No issues with the people or store location but this is the second time out of two times that the computer system had issues and our reservation had to be re-entered and checking out issues. Nothing major but I just wouldn't go out of my way and recommend the location.

Feel like I was WAY over charged. 19.95 a day plus mileage for two days with a 10.00 dolly turned into 140.??. I said 9 miles, I went exactly 9 miles. Didn’t go over. I don’t get it!!!!!

Well this experience really sucked I called the local store in caselton in .I wanted to know if they had a car trailer that my truck would fit on,I get put on hold then a person came onion tokd themwhat I wanted and they said they needed the information both vehicles,then they put me on hold its 5:30 now they all close at 7 so they came back on and asked more questions some of them were the same ones I had already answered .transfered to a different person now I have to go through the same process with them al the same questions as the last guy they make a reservation with my credit card now they still haven't found a trailer its 6:00 transferred again this time I sit for 15 mins on hold when they answer they cant believe that im a customer its uhual's tack support line for employees Oops they cant do anything transferred agian to a lady now remember that they close at 7 I called at 5:15 to see if they had a trailer that a Chevy 3/4ton pickup would fit on because I had to be 4 1/2 hrs from where I am to get this truck from a storage lot or I have to start paying the bill instead of the insurance company tommorow. This lady starts all over the whole again I keep asking her if they have a trailer she finally tells me that she has one in anderson which is 45 mins from where I am at its after 6:30 but shes going to have to transfer me to scheduleong to see if its there and if its possible to get it after 7 0 clock I'm fuming by now I've waste 2 hrs in probably not going to have a trailer and I'm going to have to pay storage 50.00 a day and they are closed the next 3 days.so she transferred me again and I get the guy he says I have the one in andesonbut that location is closed you cant pick it up till tomorrow. But it showes one in Indianapolis,will my truck fit .? I dont know he says it say it wont but it doesnt say why it wont let me rent it to you for that vehical so we try another pick up and it gives us one its 30 mins to the store they close at 7 I have 15 mins to get there, I ask him if he can call the store and ask them to wait till I get there since uhaul has screwed me around for almost 2 hrs now he tells me no he can not ask them to stay over so I can get but if I really hurry I might get there before it closes of I go with no other choice I get there get the trailer take it home check another truck to see if it will fit and it will not everybody else had closed while I was playing phone games with the idiots of uhaul now I'm paying storage and have to return this trailer and go get another plus I have to schedule another day off work to do this and another day to go get my truck could have just call the tool rental place and have gotten one but you guys incompetence made that impossible so thanks uhaul you need to overhaul your employees and your system I will probably never call uhaul for anything nor will I point anyone or any of my customers to uhaul ever agian I vouldnt believe the level of stupidity and incompetence that you hav

The van I rented from this location was dirty and extremely smelly. I have rented from Irvington UHaul several times in the past and not had this type of experience. There was no service recovery given.

Online reservation process was difficult. Returning truck was very frustrating. Inept and unmotivated staff made the process take an hour (with only one other customer there, who was also having problems). Will not use UHaul again.
