The entrance/exit is a little tight/tricky to navigate. Other than that, everything and everyone was great.

Lisa WUhaul has become too expensive. I paid over 100$ for gas and then I had to refill the gas at drop off. I think something needs to change . Stop requiring the gas refill or bring the amount gas per mile down. Everyone is hurting because of our government..please be different!

David LFriendly Staff. These trailers are heavy and the fact that there aren’t tongue jacks is ridiculous. I can’t imagine how you haven’t been sued for customers getting a hernia or blowing out their backs lifting these things.
Christopher SJohn was my customer service person. He was incredible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and very helpful in explaining everything. He walked me to the truck, inspected with me and marked some spots that were dents, etc. that weren't marked. I was thoroughly impressed. I've been to this location before and have never had service like this. Congrats John!
Tim CThe woman that helped me was very disorganized and kinda rude at both key handoffs. I also overheard when I was waiting for my receipt (that she seemed upset I wanted) when I returned the vehicle from her coworker talking to her that she gave me a dolly that was never supposed to be given out to customers under any circumstances and was still charged for it.

William BProvide a tongue lock for the new easy latch tongue. Hole is too small for a standard lock. I had to use a bolt but not much for security.

Samantha was still extremely pleasant, even though you could tell it had taken a toll on her. She's the kind of individual you want providing customer service.

Jeremy WThe location you have listed here is wrong. The drop off location was in Stevens Point, WI on Church St. This location was not prepared to receive the trailer as scheduled. The only 2 people present were elderly and could not tell me where to park it or get the trailer off the hitch. I had to watch a YouTube video and use my carjack to get it off. Then rummage around the building to find a makeshift "block" for the tires and keep it from rolling.

Roger MWhen a customer enters the front door, Staff should ant least look up annd acknowledge them (instead of carrying on their own personal conversations for 30 to 45 seconds as if I’m not standing right there). There were no other customers at the time. Secondly, when leaving a voicemail requesting a call back, the number given for the return call should not leave me on hold for 7-10 minutes. Both show a lack of respect for the paying customer.

Karen HI met William first. He helped me after some confusion the uhaul call center caused (they'd frustrated me very much so I went to my local uhaul for more direct and clear assistance). William explained how things worked and helped me find options that worked for me, and was beyond personable and friendly. I appreciated how forthright and candid he was as he explained things and where the issue that'd happened with the call center likely stemmed from. It was easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had thus far. I ran into some issues with my card not swiping at the storage center and he went a step further so as to personally come see the issue, and then assist in straightening things out. It was such a good experience I was hoping to run into him again when I came around to get my uhaul truck today (a day or two later). Instead, I was assisted by Kay, who I learned was his manager (supervisor? In a position above him, from my understanding). I told her that I'd been meaning to email her and tell her how well my experience with William was, and she seemed very pleased to hear he was doing a good job. She helped me in receiving and later returning my rental truck; she was friendly and timely; and I enjoyed interracting with her. If it becomes relevant in any future reviews she may incur, Kay didn't make much eye contact, but this did not in any way inhibit her service, friendliness, or my experience otherwise. When I shared concerns about driving the uhaul truck, she was very kind and understanding in alleviating them (and gently reminding me that, god forbid anything should happen to begin with, this is what the truck insurance was for). She was very reassuring and warm, and I was happy when I got to see her when I returned the vehicle. I didn't get his name but there was a third employee working with both William and Kay (who had long hair and a bandana on) who was very approachable and I rather liked. We didn't interract much, but our few, short interractions were positive enough that I just wanted to say I really liked him, too and he seemed really cool! Suffice to say, I hope whoever reads this knows that you have an amazing team running this location, and I've never felt more "Brand loyalty," so to say, towards a company. 100000% will recommend to a friend.
