The customer does not know your procedures to check in and return. When mistakes occur don’t blame the customer. It is your responsibility to correct it not the customer. Though the issue was solved the bad impression has been made

I was unaware that you have to leave the keys in a Dropbox on the building if you are leaving the rented vehicle back after hours. You should put that in your contract and inform renters if they are going to drop off the rented vehicle after hours where the keys are to be left. I was informed it is an ask and tell basis, but this is pertinent information for renters. You should be informing all renter about this if they are returning a vehicle after hours.

Overall was a fine experience. I would suggest having more than two clerks checking out customers during the early morning hours. The two representatives did great checking them out quickly but the volume of customers delay the process.

Had a 12:30 reservation.didnt get the vehicle until 1:15. Further more this location was so kind as to charge me for a 12:30 pick up! Bad businedd!! 2 thumbs down

When I rented the 17' truck, I was told I could extend it by just calling. When I called I was told no extension and if you do not return the truck by 2pm, they were going to report it Stolen. I was also told if I do not bring the truck back with 1/4 of a tank of gas(which it was when I rented it), I would be charged $4.25 a gallon. Brought it back with less than 1/4 of a tank. I was willing to pay the $4>25. Was told there would be an approximate service fee of $50. Unfair. Plus the truck was dirty and the attendant had no idea of how many miles to the gallon the truck got. Will not rent from you again.

The upfront cost for rental for the one way rental is too expensive. The price was comparable to a full service moving company. With a little planning someone could have hired the moving service and have enough to buy a plane ticket to wait for their arrival. On a positive note the ubox services that was offered to us to have delivered helped pay down the cost.

first my reservation was change without my knowledge or consent. then i told location i would return trailer in one day, and to not charge me for 2 days. i called as soon as i dropped off (the next day) to make a note on my account. I STILL GOT CHARGED 2 DAYS. so now i've placed 2 calls to the manager, who apparently makes his own hours, to adjust charge. i don't have time for this foolishness. get it together uhaual. i'll be using budget next time. terrible experience

Used app for self service (Holiday, no staff) felt fuel charge was incorrect. Representative called me(12/26/17) to basically say that i was wrong and fuel charge was correct. rip-off, i did not have ability to verify consumption of fuel, I returned vehicle correctly. if they want $4.95 so badly keep it.

Was supposed to pick up truck at 7:00am, truck was ready and then when it was ready fuel gauge wasn’t working. Had to wait for another truck. The other truck had a water leak from the left top of windshield and got he seat wet and fogging he windshield. I was at the return station before 7 and had to pay an extra day because there was no one there to receive my truck. Had to do it by self return.
