The information relayed from the current location needs to match up with the information given from the coporate phone numbers. We tried to change too things and we were given a phone number to call instead of changing it prior pick up. When we called to change they said we should have changed it prior to pick up.

I waited a very long time to be helped due to the guy behind the counter flirting with a female customer. I almost gave up and walked out. Finally her friend came in to get her out and rolled her eyes many times at me while trying to get her friend to quit flirting with your customer service rep. And leave. He was flirting heavily with her.

It was very frustrating to do everything online and then when we got there to pick it up they had none of the information. It was like we should have just when in and made the reservations. We had picked our return site but they had to find everything again. We even had the confirmation number. Very frustrating to know I tried to streamline the process but it was just lengthened instead.

The rental and check in process was very efficient and speedy. My only issue had nothing to do with the rental venue but with the final charge. I rented a truck for $19.99 but by the time I turned it in the following day my total was in excess of $67.

It appeared the employees were bothered to have to check me in. One continued to chain smoke while the other asked me to help verify the lights all worked. Was charged for extra mileage even though I drove straight to the address I listed when I booked and also left the truck with over a 1/4 tank more fuel than I had to. A/C did not work when under load going up hills on a 100 degree day.

John went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He even changed out fuses for us on our truck so the dolly lights would work properly. I've never rented any equipment before and they made it very "doable" for us.

Clean the place up. Get your computer gear up and running. Trucks should be clean (not just tidied up). Older truck, no cruise control, transmission didn't shift reliably. Also, Budget doesn't charge for additional mileage like your company does, so, see ya!

All I needed to do was drop the trailer off. Nobody was in the yard when I drove up so I went on in. I waited for the woman behind the counter to wait on a challenging couple ahead of me. Her attitude was curt and she acted overworked. When she looked up and saw I had my contract in my hand she told me to wait outside and someone would wait on me out there. She then got on her radio and said loudly and irritatedly, "There's a guy to drop off a trailer. Would someone PLEASE pick this guy up?" The man who waited on me was not interested in seeing my contract, punched the trailer number in his phone, got a curious look on his face and then asked, "Did you get this here?" I answered, "No sir. I brought it from Nashville." His attitude improved and as he disconnected the trailer told me the woman inside would have a receipt for me. Nobody was inside and 4 customers eventually waited. One left, one only wanted to buy boxes and the other was waiting to pay for propane. I wait about 20 minutes before another person showed up from inside the shop to start waiting on customers and find my receipt. The location was very inefficient, had a lack of urgency for the customer and was not customer friendly. It's disappointing because I've used this location previously several times for trailer/truck rental needs. Being a company branch I expected far better customer appreciation and service.

The employee who helped us didn't listen to where we would be driving to pick up our belongings, so I ended up being charged an additional $51 in mileage when I dropped off. I would suggest training employees to being more attentive while they're doing a contract. I would suggest training

Customer service was awful. Rude employees. Had to come back 30 minutes later because computers were down. I was charged more than what I was told.
