The equipment was fine, but I would not recommend this facility. There was a man and woman working at the time I was there. The man was very abusive toward the woman made comments about her as he passed the customers in line and while she was signing me in he came by to belittle her using the "F" word while I was standing right there. This was my first visit to this facility and most likely my last.

Old equipment, truck had 170000 miles on it and bitten up. I was also 80 miles over charged for mileage at $1.29 a mile which I called and they credited back to my credit card.

Staff person effectively dealt with the confusion I described above. This facility was also very understaffed. Another long slow line.

U-Haul didn’t have the proper equipment at the Fraser PA location that is much closer and more convenient. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way. Then UHaul charged me for miles over. This is not good service.

the truck is an extremely old one with huge sound while driving and poor quality, the seat is very hard and uncomfortable and I developed a skin tear with just 10-11 hours of driving.

We could not be happier with our experience with U-haul. The customer service team was friendly, helpful and prompt with phone calls and updates and the drivers, all three of them were terrific; helpful and courteous. We have recommended the service multiple times.

Plan for exiting the site when you drive in. The exit to Route 1 has a lot of high-speed traffic.

Lady manager was excellent. Was very professional and explained the process thoroughly. Had our transaction processed very quickly and very polite and respectful.

After taxes, fees, insurance, mileage, and gas fill up, the $19.99 advertised price ended up being $110 for a 2-hour local rental to move 1 couch(!). I plan to caution anyone tempted to rent from UHaul because of the low advertised price.

My pick up location was changed three times. Was told to do self pick up with app but didn’t work. Waited until store opened which wasn’t on time. I thought I was getting an Easy pass for tolls but none was included.

Everything went smoothly. Only two items. One, it is not clear when making the reservation what the cost of mileage is - the bulk of my charge was mileage. Two, dropoff was technically easy, but I did not have good instructions so I parked, went in and waited for like 10 minutes until the clerk appeared and then he asked me if I parked in the return equipment area, as if I should have known that and then he did not check me in because he was too busy. Just asked me to leave the keys in the truck and I got an email later with the final charges.

Although trailer and employees were great. Trailer smelled like old people perfume. The scent was so great it seeped into everything we were moving. Cleanliness was great no dust, no debris. The smell was awful tho. I mopped it several times still lingered.

The 9bly problem I personally had is with the scheduling dept at customer service. The 1st representative I had she was absolutely horrible and rude. Did not help or try to accomodate. As a customer service rep in any dept you do not know what people are going thru Thank you to the 2nd person I recieved from the scheduling dept. He made my experience amazIng. Edison Rt 1 UHaul were GREAT as well. Kudos the the whole team a Rt 1 Edison NJ

The storage facility setup was not ideal for heavy loads or for a person with disabilities. It was not set up for safety. I would never place my items in your storage facility. In addition, the U-Haul agent was able to see my passcode. Not ideal at all! Terrible!

I've had a storage unit at the Edison, NJ facility since 11/15/2009. The contract number on the original sales invoice is 00344918. The contract number noted on the latest invoice is [redacted]0657. The rental fee for the unit at that time was $70.80. My current rate is $140.18. I received a notice that the rental fee is increasing again to approx. $156.00+. There have been rental increases every 6 months of approx. 10%+. This is unacceptable to me. I get the same boilerplate e-mail every time of what services they facility is providing, nothing has changed at the facility. The manager at the facility blames corporate for the increases. They have priced themself out of my doing business with U-Haul. I have found another storage facility in the area that is larger, cheaper, cleaner and more appreciative of my business.

The staff had so much trouble processing our payment and getting us set up in the computer. You really need better TRAINING at this location. Some folks have trouble operating the computer. . .

This location has lockers that are stacked on top of each other. Which means you’ll have to wheel a set of portable metal stairs around to your locker if you have an upper level locker. Not safe if you are moving furniture or heavy items

I selected uhaul to assist me with my move to Clearwater FL was a big mistake My ubox was late by 8 days but one of my ubox was shipped to the wrong city & I had to drive 8 hours to get it Bad service

I was under the impression that storage doors would be steel, not wooden. Also, some the the screws on my unit were loose, even after the attendant fixed it. Did not want to store more items.
