Everything and everyone was perfect. Pure top notch customer service from a phone call correcting call center error to pick up, installation, and drop off. I don't know how else this team could top their service...unless they stop charging. Everyone was AWESOME. Even though I drove past many uhaul centers/authorize dealers, it was well worth the drive!

The gas gauge was not in the paperwork correctly. Due to being in a rush, I was unable to go inside and tell the cashier. The paperwork listed the fuel level as significantly higher than what was on the paperwork. I drove 13 miles; however, I had to put 7 gallons of gas in the truck. The truck milage out was 66542.0 and the milage in was 66555.0. I took pictures with time stamp.

I had no problem I made the reservation when I got to u haul the trailer was ready to go you haul is very close to my house and convenient for me. I’ve never had any problems or issues. The staff is really nice. Everything is clean and I have no complaints.

The sales rep was polite, but the truck was dirty inside and out. It also smelled like cigarette smoke! I feel it should have been cleaned and washed, there was mud under the truck and above tires.

Everything was smooth as silk when attended to by staff. They have been kind, professional, and efficient. The twenty six foot truck Wes exactly what we needed to make the move from our liege storage unit. The truck as well as the large dolly and blankets were just what we needed to move glass curio cabinets up a very windy road to our mountains retirement home. Thank you Hemet Ca State St U-Haul. This is not the first time we have used you and it won’t be our last and we will always recommend you. Erin the best service anywhere.

The morning/opening shift should try to help a little more. The cashier didn't try to help me find the right lock to lock the back of the truck. I end up buying a lock that didn't fit. A waste of money. On the other hand I have a better experience working with the closing shift.

Give the lady up front some help.. And never ever criticize her over the radio in front of customers.. if that was to happen where I work that person would have been immediately fired. I consider a U-Haul location a professional company. Must act accordingly!!

The tail light was out on the trailer and well used condition. THE EMPLOYEES WERE AMAZING ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE LADY. Headquarters help did not know what a side by side was and rented us too small of trailer.

Needed a light for signal and the center did not had in stock a replacement. but...I was able to switch one from one of tail lite to the left signal which is much more important. Will be a much better if the centers have small replacement parts in stock so no rental is lost.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that I reserved a dolly with my truck and to get there only to find out I wasn’t getting one. So I had to scramble last minute trying to find one. Utility dolly’s are reserved for I don’t know maybe moving a refrigerator etc etc. Maybe on the app you should say first come first served on all dolly’s.

Devise an easier, better way to return the equipment key in a drop box. The narrow slit you have now; through the side of the glass door, does not allow one to put the key (on the key ring and octagon shaped, practice key holder) through easily to drop inside the building to the floor. I struggled too long turning and twisting and trying to stuff it through. It happened before, but somehow I was able to get it to go in; at that time. Previously, another couple arrived dropping off a truck and wondered how to get the key to go in. They gave up, so I stayed to offer assistance. With much struggle and determination, again it finally went through. It should NOT be this difficult to drop off a truck key!!! This time, I had to take the key off of the key ring and holder. I didn't want to, but it was the only way to be able to leave the premises without taking the key back home. Please find a more friendly, considerate way for your customers to feel good about the rentals. I Love Uhaul for everything else you do and the reasonable prices. Thank you

I had a very bad experience renting from Hemet U-Haul. The truck was dirty inside both cab and bed, smelled terrible, and when I picked it up the gas tank was only at half. On top of that, they tried to claim the truck had more fuel than it actually did. Thankfully, I took photos as proof, otherwise I would have been charged for fuel I never used. For the price U-Haul charges, I expected a clean truck and an honest rental process, but that was not the case here.

There are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up

The lady over the phone for U-Haul was very helpful. Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I’m moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
