I rented a car hauler for 2 days, picked it up at 1pm. Brought it back the next day before closing- I didn't get any $$$ back for returning it b4 they closed- they said that if I had returned it b4 1 I would have.😒

Attendants were very helpful and courteous. Had no issues with the open trailer I rented. Satisfied with this rental experience.

The person who checked us in was rude! She wore a name badge that said General Manager and spoke at length with the man she was working with, but rrely conversed with me at all. She did inform me that "Ain't got no utility dollies or furniture dolly" ( which I had requested), and when I asked her if she had anything she brought out an appliance dolly and just walked away. As we were leaving she yelled out "The number on the key is the number of your truck"....and we went out in search of our rental. Bottom line....You don't have to like people to work in the customer service industry; you just have to be smart enough to act like you do. She needs basic training in customer service.

Have the requested truck available at the requested location. We requested our truck weeks in advance. There was no reason we needed to drive all the way across town, then pay mileage on the truck all the way back across town when we provided that amount of notice.

THe whole event turned out great except for the inbound hurricanes on the Gulf Coast. I was unable to get the Ubox in Mobile and had to rent a 15' truck and then drive to Hattiesburg to offload into my Ubox. Then the hurrican changed direction and I was unable to ride the Amtak train back due to the inbound hurrican from Biloxi to New Orleans. I was able to then fly back to Dulles Airport vice the train at a very $$$$ priced ticket!!!

The truck was not in good repair. The check engine light came on and the passenger sun visor fell off while I was driving. Customer service at the location was unfriendly.

Lots of computer issues. My card was initially declined after "manually" putting in information from card. Tried again and it was accepted. I think they forgot to enter 3 digit code.

The truck had a sensor saying the gas cap was not closed properly. Re closed it and the sensor was still on. The check engine light came on also. The truck shifted rough, like it did not want to go into gear. The lady in the office was super nice. The gentleman that checked me in had no idea how to check the mileage use. Had to show him how. Not a good experience.

Truck had the check engine light on and the gas cap indicator was on. Truck had a hard time shifting. WORST truck I have every rented from U-Haul. Told the young man that checked the truck in about all the gauges and lights on. Had to show him how to get the mileage from the panel. A very rough driving truck.

The lady who is running this location she is so rude. I did not get the gas all the way to the 7/8 mark and she reacted like I was taking food from her mouth. Yesterday when stopped pickup my haul she was there by her self. Sadly, you lost this business. Thank you

Pickup was great. Lady at drop off was rude ! I put 10 gallons of gas and I went 57 miles. That is a hell of a deal for y'all !! I went 7 miles over and she charges me extra. I could care less about the $. It was the attitude. She prob hates her job though. Never again will I use Broadway Dr

The equipment was fine and well maintained however the associate who book processed my rental did not specify the correct time that I asked for to return it in the system. I wound up paying for an extra day. If she knew that my time of return would go over that she could have at least made me aware of it.

That location needs more employees. We had to wait over 30 min to be helped because there was only one employee on a Friday AND Saturday.

It would nice to have part of my lease fee back considering we only used it one day and I could never get ahold of anyone to set this reservation for one day. I was only given a two day option. It would be nice if someone would answer the phone. I was on hold for over 30 min and no answer.

Customer service is ridiculous. The worker there was acting like I was borrowing the vehicle from her and she wasn't sure if she should give the car to me or not. I had to wait for 30 minutes until she came to check in the vehicle so I could leave while giving me nasty attitude. I've rented from Uhaul a lot and never encountered such disgusting experience.

Have more employees working in store. When I went to pick up my truck, there was one lady working and she was managing bookings, cleaning trucks and connecting trailers so my pickup process was 45 minutes in all.

The lady that worked there was great! She was working her tail off in all directions with very little to no help. You couldn't pay me any amount to do her job and deal with the crap people dish out!! She had a lot going on and handled it all like a pro!!

Very good customer service. They are patient and the contract is explained, they also try to work with you if you need to extend the time you need. the equipment is ready to go, clean, with a full tank.

This was the WORST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!!!! My unit was full of ROACHES. MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM WATER. THE UP KEEP OF MY UNIT WAS INHABITABLE! I had to use Roach BOMBS FOR THREE WEEKS!
