brenda T.As a company, we reserve Uhaul's all over the country for different transport situation. As a regional manager, I have always reserved online with a company operations card online (staff do not have access to this card at the location) and had the staff have Uhaul charge the card on file with no issues. I have even had that done at this location. In the event that they could charge the card on file, I have been able to pay with the same card by phone which again, I have done at this location before. However, with this reservation, I was told that there wasn't a card on file which I find doubtful bc I had to use one to confirm the reservation and then was told that I couldn't pay by phone. This was ridiculous as I've never had that situation happen with Uhaul ever and not even at this location.

Louren E. | Overall ExperienceWe were sent to the wrong number storage unit and when we got to the correct one, there was a rat trap sitting in a dark corner that should not be touched bare-handed. Of course we had to pick it up and carry it into the lit hallway to read the embossed black instructions on the black box to tell what it said and by the it was too late. The rat trap that shouldn't be touched already had been.

Allen K.Check the tires before customer assessed. We put our trust in UHaul that the truck was safe and checked over, only to find once we got to our destination that the driver rear tire was flat. Called the store and was told to bring it back (across the next town over). When we told them we could not, we were given the information for roadside assistance so they could come fix the tire. Please check your trucks well.

SAMUEL D.After having reserved an appliance dolly for several weeks we showed up to pick up our equipment and was told that they did not have one available. Not having the doll put a severe strain on our ability to move large appliances. This is unacceptable. We should have been informed prior to showing up that they did not have a dolly so we could have made alternative plans. VERY POOR SERVICE CAUSING US A LOT OF PROBLEMS!!!!!!

In modern times this is beyond a rare occurrence. Who ever is managing this team knows their stuff! Thank you for a great experience.

Upon arrival, the guy at the desk was unhelpful and didn’t know how to give directions to ‘check in’ so I could use my entry card. No directions anywhere, not on the map, or the door. After 10 minutes in the heat, the card finally decided to work and allow me in. (Another group of people moving had the same issue, they came in behind me) I was given a climate controlled room down a long hallway that was not easily accessible and could not fit the 8 foot, 400 lb piece of furniture inside, due to narrow hallway and door. It couldn't have been broken down and I expressed that. I called the front desk and the guy(s) were so unhelpful and really just didn’t care about customer service or their job. They really could use customer service training. It isn’t all uhaul places, the location on stirman road in Fayetteville, Arkansas was awesome and very helpful when I rented the trailer.

Had to have my boyfriend come and change out the small lock so it would lock up, never did have the big lock fixed, they kept saying they would fix it and they didn’t. Used to wrap a chain around it and make it look like it was locked up. And if it wasn’t for that I would give them an excellent rating.

And man that was running the place called me a homeless old woman and said that he had seen me camped out on the side of his building two weeks earlier. He treated me badly I hope he is reprimanded maybe you can rip some of his stripes and pay bring him back down to Earth where he needs to be. I am not homeless and hurt my leg badly and just because I had on pajama pants because it's the only thing I could wear does not make me homeless which I am not and I certainly did not sleep nor try to live in one of your unit inside or out.
