No employees wearing masks upon entry, and woman setting me up with truck did not provide any details about what I needed to do before driving off. Only when I asked on my way out the door did she actually mention that I needed to walk around the vehicle and confirm condition using my phone. Gentleman who checked the truck back in was very personable and nice to deal with.

Keep your service guarantee! My pickup was promised for 330 at another location, I was moved, to this location, and did not receive my $50.00 service guarantee. In addition this location cost 10-12 dollars more due to mileage. Very disappointed!

The lady at the Washington st. Store was very rude to us. Saying that they was going to charge me a cancellation free bc they hooked my uhaul since the 14 th. I did an on line order for the 15 and I called them and told them that and switched it to the 18 th. That's when I picked the truck up. Plus, the trailer that they sent me I couldn't even use bc my truck would not fit on it. My experience with this location was not a very good one.

Staff is pleasant to deal with during these trying times. I've not had an issue with this location during pick up nor drop off. They could probably use two people behind the counter to reduce the wait but, outside of that, they earn my business which I will be the first to tell you, is tough to do.

The truck was very dirty. And the store manager was the rudest person I have meet in a long time. I do not recommend dealing with her at any cost. However the person I worked with when I returned my truck was great.

The mileage rate is a little high. The trucks need repaired or replaced from previous accidents. For the price repairs should have been done before put in reuse.

Workers did not drive a u haul up for me to get in, was told to go get it The truck was nasty & RAGGDY didn't drive well I was charged for over mileage & a dolly that I didn't use. Very disappointed I will never return

The store itself is excellent. However, I have a big problem with both U-Haul.com and MovingHelp.com. I originally booked my truck and movers under Order No. 847C703E through your customer service. But your customer service messed up my info and linked my order with my son's info who lives in Denver. The movers contacted and sent him texts asking for confirmation and specifics of my move. At first he thought he was being targeted by spammers or scammers until he recognized the area codes appearing with the text messages were from Indianapolis. He contacted me and I confirmed that it was me who was making all these arrangements with U-Haul and the movers. He then forwarded me all the text messages so I can contact the movers and make the appropriate arrangements. Second, on the morning I went to the U-Haul store to pick up my truck the people in the counter could not find my original Order No. so they just made me a new one. I received a second Order No. 85751289 for the truck. I was so frustrated and furious about how U-Haul.com and MovingHelp.com mismanaged and misarranged my order. Now, I received a message from my son about my refundable handling fee. Please refund me the $5.95 ASAP and get my contact info correct. Disappointed and frustrated.

I walked inside & there was no one around. You could hear people moving things around. I said hello. I heard no response. I repeated myself. A woman from another room said very snotty I said it would be just a minute. She must have just said it under her breath! I did notice that there was a sign on the door about masks being required. I guess that didn't mean employees too! No problems with the van except that it was dirty. Still had mud on tires, wheel housing & running boards. Upon returning, had to wait a little while for someone come out to I expect the van & again...no face masks worn by any employees! I understand that the employees are mainly outside but if they are going to communicate with any customers then they need to be wearing their masks!! This was my first time renting from u-haul & I hope I don't ever need to again!! If I do, it will be with another company!!

Fix the TPMS sensors and make sure the previous renter's items are not let in the cabin. Customers should not have to take responsibility for a vehicle with a pre-existing sensor issue, how would they be able to determine if something was actually wrong with the tires? Also, during a global pandemic I'd like to think that the trucks are sanitized between use and seeing other people's paperwork and water bottles didn't make me confident that it had been.

You guys have ripped people off charge people more than what your contracted fee was I could have had the vehicle longer and put more miles onto the vehicle for a cheaper cost I returned the vehicle early with a whole lot less miles and I get charged more than you don't state your whole policy and turn around and charge people even when they offered to go and do it themselves it was the worst experience I've had I'm a business owner myself I can't even sit there and quote somebody something and not say nothing to them and charge them more

Answer the phone! Maintain the crappy trailers and offer a stand when getting a truck and trailer combo. Can't use the ramp if you can't get the trailer off. Common sense

This location was excellent. They helped after another U-Haul location gave me a horrible experience. The U-Haul location at 2701 N Shadeland Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219 could use training in customer service as the front workers were dismissive, unprofessional, rude, and talked to each customer with an attitude.

The truck had a check engine light on that made me nervous, when I asked about it they said not to worry it was ok something about an emission's part. The driver side door you had to slam to close completely.

The only issue was at delivery at the destination. The delivery lead did not contact the POC before delivery. I am located out of state but my spouse was located at the destination. U-Boxes were delivered without notifying my spouse. However, U-Haul was able to correct the issue same day but it took some effort to accomplish.

The moving service I booked through Uhaul never showed up and never responded. This is disappointing as I would like to be able to trust Uhaul's judgement in third party moving services, but likely will not be booking movers through you again.

My rental agreement stated that my cargo van was due back at 10am the next day. When I returned it at 6:30pm the night before, I was charged a $20 fee for 'after hours' check in. BEWARE of this BS gouging!

So, I made my reservation online, but when I arrived I was told it was "moved." I went to the new location, it was closed. No help at all on the 800 number. Needed a 15' box truck, ended up with a filthy pick-up. Will never rent from Uhaul again.

The staff was friendly and helpful but absolutely NO ONE wore a mask and the truck we rented was covered in finger prints, the center console was sticky with god knows what, and it reeked of smoking. I have a kiddo in heart failure and was really bummed no one wore a mask and with how dirty the truck was. It took me even more time to wipe down the whole truck with wipes I had brought just in case something like this happened.

Dont be rude to your customers... the old lady has zero customer service skills.... the first thing out of her mouth was "Your Late!"... for the record i was 45 min late due to being sick all nighy and only getting 4 hours sleep... but having entered my credit card i assumed i had paid for it... but rather than being customer focused she decided to be a bitch.

I had returned the uhaul truck early do to after loading my first load (furniture) the truck wouldn't start for over an hours. So therefore I was unable to use the uhaul, I had to call someone else with a truck to help me move my furniture and once that person arrived the furniture was unloaded and placed on their truck. Once that was done my I noticed my furniture had been damaged by the dirt and oil within the uhaul. I let the person know all details of this when I returned it but still I was charged full price for no even being able to use the uhaul, it was as if I was charged to test drive it. I'm very upset and feel used.

Upon my arrival the customer service was horrible, both employees where not friendly. They where very mean, and made me feel so uncomfortable. I had to walk across a very dark parking lot and get my own truck in the dark, very unsafe. The truck I had broke down with my child in the the truck. I call uhaul they didn't show no concerns or consideration. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I wouldn't send my dog , cat or friends family etc ... the way the woman there and guy treated me.

The general manager acted like I was interrupting her. She barely acknowledged I was there. They were doing something with what I guess was storage unit assignment availability (don't really know just guessing) then the general manager the was complaining about traffic sending trailers her way. The second gal walked out the front, turns out it was to check in the trailer attached to the back of my truck. I was now informed of this. Then the general manager (very gruff) told me folllow the gal outside. I told the gal outside to apologize to the general manager for me interrupting them by showing up. I told her I was sorry for using uhaul services and I won't do it again. At least not at this location. If I need to rent or return it will be at another location or I just won't rent at all. I know when I looked on Google before I arrived to make sure I had the correct location (maps) it displays a few yelp reviews about the place. They all said the same thing. The lady at the location treats people badly (attitude). I took this with a grain of salt. Well I'm here to tell you they were spot on. Wow what a great person to be the face of your company.

My only concern was that staff were not wearing masks, though there was social distancing at the counter. Everything was convenient and well-maintained. Staff explained everything clearly and were very accommodating.
