We returned the truck via app/online. The app didn't give us clear instructions on where to return (exact location in parking lot) or whether or not to leave the key in the truck or return to a drop box/inside. So we went to return the key inside to be safe and they said to move the truck under the canopy. No problem. We then went back inside to just drop the key off beings we had returned online, and they told us to go back outside to wait. Clear miscommunication, but the overall service was good!Sandra F.

I scheduled with a $50 equipment guarantee at this location and the 26 ft truck was not available. I was told no clue about my reservation abs I should call other places. Finally had to have them escalate it and get me a 20 footer which was not big enough but I had no choice at that point. Horrible serviceChristopher H.

U-Haul took great care of me. I needed a flatbed truck on short notice, and everything was reserved. The phone agent put me in touch with the regional traffic coordinator, Mason who managed to find a truck for me at Eastgate just in time. Everything went smoothly, the truck was ready for me in great shape, and check in was easy too (thanks Larry at Eastgate!).Daniel B.

We were supposed to get our uboxes 7/27. My husband called around 2 when no one had arrived and they told him to continue to wait. I called after I got home at 6 and they said they were not coming until 7/28 from 11-1. 7/28 no came it's 12:15 and we still had no call if anyone in their way. I called the office and they finally had left. It was almost 2. We lost a day of packing and when the containers arrived they were not the size of a studio apartment like Bruce had told us. Up to this point we were irate with uhaul and the service. Mason and Kim, however, were amazing. Mason listened to me rant about us waiting all day for the uboxes not to be delivered on time and then to show up and not be the size of a studio apartment. He did adjustment the delivery fee for us (I think). Kim was great setting the boxes up in the driveway and was laid back and calm. I know it was not her fault for the scheduling issues. Mason and Kim then later helped orchestrate us getting a 4th Ubox. No one else was willing to yell when my husband called but when I called and spoke with Mason, he pulled strings and made it happen. I truly appreciate his efforts after the rough start we had. It changed my opinion of the customer service w Uhaul and he and Kim need a big fat raise because they are the reasons why I'm giving this glowing review! Thank you Kim and Mason for your amazing service and hard work! We appreciate your efforts and all you do!kendra M.

I was personally treated with respect, but that didn't stop them from yelling and swearing at the guy next to me who was upset that his reservation wasn't there. The guy helping me was in training and he said shit and Tony said fuck while talking about the man he yelled at after he left. I can't say for sure that it was racism, but the only person I saw treated poorly was a black man. I won't be returning to this location if I need anything else. I always get new trailers from Shadeland location. Washington location gave me a very old trailer and then it wasn't secured down on the ball. I unloaded my motorcycle and the trailer lifted straight up in the air off of the ball. I'm glad it didn't come a loose while I was on the highway. Made reservation on Monday (07/19/21). On Friday (07/23/21) , my reservation was moved from a 7am pick up, to a 4pm pickup.. ridiculous! U-Haul is lucky they had a lady in the traffic department that got me a truck at 8:30 that morning.. will never use them again!!!!!!!Jon S.

Access hours advertised as 5am til 10pm. Loaded my truck and arrived 8:30pm. Swiped my card but access door would not open. Called the “after hours” number. No response.
