My uhaul was not cleaned at 12pm when I reserved it for 11am. The manager of the location seemed completely annoyed that I mentioned the $50 guarantee policy. She elaborated all the reasons it wasn’t cleaned yet. She even said, “we had a clean one but you chose the one that wasn’t ready.” I politely told her I was sorry, but I reserved online and I chose a size option not a specific truck. She then cleaned the truck and handed my husband the keys. I waited inside to double check the $50 guarantee. When she came in she snapped, “I already put the $50 on the account.” I said, “oh okay. Thank you. I just wanted to make sure because you didn’t say anything about it to me before finishing the truck. Hope you have a better rest of the day.” She huffed and said, “yea eventually I will.” Completely unprofessional to first of all, blame others and especially blame the customer. Secondly, I don’t need to know why it’s everyone else’s fault she was behind. Finally, I don’t know if they’re reprimanded if they have to give the $50 back for not being ready, but she had a terrible attitude for actually being the one to inconvenience us. A simple, “I’m so sorry your truck isn’t ready we’ve had a crazy morning. Ill have it ready in just a few minutes. To make up for your wait I will refund $50 for your reservation guarantee. I apologize for the inconvenience.” I work in customer service and this manager representing the entire location needs to be retrained.

Don’t over charge customers when equipment is returned on time...

Returning our truck through your app was not user friendly. The app does not have a link to upload the pictures required. I tried multiple times but could not find that link. Also the truck had some kind of oil leak that could be smelled on the engine when in use. Please improve your app or offer a simpler way to return a truck during times when employees are not there and maintain engines better. I will need to move my storage contents in the future. I would hope that improvements have been done.

I was verbally attacked in the parking lot by a guy returning a uhaul with a moving company. He charged at me he was not paying attention and almost backed into the uhaul I was returning he got out of uhaul after I told him there was a car behind him and began charging at me and yelling along me screaming after I asked him to stop 3-4 times.

It was a busy weekend. That is understandable. I was there for two hours before I received my rental truck. They were saying computers were slow. However, when I finally got to check in it took less than ten minutes. Not sure if one employee was just incompetent, or what the deal was. If computers are having issues there needs to be another way to check in. I had five customers in line behind me. I felt sorry for them.

Overall, the experience was fine; however, we went to return our trailer, we did find out that we had been rented a faulty trailer. The tire was bad, rubber came off during our commute.

The lady at the register was extremely rude, and not very helpful. This uhaul is the close to where we live and every-time we have to use it we have the same experience ( usually not the same cashier). Always an awful experience but the pricing and convenience of location make it the most reasonable option for us.

Was not the best! Employee complain about the next employee! I was like look lady I just come in here to get a uhaul I have to move and don’t have time to listen to your story! Then on return guy was so rude I’m asking him questions and like do I need to drop key off inside he said for what nobody in there but me! Then snatched the key out of my hand! I will not be going back to this location!

Do not go to the location on 7th. I had a reservation for a month and I show up to get the truck and they tell me they gave it to someone else.

They were completely unhelpful, and unable to figure out how to allow me to drop the trailer off where I needed to. If I ever had to deal with this location again I’d cancel my reservation

Mr. Henry Sanders was excellent. He was positive, had a great attitude, and did an exceptional job much faster than we expected and even faster than his own estimate. He is professional and a credit to U-haul.

The slowest incompetent place I have ever been. Worker didnt know how to check me in. then I had to return the AT by 8am they weren't open so that charged me extra for turning it before they opened. Never said anything about this NEW POLICY they just stated. Absolutely AWFUL to be charged bc your not open when i am to return at 8am
