The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to support me at each turn. I am very very grateful. One piece of feedback about the storage unit is that there appears to be some rusty pipes on the ceiling that are dropping rusty debris into my unit and could damage or stain items over time.

I saw nothing wrong with the service at all! The customer service rep was awesome!!!! Her name was Sierra and that girl is a true multitasker!!! She even got a young man to assist me with getting my dolly on the truck, all the while taking care of 3 customers at the same time!!! All at this location was great!!!!!!

When we got there, no one greeted us- instead, the two young ladies were worried about their initial conversation. Someone else walked in and asked my husband and I were we in line. We said yes we’re waiting, and that was when they asked how they could help us. I reserved a 17’ truck, and while the young lady was typing on the computer, I was also glancing. She proceeded to say, “you about to break your neck looking at the screen ain’t it!!” ….. I found that highly unprofessional, no need to say more. Right after check out, we went to the truck, and although I am aware this is a moving appliance, the truck was no where in shape for to be utilized. The car shook as we drove, tape and peeling seats, etc. This was not a pleased experience and I will not recommend this site to anyone. P.s, as someone who is OSHA certified, I would recommend training and store and equipment checks before someone not as nice as me graces your facility.

While attempting to bring u haul truck. Sales associate and I had a bad altercation. Manager was at the desk as well did nothing to diffuse the situation. Sales associate kept talking and being very rude in front of more customers as well. Will never come back to this location

Sierra greeted me promptly when I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and my check-in process was seamless. I've never had to rent a U-Haul before but thanks to Sierra my experience was fantastic. My drop off was also quick and easy thanks to Breanna. The team there at Germantown is amazing and deserves to be recognized.

Woman who helped me at the counter was extremely pleasant and polite. I don’t think she stopped moving the whole time. Was knowledgeable and got me in and out fast and even helped me with the automated system on my phone while she was handling other customers.

There was now dolly available as I reserved. Was told to try back the next day. When doing so one of the representatives refused to allow me to rent one. I had to call customer service and they had to over the mgr head to get me one to rent. Will never use them again. The return was great only because I did not have to deal with them.

The truck needed to be serviced! Brakes were not good and didn’t want to stop at times. Truck also had trouble changing gears. I felt very unsafe!

When I got to the facility, I was not able to use the keypad to enter the building so I had to go inside once I get there. There were five Hispanics holding up the only worker inside the building after work I was able to talk to a young man to that was able to assist me with my exit code. Once I got into the building where the unit is located the lock that was supposed to be provided, was not there I made it back on the inside to speak with an attendant the same five Hispanic guys were they’re still holding up her register or her line I then informed the young lady the lock was not provided as stated on the contract inside of the unit. I was then told that U-Haul no longer provide the locks that it had to be purchased so I end up having to purchase a 1195 lock in order to secure the unit. This information was not shared during the initial time of inquiry of the Unit on the website when you go and sign up and to reserve a unit it clearly states that a 1195 lock is provided on the inside of the unit if I would have known the lock was not on the inside I would have purchased my lock from somewhere else because that is over pricey expensive for the type of lot that is provided or I had to purchase other than that the service was good. The young lady, as well as the young man were very nice and helpful.

Her and her staff are amazing and I would recommend this particular unit to anyone if I ever needed another storage. This location will be my number one option. No one can fix my keycard for me to get in. Had to keep changing my card and it still keeps saying “Access Denied” Paid for everything and can check in and out. But can’t get in without a worker being there. If it can’t be fixed, I want a full refund…. almost 90$ a month and my card won’t work? Yeah no

I would not recommend this unit to anybody. The hours of operation are not accurate. I needed to access my unit after the office was closed. I was not informed that the doors did not work with the access code. I called the one 800 number and a manager finally called me back to tell me that the doors didn’t work I put in a complaint asked to receive a phone call back. I never received a phone call back and I moved out at the end of the month

You have some them at like there job and some who don’t and have a very nasty rude attitude. Ms.Diamond was phenomenal I really loved her she helped a lot and she said she was new only versus a skinny dark employee acting as if she was gone fight had a very rude nasty attitude. I was giving a code and told I can come any time I want turns out that’s not true and tried to stop me movers from moving my stuff out my storage I was told they closed at 7 my stuff was almost out the storage she said she was closing at 5 just was very rude.

We were directed to this facility after another U-Haul facility was found to be contaminated. The registration process had to be completed again, no fault of the personnel. Because this registration was not complete online as at the original location, I was charged for a lock that should have been free.

I had a fantastic experience with U-Haul’s moving services and storage facility. Retevia and Sierra were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Retevia went above and beyond, staying an extra hour after her shift to ensure I could complete the closing of my storage room. Sierra, who had just joined the facility, helped me find a better location for my unit and guided me through the setup with great professionalism. Their dedication and assistance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’m extremely satisfied with the service !

Staff are friendly and go the extra mile. It's climate controlled and the facility is large and clean but i do have an issue with the property that i didn't think about when I leased the space. It lacks security. Because of the location (formal strip mall), there is no drive up access. There are no security property gates. Proper parking is regular parking lot style parking. This was a bit problematic when loading a lot of items. Not impossible by far, just a little more tedious. There is a small bit of traffic on the lot depending on what time of the day you go so you have to watch for cars or park curbside which may not be the safest option. There was also a vagrant walking back and forth around the property with a basket, talking to himself which made me nervous. Because of this I would never use the 24hr access or go alone outside of office hours. Right now access is only during office hours. I got there at 8am today (Sunday) but it was closed until 9am which was a little inconvenient for an early riser. I'm gonna stay a while but I do have concerns.
