truck and was told there was none available, they should have suggested which other store had one but the didn't even do that. I had to ask each time for the next size down

There was a lot of disorganization. We waited a long time to get service on the phone and at the front desk. There were other families having issues. I ordered a truck of a certain size at a certain pickup and drop off locations. I was told that truck wasn't available but they would upgrade me without extra charge. Well that was wonderful, no complaints. But when i went to pick it up they wanted to charge me for the large one. I explained what was told to me and it seemed fine. Then they tried to charge me for the dollies and pads I had already paid for. I paid for them when I ordered. They charged me but we told them to take it off and that we didn't need them anyway. We reminded them that we wanted the drop off location in the town I was moving to but once again my original request was completely ignored. All my contracts said to have the drop off point same as pick up. We reminded them 3 times. But nothing changed. This added 30 miles to my total cost because they would not change the drop off to a different town ( This is a large town with many uhaul companies they never gave us a reason this was ignored) when we got the truck there was garbage all over the front seat.

This was not the original place we reserved, and it was not the van we reserved. Since I needed a 26 foot van and got a 20 foot van, I needed to return to do a second load, even with the additional trailer. Incidentally, the next customer also reserved a 26 foot van and was able to receive it at the original location.

I had to speak to four separate people because my order was wrong by the time I picked up the truck it was still wrong and the problem was not addressed. I ordered a 10' and was charged for a 15' I was incorrectly quoted as well

Terrible experience . Wrong truck, wrong keys. Wasted so much of my time plus dealing with a person being trained. She could of overlooked while learning. PLUS I WAS OVERCHARGED N HAVE TO GO BACK TOMORROW!!!! SOOOOO PISSED OFF. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

I did the no contact pickup. When I arrived I found my vehicle and noticed it was the only truck in the lot that did not have a sign on the window saying it was cleaned for covid safety. I used the app to pick up the vehicle and waited for it to process. After wiping the car down, because I was unsure if it was cleaned, I noticed the app was still said processing. I waited another 5 min then went inside to see if I could speed up the process. When walking in I watched two of your employees smoking in front of the building. I went inside and found 1 person helping another client so I waited. After another 5 min the two employees came in from their break and I gave them my information. They asked the standard questions, which i had to repeat 2x because they kept flopping numbers and laughing to themselves. Finally the other service rep completed with the other customer and helped me while the other two looked confused and laughed to themselves. I showed her the app and she entered something into her computer then finally app confirmation went thru. Not sure what happened but it felt a step was missed in the pickup process. Also, may want to move the break area to a different part of the building.

The employee that helped us at the counter didn't know what he was doing. He couldn't find our order and then he also was trying to get us to pay twice. I'm also sad that the 20 foot truck that we reserved was not at the pickup location so they “upgraded us for free” which ended up being a hassle because it was like driving a semi (very scary) with the 26 footer.

I was shocked and very disappointed to see UHaul employees wearing masks when we stopped in today. It almost seemed like a anti-mask, cult like behavior because there was at least six or seven employees in the building or out in the yard and not a single one of them had a mask, which probably reflects the attitude and culture of the organization. The Kroger grocery store that I go to in Sturgeon Bay, all employees must wear masks at all times. Why should you will be any different? We are in a global pandemic and catching this virus can be fatal! We were very tentative about renting a U-Haul truck in the middle of this pandemic and we're hoping to see some responsible people wearing masks but that did not happen today, at least not in this Green Bay location.

More staff on weekends! We dropped off 2 hours before closing and there were 4 customers waiting and 1 employee, who had to keep going outside to check the returning vehicle. It was very hot, there were no chairs, we were exhausted from the day's activities. Ruined what had been an excellent experience with U-Haul.

When i first pulled up to the store, parked my truck and got out.. There were two people being very verbal in front of the front door to the store location. One of them was an employee who was clearly in uniform and the other man later announced him self as the area manager. They were yelling and swearing at eachother, the younger man who was in uniform was questioning racism from the situation and was asking how he get ahold of hr or corporate and was being denied information. This entire situation showed negligence, disrespect to the employees and customers, was a very uncomforting situation to approach the store having being going on infront of the main entrance. The man who turned out to be the district or area manager was in regular street close and i assumed he was a disgruntled customer and hollering at him. I walked up as he was saying to the employee "im not trying to argue with you" i looked over at him and said then why the hell are you still here? Just leave! Then the employee look at me with surprise and said are you talking to me or him. I said HIM! Then the man hollered at me saying "im the damn manager for this whole area from blah blah blah to whereever" Thats when i went inside and left the situation. Later the man came inside and thanked me for standing up for the employee and apologized to me. When i thought it was a customer, it didnt really bother me as much because ive worked in customer service and i know angry customers happen. But when he announced himself as the manager, thats when it bothered me and made me angry. You dont talk to an employee the way he was and theres a time and a place to discuss everything and infront of customers is nor the time or the place. This part didnt bother me but i figured i would explain it because there is a question (was the equipment clean and well maintained... the lights ended up not working on one of the trailers at4408 and the employee thought it was my truck but then hooked my truck up to another trailer and they worked fine...
