Although the young lady who helped me out was incredible, I think that changing the agreed upon size of the vehicle and time of pick up without notification, needs to be corrected. It's incredibly stressful when you get a text on the day of the reservation (one hour before pick up,no-less), showing the agreed upon time for the pick up has changed and the vehicle I had ordered was not available. Luckily, I had a very helpful rep at the location who gave me an alternative solution to the problem and we worked it out.Mohamed E.

The mobile check in and check out service could be convenient if the odometer readings were accurately recorded online however it was not and the whole self process led me to a lot of time used contacting customer service and sending emails. The wait time was extensive for reaching a customer service representative over the phone. I must admit that once speaking to any uhual representative, they carried out their work with respect and efficiency.RICHARD H.

The truck was clean, however it had the check engine light on and wouldn't turn on after I was done unloading. This took away more than an hour of the time we needed to finish moving. I recommend upgrading the trucks.Cindy B.

With the exception of "contact free" truck retrieval since I had to go inside and wait on line to get the keys to truck I didn't mind this new feature option at all. Drop off was easier than previous experiences. Would rent from this location again.Alejandro M.

I got rental from here couple time already. And both times interior windshield glass were not clean, especially hard to see in night time. On my last rental one of headlight went out and windshield wipers suddenly stopped working during middle of the drive that is safety issue. I really hope they can put more attention on detail to maintain and clean the glass on the vehicle. Overall I still recommend this locationHang L.

The representative who helped me was not nice nor helpful. She referred me to check in on the app because I was dropping off after hours but was able to assist the guy before me who was dropping off after hours too. I used the app to check-in and had to walk back and forth several times due to lack of communication on her end AND having the U-Haul app lag/shut down on me a few times, and on my boyfriends phone. I wasn't barely helped and really had to navigate the service on my own and with all the delays, I had to pay my movers longer. Terrible service and not sure I'd come back.Lisa B.

Flushing queens was ok. As a company they are horrible. Told me 11/13 at 5:45 pm they had the trailer I need. Get to the shop in farmingdale around 7 they dont have one. Got the run around and was able to get a trailer the next day in flushing but it was too late and a waste of my money and time. . Lost the day cause of uhaul. Will never use them or receive them to anyone .frank P.

The van I received smelled like absolute garbage. One of the worst smells I ever encountered. Does U haul clean or even check the vehicles? The worker handling drop off thought it was funny, while I did not. Making situations worse and the sales associate Joshua thought it was funny and did nothing to accommodate me. The app is convenient but has it's issues. The process takes a while after you arrive to pick up the vehicle. There should be an option to do the pre-screening prior to arrival so that the process is faster. I also rented the appliance dolly online, but when picking up the truck I had to request for someone to get it for me. It would be nice if it was already in the back of the truck. In addition, I got charged twice for the appliance dolly when I only rented one. How did that happen? Called customer support and said the manager will call me back to correct the issue and never did. I called the local office but manager is not available. I disappointed to rented U-Haul Van. The day befor I pickup, I came to U-Haul saturday to make reservations that I needed the 15'N Truck Van, same as I had rented before, I sad. But that U-Haul employer he dont answered, he just printed the papers he needed and he give me the copy. Than he serving athers customers. On the ways I go home I repeat to read the paper he gives to me that I realized that I got big citing from that guys, he dont give me the 15'N truck Van as I ask hem, he just put van in the paper. The nex days when I came to pickup the car, I asking again the Van'15 N, but he answered 'you get what in the paper printed.!!* This is actually reason I can't returned the van as shedulled...!
