I was almost put in a bad situation due lack of information .I do believe the staff in the switch board needs the training so everyone can be on one accord . The customer are paying for it in the end . Also I think it’s unsafe for any employer to be alone in a building after a certain time frame in the day . It’s important to not only hear your customers needs but it’s important to hear the employee . The employee is what make the company strive .

Vivian H. | Overall ExperienceThe CSR at the Broadway location in Hattiesburg, MS. was great! However the rest of my experience can be summed up as a NIGHTMARE. I reserved a 26 feet truck and a 10 x 40 x 10 storage unit with great confidence as I received my confirmation emails. But in reality, the truck reservation was changed to a different location, reconfirmed by email with a 7:30 a.m. pick up time even though the store did not open til 10:00 a.m. I had to drive 20 miles further to a location in Moselle, MS and wait for them to open. After loading the truck and going to my storage reservation at 1303 7th St., Hattiesburg, MS., I was informed that my reservation with a confirmed email was completely deleted from the U-Haul computer system. I was stuck with a gas guzzling truck with all of my possessions inside of it and no place to store my belongings. I was told that U-Haul was sorry and there was nothing else they could do. The CSR lady at Broadway became my hero by finding storage space, but I would have to rate my overall experience with U-Haul as a COMPLETE FAILURE!!!
Robert J. | First ImpressionsThis was the WORST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!!!! My unit was full of ROACHES. MY FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED FROM WATER. THE UP KEEP OF MY UNIT WAS INHABITABLE! I had to use Roach BOMBS FOR THREE WEEKS!
