I had returned the uhaul truck early do to after loading my first load (furniture) the truck wouldn't start for over an hours. So therefore I was unable to use the uhaul, I had to call someone else with a truck to help me move my furniture and once that person arrived the furniture was unloaded and placed on their truck. Once that was done my I noticed my furniture had been damaged by the dirt and oil within the uhaul. I let the person know all details of this when I returned it but still I was charged full price for no even being able to use the uhaul, it was as if I was charged to test drive it. I'm very upset and feel used.

We were charged a $25.00 cleaning fee when it was cleaned before we brought it back. If this is how we are going to be done we will go somewhere else next time

Upon my arrival the customer service was horrible, both employees where not friendly. They where very mean, and made me feel so uncomfortable. I had to walk across a very dark parking lot and get my own truck in the dark, very unsafe. The truck I had broke down with my child in the the truck. I call uhaul they didn't show no concerns or consideration. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I wouldn't send my dog , cat or friends family etc ... the way the woman there and guy treated me.

The general manager acted like I was interrupting her. She barely acknowledged I was there. They were doing something with what I guess was storage unit assignment availability (don't really know just guessing) then the general manager the was complaining about traffic sending trailers her way. The second gal walked out the front, turns out it was to check in the trailer attached to the back of my truck. I was now informed of this. Then the general manager (very gruff) told me folllow the gal outside. I told the gal outside to apologize to the general manager for me interrupting them by showing up. I told her I was sorry for using uhaul services and I won't do it again. At least not at this location. If I need to rent or return it will be at another location or I just won't rent at all. I know when I looked on Google before I arrived to make sure I had the correct location (maps) it displays a few yelp reviews about the place. They all said the same thing. The lady at the location treats people badly (attitude). I took this with a grain of salt. Well I'm here to tell you they were spot on. Wow what a great person to be the face of your company.

Truck was not cleaned on the inside. I didn't have a choice, only pickup truck available at the time. Truck should've been cleaned and sanitized due to pandemic.

When I was there, a larger semi moving truck was blocking the spots where cars could park to load/unload. So maybe have an area where large trucks could park or another car parking area.

Everything was good, I came in at the last minute on a Sunday to get a pick up. The guys in the office were very friendly and helpful. The ONLY downfall was the truck smelled of cigarette smoke when I got in. I definitely don't smoke, so I am sensitive to that. But I aired it out as I drove with the windows down a little. I returned after hours and it was very smooth.

The location was a great. I've rented from them several times. The van had a quarter tank and the gas cap was left open. It was at the front of the lot and the key was in the store. So even though we did mobile pickup, we still had to wait in line and waste 20 minutes of the 3 hours we had. The van was across the parking lot from customer parking and the building. Which doesn't sound that far, but it's a huge lot. So it was a hike. Again, this location and the people are exceptional. Your mobile pickup is ridiculous and a waste of time and mobile pick up van was not in acceptable condition

The gentleman who was there was very customer service friendly and very professional. But made my experience very pleasant. I will always come back to that location due to the experience and service that I received. Keep up the great work.

If the employees would show up to work on time it would be nice. The young lady was still taking her coat off and balancing her cash drawer at 9:20 while we had a 9:00am reservation. We did not depart the location until after 9:30 causing us to be late, our being late caused the person we were meeting to buy furniture from to leave a call the deal off. Thus we spent $75.00 in rental plus fuel plus hours of our time for nothing. Thanks U-Haul

I would not mind having more signs to direct people where the designated parking is at for vehicles that are helping to load/unload. It was my first time there and I was having trouble reading the map given with directions. Luckily, there was an employee outside to help with where to park.

Owner assisted me but was not customer service friendly. I was not asked things that other customers that were there were asked or offered. But its ok. The truck did what it needed to do. They also didnt ask other customers where they were going or where they were moving to, like I was asked. Im not going to say the owner could be racist, maybe they were having a bad day. The guy that we returned the truck to was AWESOME! He was nice and friendly and explained everything in detail to me and I sincerely appreciate it! I will rent again just because of the end service alone. But friendlier front desk is needed.

Using the Internet to return the truck after hours was some what difficult. Not everyone has access to Internet/ iPhone to take photos. I feel the $20.00 fee charged when not using the Internet is excessive and unfair.

This place was great other than the fact that someone canceled my tow dolly even though there was a note saying i was coming saturday to get it sooo whoever canceled it made me a new reservation and charged my card 174.41 AGAIN for my tow dolly. Then i had to get it on my own so i paid the 174.41 AGAIN for the 3rd time to get the tow dolly.... NOWWWW that my bank account is over drawn from being wrongly charged 2 extra times for 174.41 i have to wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back plus my 100 dollar deposit back.... so im kind of irritated but all the people i met were awesome but whoever did that to my tow dolly needs to not have that power because that was soooo wrong

The conversion from the old business into storage facility is very nice! However, the above average rate per unit will drive me to utilize others as needs change. I store a lot from time to time! and still have a unit there at this location! Darrell Frazier

Your employee, Pam, was rude and condescending to everyone!! I couldn't believe my ears! The Uhaul location does not have the 24/7 pickup drop off option either, which contradicts the website.

Did the online check in uploaded a copy of my drivers license and did the whole process. Upon arrival the attendent said they needed the physical license for the contract and proceeded to take picture of my license with her personal phone. Then I was asked for a second phone number. I gave her mine (business and personal) she said that wouldn't work as they needed a second person. I asked why and asked what if you are alone or trying to flee? No response. The trailer I requested took a ball hitch I only have a receiver, so I asked to rent purchase a ball hitch. No we don't have those here was the response.. Literally walked by them on the wall while leaving (after I phoned a friend) Phoned a neighbor to come pick it up she referred to as my husband... (Assume much?) Drove off with the trailer at 3:15 returned it at 3:59 upon returning we mentioned the left turn signal was not working. The attendant informed us that he was doing us a favor by not charging us for it. We literally had the thing for less than 45 minutes and drove it 1 mile round trip. Pretty much the biggest hassle ever for $16.00 would have been less trouble and headache to dolly the thing up the street a quarter of a mile. Also not a single employee was wearing and mask. Some sensitivity to training would certainly do this place some good. Will not be returning.

Honestly I can't say anything needs to be done to improve..The pre-check in email I got was an excellent tool to have everything ready to go..It was definitely a good experience and I will certainly recommend U-Haul for all your moving needs!

I just want to say thank you for helping me out. I came in really close to your closing time and you still help me get into my rental and we're very professional and friendly. In no moment did you make me feel rush or annoyed that it was closing time, then I had to keep the vehicle longer and when I called for the extension it was a simple and easy process to do it. Thank you very much for taking care of me and my family :)

I made a reservation and they did not have a truck for me. They also had the fuel level incorrect in truck and wanted me to fill up way more than what was in the truck.

My only concern was that staff were not wearing masks, though there was social distancing at the counter. Everything was convenient and well-maintained. Staff explained everything clearly and were very accommodating.
