I returned the equipment on Sunday at 445p. An employee who did not give their name helped me and said I was good to go. They were very nice. At 945a Monday Joe called me and asked if I needed more time with the trailer. I was confused and explained the I had dropped it off the day before. He then tells me if he can find it he won’t charge me and hangs up. He never even called me back. I had to call 3x to get confirmation the trailer was there. And then he had the audacity to tell me I won’t be charged a late fee. The fuck?

The guys were nice enough. The truck was super dirty when I got it. When I return it....it was right after closing time but guys were still in shop....they told me to drop key in the box.....I felt they should of take a couple of minutes to check me in.

Reservation made in advance, said it was was for another location. Gentleman working there managed to get me a truck: very good of him, and I appreciate it, but was a hour and a half late to meet with my helper, and i was there early. Only one person working inside, was incredibly busy. Truck was dusty, debris inside, could have used a sweeping.

40 min wait, trailer tire was flat even after they did the check before saying I’m good to go, no power cord attached to the trailer and didn’t listen when I said I was not returning to the same place and it cost me extra.

The app experience is terrible for pick up. Specifically, the app would not accept the photos, would not continue to the next screen, and I required assistance from someone in the shop on several occasions during the pick up process.

The staff were great, my only gripe is this is the 3rd Saturday renting a truck and the UHAUL main system was down and I lost nearly a full hour on this last visit. And we cut it too close to a deadline the customer had for her Escrow to render keys to the new owners. Not sure how to combat that since I was in the door at 7:00 AM.

I have a scheduled pickup at 8am. The U-Haul system was down/running very slow. Took me 2 hours to get my U-Haul. The staff did the best they could. Probably could use a little more customer service training. They were friendly, but they were not keeping the customers informed so most folks were pretty agitated.

Всех приветствую! Хочу поделиться своим опытом. Сегодня 30 мая 2026 арендовал 26 футов грузовик. Резервировал заранее через мобильное приложение. Забрать машину планировал в 8:00, но меня ждал сюрприз! Мобильное приложение дало сбой, на горячую линию, которую предложили позвонить в приложении, никто на звонки не ответил. Я решил обратиться к администратору этого отделения, но опять сюрприз! Я был в очереди пятнадцатым! Нас было таких много. Тут я хочу отметить администратора по имени Ryan!!! Он просто красавчик! Он всем объяснил, что это не его ошибка, он максимально пытается нам помочь. Просто не работает сервер. Ryan был один за рабочей стойкой, при-этом он обслуживал по три клиента одновременно, отвечал на телефонные звонки, давал команды по рации о выдаче машин и успокаивал клиентов. Спасибо ему большое, он реально спас ситуацию. Машина была исправна, чистая и размерчик то что надо. Если бы не проблема с сервером, то все было классно!

I was given alerts drop off time was 12:00pm. As pickup time was all messed up from pickup location not being open when agreed. Now I was charged for additional day when truck WAS returned before noon. Additional charge for 15 miles I understand. Dispute over return time of 18 minutes to charge a whole day doesn't seem good business.

I refueled the truck with more gas than what was given to me at the time I took possession of it. They charged me a $30 Fuel fee and $60 fuel charge. $90! I’m still waiting to hear back from them!

The storage was a joke I had to climb a narrow ladder to a very small box that fit very few boxes & some luggage (small items) never seen a second story storage & one so tiny. The staff was very sweet & helpful & for that i do appreciate. They went over & beyond to help us meet or needs. 5 stars to the employees there.

There are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up

The lady over the phone for U-Haul was very helpful. Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I’m moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
