Average no trash near storage bathroom always broke and or dirty and close at 10pm I work evening shift 6 days a week

All the staff worked with us if there was ever an issue with payment or when were getting moved out. Rose is exceptional at making sure all issues were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Joel T. | First ImpressionsFor the Uhaul facility on Townson Ave in Fort Smith, AR The rest of my last in May -June up until I reached Fort Smith was an Almost Disaster through out the orders with Uhaul!! Fort Smith is the only reason I’ll ever do services with the Uhaul Company ever again!!
kathy m. | Overall ExperienceRose and her staff were always helpful and willing to help if needed and were very flexible when my auto pay was messed up because my debit card on the account had to be changed (debit card compromised and bank issued a new one) Rose notified me in a professional and courteous manner the correct it! Along with the Storage Unit I had rented several trucks and the process was super easy and quick! So like I said if you need storage I’d give Rose and her staff a call! 1-5 Five Stars I’d rate U-Haul Fort Smith 10 Stars!

adam f. | Overall ExperienceOne issue I had but couldn’t do anything about it was when I talked to the person on the phone the unit that I had requested was supposed to had been climate control. When I got there it wasn’t. So I had to take what they had The other issue I had was the mice in the was bad that is why I had to find somewhere else. But your staff was very nice and friendly.
