The gal at the counter today is your weakest link. She just did not care about anything we needed and her attitude showed that. We were an interruption to her day, that's how we felt. Every single person there is warm, engaging, helpful and a joy to work with. We have rented cargo vans 20+ weekends this year so we interact with your staff a lot.

I drove only 7 miles total so the $1/mile was ok. I didn't inquire about the long range rate but I trust it is not $1/mile The staff were very friendly and quick.

I did not appreciate waiting 35 minutes for the only person that could run the reservation desk to pump propane for a customer....you need to have someone to be able to help other customers check in.

The people there don't seem to know what they were doing. I was over charged, had to go there to correct it. Waiting for my refund. This should not have happened, made the whole experience unpleasant. The guy who inspected the rental truck, before and after, was good.

The manager had an emergency and could not come til after 8a. That means that people waited 1hr and 10 min. They need a back up for that. About 5 persons were waiting to be served. Other than losing that time. It was great. Phoebe Bradford

The manager and staff here were very friendly, helpful at the Evanston location, it was a completely different experience than my experience at the Niles, IL location. The man who worked Sunday evening 11.12.17 at the Niles location was rude, condescending and needed a total attitude adjustment.

Josh / Tasha could do a better job of copying verbal information on the phone using scratch paper instead of re - asking for basic information over and over. Plisner in on the ball and getting the job done. I called and asked two different people how to check in returned equipment after hours and was told just drop the keys in the drop box and park the vehicle in the return isle. There was a bit more to the online return process, (taking multiple pictures), which I discovered after locking up the truck and dropping the keys. Lucky for Me that I did take a picture of the mileage and fuel level before stepping out. Overall a very simple and easy move, I have rented there many times and will certainly return. Thanks to all.

Employees at the Dempster location are friendly and very helpful. Dempster has plenty of room for hooking up trailers and exiting the lot safely. Stayce was very good at helping hitch the trailer and making sure everything was a "go." Staff answered my questions much better than the doofus at the Milwaukee Avenue location. I would use this location again.

They gave me a truck that had mileage from the previous driver on it and was thus charge to me. Also charged me for gas, when I did indeed fill it up to the line on the paper that was handed to me and the guy checking my out told me I only had to fill it to the line as they were giving me a truck that was not filled with gas. I have called and lodged a complaint for overcharging me by at least $75 dollars, and I would like my money refunded or will dispute the charge on my credit card. I have a Ref. # ID: 1589376. At this point NO ONE AS CALLED ME BACK to discuss this! Monique Austin

Oct 17 truck was not safe. Headlights did not illuminate enough road, probably need aiming. Gas gauge also stuck: I put in twice the contract refill estimate and the needle did not move.
