The truck cabin and cargo area was clean, had everything we requested and the truck ran smoothly. The woman who assisted us clearly hates her job and was pissed during the entire transaction. The key to the truck couldn't be located and she muttered under her breath "not my monkeys, not my circus". The interaction was very awkward and not professional.

Please put a rubber or foam protector on the 6x12 opening (underneath the top of it where it's lower than the ceiling inside). People keep banging their head on it.

The Gentleman that runs the place (Andy), is awesome! Prompt, customer oriented, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure the equipment was ready to make my moving experience as smooth as possible. The guy that was at the U-Haul place on Lindbergh in Florissant that waited on me was very snappy..I’m trying to get an understanding as to why my rental was so high and he was getting an attitude. I had the truck for 4 days but ask for an extra day for which he gave me but realized that I did not need the extra day but he charged me for the extra day anyway! So, I asked for the manager but he wasn’t there stating that he’s gonna tell you the same thing! (Me, saying that’s fine as long as I talk to him and hopefully he’s more pleasant)

When reserving a Uhaul rental from this Florissant location, make sure it the on N. Hey 67, not West Florissant location. The front desk worker had to delete my reservation and made the corrections quickly. Everything went smoothly from checkout to check-in. I can't remember his name, but a big Thank You for making my rental van used for our weekend event a success getting big items moved to event location.

The team member that handled my rental did not explain anything about the process. He just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I did not feel the least bit valued.

I was given the wrong drop off point but luckily, the final drop off was not far away. I was told by the one who told me my drop off location that I might get a refund for bringing the truck back early. But, no luck. The truck did have great features.

Van was dirty, tank was almost empty and there were fast food receipts along with a large mug indicating it had not been serviced before we took possession. My card was charged an extra $39 because they said it wasn’t returned the same day which was so not true! I’m waiting for my refund that they should not have taken in the first place.
