Excellent customer service. Due to my own stupidity I inadvertently booked a 4:00 am rental as opposed to an intended 4:00 pm pickup time. The staff were very understanding and were able to quickly accommodate. Good job!!

Our original reservation, did not have a truck available and they were not interested in helping me until I pushed the issue the place she sent me did not have a truck but helped to ensure that this location did have one. It was ridiculous how little the first place cared.

I would like to understand the value of mobile check in. I do not believe it speeds up the check in process. It is the same amount of time each visit.

The truck we rented had the Engine Light on, we informed the employee and were told, "oh we know". Then we were driving away from the pickup location, and noticed 3 of the 4 tires were extremely low on air. The employees could care less about our issues with the truck. Was told by the female employee that she would email me my receipt, its been over 24hrs and have yet to receive it. Did the unfortunate thing of renting another truck today, as our trailer rental didn't work out with the vehicle we were going to tow with. Since when is a cleaning fee charged on a 3 hour rental? We swept out the crap that was in the back of both rental trucks when we picked them up, evidently doing their job and got charged for it. The only employee who's certified to check a trailer rental out, was nowhere near the Uhaul location at our time of checkout, and we had to wait 30min for him to even show up. AND he was on the clock when he was not there. THEN returning today's truck rental (05/05/2021), 3 employees were chatting at the counter for 20 plus minutes about their personal lives, and made me wait just to be checked out. I went inside and informed them that I was already late for work and could one of them please come check the truck, and was told no. This is the worst Uhaul experience in my 20+ years of renting moving trucks from you, and I will never return to this location again. I highly suggest those working for you now, are replaced with better employees.

Get the odometer miles right when checking out a truck I was very disappointed and angry at the fact I had to sit in the parking lot of the rental location for and hour on the phone to get help to do a self check in because the store clerk was not accurate with the odometer miles when I got the truck

I don't know who can make this better but we moved all day and attempted to return the truck at midnight. The app wouldn't let my phone take a picture of the dash so I relented to the service charge and got an additional $60+ charge with no explanation or final receipt.

Absolute worst experience. The day I called to reserve my truck the customer service agent was rude. I get to the store to pick my truck up and the guy was barely paying attention to what he was doing which bit me in the ass when it came time to returning the truck. I had to call customer support and found out the truck was never dispatched to begin with. I was charged 50 dollars extra even though I have pictures proving against the charges. I wouldn't recommend anybody go here they need shut down.

The back of truck had papers in it but it was ok You transferred my reservation without telling me and I had to go to 3 locations. It was horrible you make for mileage on my uhaul !!! What about me running from store to store .

I didn't not have a problem with this location. I had a problem with your overall service. I confirmed at one location and after I got to that location had a text to show you changed my location without asking if it was ok or if I had a problem with it. Then when I got to this location after checking in online, etc. I had to wait another 30 minutes or more with no one in front of me but because your system crashed and everything had to be completed again. It was very frustrating for myself and your staff. They could not help other customers or myself although they kept trying different ways of doing it.

Make sure the appliance dolly is in working order and the straps are not broken. My washer fell off part way down the move.

Computer system went down all day, brought back before 5:00 (10 minutes early but doors all locked. Eventually Tony came out and explained the situation and told us to just drop the keys in drop box and will contact tomorrow if any issues. No issues. Thanks Tony!

Before returning truck I made sure there was fuel back where it was when they gave it to me I went straight there so fuel was there they charged me for fuel .they sent me fuel gauge it was not true I should have taken a picture they overcharged me they charged 131.00 for what I dont know

I was notified by the pick up location employee that I would receive $40 reimbursement if I returned the trailer to the Chandler location. I drive an hour away to deliver to Chandler only to be told I won't get the reimbursement. Uhaul is a huge disappointment.
