Teach some customer service to your employees. Acted like he was doing me a big favor. The Dropbox should be much easier to find instead of having to wander around an empty property at night.

I never take surveys but I feel it's necessary. I received a dirty truck with literally a box in the front cab. The window was so dirty I couldn't see out of it. I had to pull over buy windex from a gas station and clean it. Really disappointed.
Staff is professional, kind to all. Helped me after i thought i had goofed up my online reservation, then helped me change it when the nursing home my mom died at would not let me move stuff out right away.

This experience was much better then the last one. My question, why send out surveys since you never hear back on any posted feedback.
The drop off process was disorganized to non-existent. There was a return lane, but it was poorly marked and was actually blocked by a parked truck and the car of a propane customer. The attendant didn't give me the time of day. When got his attention and I ASKED HIM if I should leave the truck in the return lane he replied "sure," as in "whatever man", "who cares?" There was no customer service process at all. When I ASKED HIM what the process was, he said to just leave the keys in the truck. This is poor service and poor process. When I return a rental car, I want it checked in, and written confirmation that it was returned in good order and no additional charges will be incurred. No such thing happened, so I went into the U-Haul office and ASKED AGAIN. I received similar treatment. They could not care less. I was told the system would send me an email. This U-Haul location does not have a clear process for doing business, or their employees have not been trained on what that process is. A truck is very expensive piece of equipment, but no process. I would get more service, documentation and professionalism returning a $2.00 DVD rental.
I was charged for items that I did not receive. Furniture pads and a hand truck.
This was not our preferred location, but rather well out of our way and incredibly inconvenient at the start of a 2000 mile drive. Also, there was one person working at the front on what seemed to be the busiest moving day of the year. The line was ridiculous. Is Uhaul not making enough money to properly hire staff?
If you want to wait 45 minutes for a truck with a broken mirror and gets 3 miles per gallon, this is the place. $77 for 11 miles seems steep for a 15 foot truck.

I checked in on line and when I went to pickup the cargo van they told me the system had an issue so I had to check in again at the pickup location.
