It took too long to find the vehical I was renting and then it wouldn't start and Ineeded assistance to get another van.The staff were exceptional in helping me. Return of vehical took too long waiting.
This was my second time renting a trailer. I can only say that other than having to travel across the city, from Brooklyn to Queens, for a pickup, all went well!

Wheel alignment on van was off so wasn't an easy drive! Also someone needs to show customers where to find things like mirror adjusters, wipers etc. It isn't our vehicle and we shouldn't have to try to find these things.
Nothing everything was perfect
Reservations for 9 AM were handled by 10:25; the reserved equipment (furniture dolly, pads, utility and appliance dollies) weren't available despite my reservation being 3 weeks old. The lack of equipment turned a 5 hour job into an 11 hour one, right before the NYC 02/01/21 snowstorm. I wasn't even given a heads up about this, and there wasn't so much as an apology given. I can't say that I would ever use this U-Haul location ever again after this experience.
Since I had a previous reservation done ,you should put a notice for clients who had such thing done to go online and then establish an express lane at your premises so they can be out quick.
The seatbelt of the truck was ripped and it was difficult to put on but apart from that everything was great!
More representatives working behind the counter. Although we're asked to make reservations online and upload documents, we shouldn't have to wait on lines to do the process over once we're there. The workers are very professional and helpful. I would also recommend your scanning devices be upgraded to work better.
Quick and easy checkin
Young lady at register was very helpful and friendly. Pickup and drop-off was very simple. Will use again.
More staff. The wait time to get the truck was just extreme... I felt bad for the staff who was there. Allana I think is her name? She works the PM on Saturday.. she's great. Very accommodating and helpful
Some people behind the customer service desk is so serious and not friendly, your lanes to the tellers are obstructed, too much stuff is in the middle and that's is not a clear view from the teller to the customers and vis versa.
I wanted to drop the truck in New Jersey but I was told that If wanted it drop it in NJ, where I would move to, then truck wasn't available. I would have to wait until someone called me. So I had to drive back to the same spot which costed me extra fees.
I reserved a furniture trolly the morning before my pick up when arriving they stated they were not able to accommodate me as they were none available.
There was a great female customer service representative who helped us and took care of our issue.
The rep in the morning was rude. Had an attitude from the beginning. The person that checked the truck on the return was helpful and quick.

Great service. The vehicle was clean. The only problem was that the vehicle had starches and other damages when the pictures showed otherwise. But other than that I will definitely be a returning customer thank you

Excellent friendly service
Although the young lady who helped me out was incredible, I think that changing the agreed upon size of the vehicle and time of pick up without notification, needs to be corrected. It's incredibly stressful when you get a text on the day of the reservation (one hour before pick up,no-less), showing the agreed upon time for the pick up has changed and the vehicle I had ordered was not available. Luckily, I had a very helpful rep at the location who gave me an alternative solution to the problem and we worked it out.
Just a little difficult to use the mobile app. Didn't work and had to get help from customer service.
When I went to pick up they didn't have the furniture dolly that I reserved. I was told "we don't have any." You would think that you would have this especially since I placed my reservation days in advance.
The mobile check in and check out service could be convenient if the odometer readings were accurately recorded online however it was not and the whole self process led me to a lot of time used contacting customer service and sending emails. The wait time was extensive for reaching a customer service representative over the phone. I must admit that once speaking to any uhual representative, they carried out their work with respect and efficiency.
The Vehicle I rented had the check engine light on and there was a sound coming from the engine. Luckily vehicle I rented didn't breakdown on my.
Service too slow at counter or inside people
The owner (Tony?) was SUPER patient and helpful! Had trouble with the app and he went the extra mile.
The truck was clean, however it had the check engine light on and wouldn't turn on after I was done unloading. This took away more than an hour of the time we needed to finish moving. I recommend upgrading the trucks.
I was very stressed to use the service but the checkout was smooth, staff was helpful, and return was simple. It would have been nice to know I could have parked on site though!
The cashier was not really helpful. You could tell she had a long day. I was treated as if I already knew the process as opposed to informing and explaining certain things.
Have the size hand truck people reserve
Please buy newer trucks. Truck we rented 17' had 150000 miles on it with no suspension bad steering and real bad gas mileage. Horrible ride experience!

The only thing I can suggest is to please make sure the windows and mirrors are clean. The manager was very helpful and I have always had good experiences with the team at this location.

The people in the parking plaza were warm, and the people in the reception room were cold and impatient.

I disappointed to rented U-Haul Van. The day befor I pickup, I came to U-Haul saturday to make reservations that I needed the 15'N Truck Van, same as I had rented before, I sad. But that U-Haul employer he dont answered, he just printed the papers he needed and he give me the copy. Than he serving athers customers. On the ways I go home I repeat to read the paper he gives to me that I realized that I got big citing from that guys, he dont give me the 15'N truck Van as I ask hem, he just put van in the paper. The nex days when I came to pickup the car, I asking again the Van'15 N, but he answered 'you get what in the paper printed.!!* This is actually reason I can't returned the van as shedulled...! Good luck U-Haul.....!!!**

I’ve rented storage units in many places. Uhaul was the only one who don’t pro-rate. I had to pay a whole months rent and only stood for 6 days. I would never deal with Uhaul again for this reason
I did not ask for it but they offered me one month free. They provide all basic needs and info to make me feel at ease about storing my things
That was the worst experience of my life the customer service at the flushing location was horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
