U-Haul changed my reservation fron where I needed it to a site way across town. Then assigned me a unit that wasn’t available, then had to wait for new paperwork and assigned unit. Then low tires that I had to point out and unit was not cleaned. After being delayed an hour at pickup, they have the nerve to charge me an extra day when I did return it before the time I picked up the day before. Now I have to argue for the refund for their mistake. U-Haul = Fail!!!!

The lady was extremely rude to me. I got there at 10:58 my reservation was at 11 and I had also done the automatic check in yet I still waited nearly 20 minutes to get my truck. There were several people in line before me and after waiting on those people when I finally get to the desk she looks at me and says she’ll be right back. She was rude and had a bad attitude and I honestly feel disrespected by this representative. Had I not absolutely needed the uhaul I wouldn’t have continued the transaction. I will never use uhaul again. I would not recommend it to anyone. And I bet I won’t be reimbursed either because I didn’t get anything on time and I wasted 10 in gas that I didn’t need to put in because the gas had wasn’t even working properly. So no. Find another moving company.

You need more help at the front desk. The line was terrible. I personally did not mind the wait. Your girl working the front desk, Delana is awesome!!!! Patient, friendly and goes above and beyond in customer service. I don't know what you pay her, but it's not enough. She was great. And the long line was uncalled for. She handled it great, but it was not fair to her. She had to hook up trailers, do the contacts, payments, returns, etc. Not once in our trip to pick up our trailer and to return it, did I see another person helping her. She is a keeper!!!

The furniture pads and dolly I rented were in great condition. However, the ignition switch on the truck wasn’t working properly and was very difficult to start. The switch was locked most of the time and took a lot of twisting to get it unlocked each time I started the truck. When I returned the truck, I mentioned the issue and I was told that particular truck had been stolen and sustained damage to the switch. I feel like the switch should have been properly repaired before putting the truck back in service. Besides that annoyance, the truck ran fine and was clean inside. It got the job done at a price I felt was reasonable. The store employees were helpful and quite friendly.

Stop charging people for 3 debits when they used a vehicle for about 8 hours 3 times in 2 days and almost put me in the negative. I rented a vehicle at 12 30 pm returned it at 8 0 8 pm and was charged at normal price, everything was fine. Next day, I get charged for a 2nd day rental when I don't have the rental. Then,I get a 3rd charge for going 14 miles over. The estimated 20 miles I estimated. How can this be when I only spent 8.88 to refill vehicle. If I am forced to use this service again I will pay in cash Only

The clerk should have informed me that if I didn't have the truck back within 24 hours, she would call my contact number. She called 3 times trying to get in touch with me. Did y'all think I was going to steal the truck in that length of time?

Your online turn in tried to charge me 28,000 when I turned in truck after hours. I almost had a heart attack from it. I called customer service and they told me in morning to call dropoff provider they couldn’t help me! Called first thing next day and Ed’s Service in Waldron was fabulous. Have better customer service and for God’s sake fix your website!!!

Not be so misleading with your pricing. The pickup was advertised at around 20 dollars. After moving in town for a few hours my cost was near 80$. I followed all the rules so I'm not sure why it was so expensive. Guess you got me.

The lady that helped me Friday night 12/22 was AWESOME. It was raining and she helped me get hooked up and even changed a fuse. She said she had worked for U-haul for 10 years. She is a keeper!
