The truck had over 100k miles it was acting weird and check engine light went on I was afraid I was going to get stuck on highway at night with about $10k worth of stuff loaded It was very unpleasant and stressful In the end I made it but I had to sweat it out

I was disappointed only Bc I was told that my truck would be ready to be picked up in one location and it was waiting for me at a completely different location. And that was after I was told repeatedly that it was "reserved" for me in the woodside location. I lost valuable time and money. Not everyone has Email's but not even a text or a phone call is ridiculous. So I had to scramble from woodside to college pointless. Ridiculous. Other than that, the people in college point were..... ??........ ?????? On point!

Originally my reservation was with a different location. I received two email confirmations about my truck reservation. Three days later, the day before my reservation, after 5pm I received a voicemail saying the location I made my reservation didn’t have the truck I ordered. I was assigned a van instead. A van wouldn’t do as I was moving large furniture. I called the number that I was prompted to in the voicemail. They couldn’t help me, and gave me another number to call. I called the second number, and I was only able to get the vehicle I reserved at a different location almost triple the distance further from my location to the UHaul location. Seeing how you charge by the mile, I wasn’t pleased - not to mention the inconvenience. The rep that answered said I’d receive a discounted mileage rate, that still wouldn’t compensate for the additional distance I needed to drive. The location must not have been aware of this because I was not given the quoted mileage rate. The truck was fine. All the people I dealt with were pleasant. I just don’t understand how your system could allow me to make such a reservation if my desired location wasn’t equipped to handle it, and then not even inform me until after 5pm the night before...this needs to be better. I never fill these survey forms out. This is how upset the situation made me. Do better.

The computer system went down in the middle of the transaction, the staff couldn't get it running again (not their fault). We eventually had to handle it as an online transaction through my own phone. An hour delayed, and not acceptable.

I don’t like going back into the office once I’m out of it and I had to do it again this time because I wasn’t given a contract. I was told to get one outside. Then the guy hooking me up told me to go back inside to get it.

Hire employees who can correctly document how much gas is in a truck before creating the contract and having you sign it showing the wrong amount of gas. Or, maybe at least employees who are smart enough to fix the error before billing me incorrectly? ????????????????????????

Have later hours. Office closes at 8:00 p.m. which is somewhat early for those who work during the day, or may be coming in from a long distance, especially when delayed in traffic or inclement weather.
