It was 7:30 and the rep told me I had to get there by 8:00. I told her I was almost ready to return it (about 2 miles away) if she could please wait for me so I don't get charged for another day and I have to un hook the trailer and store it off the street. I thought she could have been a little more understanding. It was like I want to get out of here at 8 and tuff luck buddy.

We rented 9ft van and when we did a pre-christmas there was a dent on the side door. It had an X on it as well as one below. When we returned the truck the X was gone and they charged us for damage to the van. When challenged they said it was a fresh scratch and it should have a X on it to say it was there before. I stated it was there but must have fallen off in travel. In a nice way they refused the explanation and said I should have taken pictures. I agree but did not have a working camera with me at the time. I asked what there records showed for that veheical showing the damage that they record from previous rentals. They said they do not have those records. The X's are used for previous accidents and they only mark down on the green slips non Xed damage. Since I had no evidence to support my claim I had to pay the fine but I said they do not either. They told me to contact corporate if I wanted to challenge. The conversation was very cordial and professional but I still think UHauls lack of record keeping is part to blame as is mine. I will contact coorporate about his and see if a compromise can be found to the situation.

Some counter staffs could be more friendly. Staffs at vehicle despatch are super helpful. Best thing was customers parking. I was able to park my own vehicle at the Uhaul premises while I was driving Uhaul truck.

You can have u haul have a truck when you reserve one and then on days you know are busy have more customer calL reps available and not play like you didn't expect high call volume at end and beginning of the month. Also not waste hours of my time. Please have someone call.

The server for the website kept failing.... The staff noted that they were behind in tech equipment as the system is running subpar and created a environment of stress. I waited an hour and a half to get my rented truck due to errors on uhuals end. You can feel the atmosphere of frustration.. The people who take the truck after the rental are rude. They were nothing but awful. Customer service is pretty much no existent with them and came off as overly aggressive. It's not appreciated and will cause escalation with the wrong individual. I rather spend more time moving in cars of family then to have space of the truck and deal with this again

I was making the line and there were calling the next person randomly without order of arrival. The person who delivered my trailer was too slow and didn't have the necessary strength and energy to pull my trailer I had to do it my self in order to get out of the place... the system takes forever because they have to call three different people to verify the equipment will be return which I don't understand.. In other words the service is bad..
