The agent was very rude and took my picture on her personal phone. She seemed aggravated and aggressive that I had question about why she need three phone numbers to reach me. They park the truck on the street for me to review it when the parking lot was completely empty. I am not sure if this was racially motivated or just bad customer service.

Not allow the feed place to rent to people. (the one down the street) my buddy picked one up there and it was nightmare. The location I rented from with Nathan was the best as always.

There was only one person to take the line of people waiting to rent a truck, so having made a previous reservation, and even showing up a half-hour earlier than I was scheduled to pick up the truck in the morning made no difference...I was in line to rent the truck for 30 minutes!...I won't do that again.

More trucks. It cost me $30 extra and an hour and a half of time extra to rent in Hemet over Stax Up Homeland. This results in more jobs using our own small truck.

We put in reservation a week in advance to drop off trailer in San Clemente. When we got there we were told they had no trailers that could be used. So we had to round trip the trailer. We were not happy

initially I got the confirmed booking to pickup and they called me before one day and cancel my reservation, after asking they said I can pickup my truck after 11am, and will get the $50 credit as per my online reservation, but after return the truck, I didn't receive anything, what is this?? Also the tuck was very bad in condition and hardly can move with the different sound.

I had called the 800 number to request for a bigger truck and it was handled amazingly. The bigger truck was reserved for me so I can go in and switch out the trucks without issue. Here's where it went down hill for me. The clerk who helped me definitely didn't want to take the extra steps to change out the truck and even mentioned that it was “still going to be expensive”. I kept my cool throughout the ordeal, but I'm the one paying for the truck and dealing with the stresses of moving. I know that I asked for a change. Why do I have to go through someone clearly not happy to take the extra steps to assist someone with this? Just didn't seem right to me and wanted to share.

Was told by the person handling transaction that I dint have to return until 9am. When returned at 840am she charged me extra day rental of dolly and pads which was 20.00 because I was 40 minutes late and she was the one that told me 9am because they didn't open until 9am and it looked to me they open well before 9am so why would she say that ?

They were so nice and understanding. I filled my reservation out wrong and the young lady helped to get it fixed. She was so nice and polite. The young man that hooked the uhaul up was also very nice and friendly.

Encourage the personalities of some who see the glass half empty instead of half full. Maybe some type of incentives to help those. Life in this world can be viewed positive too!!

Truck was dirty. I cleaned the steering wheel which was just grimy with dirt. Made me feel that it had not been wiped.

The only negative thing I have to say is that you guys need to fix where you can't reserve a truck/van over the mobile at 6am. Get there at 6 am and can't pick up the truck/van because you have to wait until the store opens to rent it. It should not let you choose 6am very frustrating as a customer. Other than that everything was good.

First, the representatives were not wearing their uniform properly. They had masks down and no name tags. The lady that did my contract was Very nice but her language wasn't professional and seemed to be too comfortable. Like if she was at home. The verbiage she used with her customers didn't seem appropriate. Second, It was a weekday and they weren't that busy at all and the store was dirty, the bulk boxes still had straps and covers like if they were just shipped (but they weren't) and the lady behind me was going to buy a bulk but ended up only getting 2 singles since the pack wasn't available to grab. Third, the propane tank was closed and their display was in their hitch bay still at 10:30 when I arrived. I had rented this same trailer a few weeks back and the same marker light and license lens were not repaired. Aren't they loosing money on their repairs?? The rep outside took abnormally long to get me hooked up and had his mask on his neck most of the time. Bottom line the store was dirty, the staff was unprofessional and inefficient, and the service was poor. Seems like they don't care. I put this review with the best intentions to give my feedback to Uhaul so you all can improve. Feel free to contact me for details or pictures. Best.

Horrible horrible horrible, no one wanted to find the keys for the truck I rented and after that they left me outside waiting for half an hour while they Argued over who had to walk to the dirt lot to drive the truck up to me I will never come back to this location

I reserved an appliance dolly for the next day. When I went to pick it up, I was told I had reserved a 20 foot truck. How does an appliance dolly become a truck. The young woman who waited on effectively called me a liar and said the truck was reserved.

I had to drive here from Menifee. They had one person helping multiple people at once. I was supposed to get an appliance dolly and when I finally got home to start loading up the Uhaul I realized they didn't give me the dolly. I called them and they wanted me to drive all the way back to pick it up. I didn't have time for that. I had to rent another dolly at a closer location. I was not happy!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
