Explain the time for rental and size of vehicles better. I was unaware of the time allocated for my rental plus, I was given a smaller truck then explained to me.

The facility only had one person on duty and I think early mornings that shouldn't be the case. The young lady who waited on us was awesome but appeared to be overwhelmed because she couldn't service everyone in the manner she was accustomed.

Maybe it was the mobile check in but it was slow and clunky. Then somebody drove off with my truck apparently to get out the smoke smell. I had to wait 30 minutes to actually get the truck. Returning the vehicle was easier though

The long phone wait for information was irritating. Tried to get info prior to arriving. After 11 minutes on hold hung up phone. Otherwise, once I was there it was fine.

I first went to the U-Haul on Dunn Rd in Hazelwood and was not impressed by the young male that tried to work with me but the employees in Florrisent was wonderful/professional and very nice.

You can train your employees to learn how to speak to their customers correctly. Picking up the vehicle was ok, but bring it back, the worker was very rude and very unprofessional.

Prioritize customers that took time to come in store. Moving helpers hired broke things at rental property and they broke furniture. Did not take responsibility just said things happen when you move. You still have to pay for the job that has been done. Johnny Movers. This was a horrible experience from picking up truck to the movers.
