The truck we rented had a maintenance light on that we were concerned about and the manager at the location made us wait for over an hour before talking to us to calm our concerns. We were the first customers in the door and they took all these other customers ahead of us after we said we were concerned about the maintenance light on.

Respect the order clients walk in. At some point I didn't know if I could /should ask or address myself to same person I talked to first. It seemed that every time I walked back to the office I have to get in line again and wast time, which after a long trip, it's not very good.

There was no attendant when it was raining to take the returning truck. I had to go in and return the keys to the front desk. Attendant can purchase a poncho or umbrella if scared of the rain.

The stuff were real disrespectful They were not nice and all of them demanding . They looked they owned the place. They forgot that they are a worker. They didn’t notvtespnd nicely and in some situation my wife was asking what is wrong with them . Simply she said: they might not like their job. Customer service was below average No smily face, no respect and no sign that we were welcome . I wouldn’t go there any more. And I don’t recommend it to any of my friend

I must say that when I arrived for pick up the staff had problems with the computer and they were unable to credit me $8 for insurance coverage for the trailer that I did not want. The manager gave me a hand written note. When I returned the trailer at 5pm, again the staff was unable to make the appropriate credit. I was there at least 35 minutes around 5 pm trying to get an $8 credit. I finally had to leave and I was assured the manager who was coming in later Saturday night would issue me the $8 credit. thanks julian

Everyone was very friendly, but the truck that I got was defective. The mirror swiveled freely and I had to keep the window open so I could continually adjust it throughout the entire ride, while I was driving.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and when I finally was given a auto transport it was dirty Like it was in a construction site then I had to wait back in line for another 10 minutes for service and then I had to wait another 20 minutes to actually get hooked up to the trailer

General Manager Denise Ramirez is super rude and not friendly to work with. This is by far the worst experience I have had at Uhaul and I rent on a regular basis. Denise needs some personality training and very unfit to be customer facing. She should be washing the trucks where she has limited customer facing duties.

Have more clear signs outside re: vehicle return or give individuals instructions on what to expect during the return process when they're checking out their vehicle. I didn't know I was supposed to wait in my truck for someone to come to me. There was no one visibly out there and no signs on what to do once i pulled into the return area. It's not made for multiple people returning at one time.

Be more specific about the gasoline level in the vehicle going out. When I rented the vehicle the form indicating the gas in the tank marked it as completely full. So upon returning the vehicle, I filled the tank. But it took 4 gallons, while I only drove 28 miles. Clearly the tank was not full when I rented it - or the vehicle got EXTREMELY LOW MILEAGE.

This is a full service uhaul facility with lots of uhaul trucks and packing materials available. We were in and out quickly when we dropped the uhaul truck off. Guy who helped us was very nice.

I want to start off by saying I’m very easy-going and try not to let things bother me, but my recent experience at Uhaul was TERRIBLE. I needed to tow my 1973 corvette to a few mechanics and had a choice between renting an 8 foot pickup and auto transport or paying a tow truck. I chose Uhaul, big mistake. I showed up for my 9am pickup and stood in an empty line waiting for one of the employees to greet me. Eventually one looked up from their phone and asked how they could help me. We went outside and nothing was prepared or ready, despite there being no other customers. The auto transport was filthy, it had clearly been used on a construction site or something similar and had dust and chunks of dirt all over it. This ended up transferring onto my 1973 corvette, which now requires a wash. It took 45 minutes for the employees to hook up the trailer, making a much later start to the day than I anticipated. As I started driving down the road, I heard a clanking sound coming from the trailer, so I pulled over to find the hydraulic jack banging on the ground. After several more times of this happening, I eventually tied it with some heavy duty straps. When I got to my destination to load the trailer, I realized the ratchet straps, used to secure the wheel of the car to the trailer were loose. These could have easily flown loose, gotten tangled in a tire and caused an accident. If I had been told about securing them, I clearly would have. After driving around all day with my corvette, I finally headed home. I was planning on parking the trailer and the pickup in the back of my garage, but the trailer wouldn’t detach because hydraulic jack was broken. Finding street parking at night on Chicago streets with a truck and trailer, that was a great end to a long day. After having so many hassles I wasn’t able to stop at my last shop, requiring me to go in the morning. For this reason I had to rent a second day (and spend another $100). I finally made it back to Uhaul, only to have the employees waste more of my time. I pulled the truck into the parking lot and got out. When I’ve returned trucks to other Uhaul locations, an employee comes to greet me and go through the process. This time no one came. After five minutes, I went inside and asked about returning the equipment. I was informed to go back outside and someone would be with me shortly. I went back outside and wait for 20 minutes, only to have an employee stand right next to me on their phone. Eventually they started looking at the mileage/gas etc. At this point he then asked me to repark the trailer into a spot. Keep in mind this was my first time driving pickup truck, let-alone one with a trailer attached. After a few attempts I got the trailer into the spot. I informed the employee of the problem with the hydraulic jack, at which point a few other employees came out to examine the trailer. At this point, no one had talked to me for 15 minutes and told me anything that was

U-Haul Contract 25822927 / please refund this money. Hello… I am disputing this bill… I was charged an extra day. I brought the truck back at 10 PM… NO one told me at the rental place that if I didn’t bring it back while they were open I would be charged an extra day. It also is not clear from the sign that I would be charged an extra day. It was completely unrealistic for me to go through signing in to an account to indicate what time I was returing the truck. I cannot believe I have to deal with this. Also I was charged for fuel… The person who gave me my truck adjusted the gas … and he marked it and signed it… it was marked 1/16 and he changed it to ½ and signed it and said I would not have a problem. Clearly I am having one. Photo of contract attached here. Please refund the extra day, the extra day of insurance and the fuel charge that was wrong. Please advise. Thank you. Aron Packer
