If a Client request a Truck Rental, and it's in the compound, the agent behind the dest should Pre-Ready the Truck and equipments ordered to that truck so when the Client(renter) comes in ,All they would have to do is pay for Rental and it will cut down on wait time for all renters. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and attentive; on the bad side, when the return of the vehicle was a total failure on their part; I was told to go into a lane with a sign that said "return equipment;: the lane was not moving, so I got out, found the two trucks ahead of me had no drivers; they were just parked; then I found someone in a bay to complain to; he was just doing cleanup, but I couldn't understand his English; had to go back into the office-makes no sense.SAUL A.

U-Haul charged me for an extra day trailer was to be returned on the 30th and I returned it on the The 29th it was charged a $29 fee I had to call the Evanston location to get it taken care ofGREGORY S.

When we placed order on line we were asked if we wanted a dozen blankets for a $12 fee, and said yes. I just asumed they would be thin disposable blankets at that price. No mention was made they were rentals, and need to be returned with the vehicle. Same on pickup... no mention at all we needed to return the 12 blankets. So on return, we were charged $50, as the blankets were not in the vehicle. You need to make it very clear that these blankets are a rental, and that there will be a fee if not returned. The $50 fee was automatically charged to our CC. The fee was fair price, just not informed in advance.ROBERT K.

The facility is Outstanding. I've rented trucks and trailer several times and never had any issues. The employees are very professional. I have rental storage at competitor facility and I have been thinking about switching my storage rental to this U-Haul facility because of how well I'm treated when I rent vehicles. ThanksSAMUEL L.

Overall good, cargo van seemed well maintained, but was not clean. Return check-in was slow. Instructions called for me to remain in the vehicle until someone arrived. Waited for appx 5 min and no one came, so I went inside to find someone. This will remain my "go-to" U-Haul location.PAUL N.

Truck was clean, but was given with no gas and 10 miles to empty. Guests should return trucks with full tanks just like when they receive the truck. But getting a truck with no gas is frustrating for someone who already has a busy day ahead of them. Not filling the gas is lazy on the part of the location staff.JONATHAN D.
