I spoke with a team member Saturday morning over the phone who assured me that since I was somehow booked for an inside unit online that I would be able to switch to an outside unit once I arrived in person. Once I got to the location I was met by a worker who informed me that there were no outside units and also informed me that I was booked for a small unit and that the website only allows you to get the small unit for the first month free deal. He then stated that if I scratched his back by paying him $50 that he would give me the one month free deal. He also stated that on my paperwork it would say that the one month was free and that the next month I would have to pay $129. He was attempting to scam me. When returning the truck later on that day I literally stood by why he made a similar deal with an older gentleman that was there in line in front of me. I took my business elsewhere and asked them to cancel out my contract. However since I am receiving this email I assume they did not. So I guess I will have to call in. Horrible experience!!!
