The storage was a joke I had to climb a narrow ladder to a very small box that fit very few boxes & some luggage (small items) never seen a second story storage & one so tiny. The staff was very sweet & helpful & for that i do appreciate. They went over & beyond to help us meet or needs. 5 stars to the employees there.

Great staff. Clean office. Very friendly. Only complaint is the logistics. Knowing where their trucks are parked. They said it was in on location and it was in another. Then had to switch trucks because it was blocked in. Added 30 more minutes. Just a little frustrating

I tried calling multiple times and they kept putting me on hold. Then they did not have the truck they promised so had me drive around town to go get a truck different location then back for mt then drop off mt then go take tech to different location. What a hassle. Took so much of my day.

I understand that you have to make money, that is why you are in business. I went over two miles and was charged for them, but wasn’t compensated for the fact I put more gas in the truck that it had before I took away. The gas was more expensive. Just something to consider. Thanks.

Well I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for a spill i guess of some sort I never saw when I swept the truck out that morning. And was charged another day but had the truck back at 6:45 am before they even opened.
The extra day was refunded but here is the kick is I rented another truck on the 31st and the same or similar spill if some kind was in the back of the truck I just rented sooooo......I went to the car wash and sprayed it out. So I believe since you guys charged me $25 for cleaning i should be entitled to the same. So if you just want to put it back on my card that would be great if you need pictures let me know and I can send them to you.

The entrance to pull in to U-Haul from the main street was blocked all day long with vehicles not allowing vehicles to pull in and drop off trailers or trucks. When having the circle around there was nobody on site to check in Vehicles trailers, etc. had to get out of the vehicle go inside and ask for help the two parking lot attendance one which was on break in his car sitting out there watching everybody could’ve got on the radio, but didn’t and the other gentleman was in the restroom leaving no one to watch Vehicles outside. I came in at seven in the morning and the same amount of vehicles were blocking the entrance in the afternoon at 2 PM to me. That’s unacceptable that they weren’t parked or moved all day long.

The Manger doesn’t know how to do the contracts and made me 2 hours late to my destination. I paid the whole contract and he didn’t add my tow dolly on my contract. It took someone else to fix it. He needs retraining. Very poor performance by him.

There are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up

The lady over the phone for U-Haul was very helpful. Got me a storage unit but once I went to the facility took almost 40 minutes to convince them that we had a storage there when he was rude and kept on saying the storage place was full. tried sending us 50 miles away From the storage unit I paid for it she finally realized that I purchased one and then we were able to get inside only 30 minutes later after they had to move a bunch of stuff out of the way in order to get to the storage. One of the gentleman couldn’t even run the forklift to move stuff out of the way. It was absolutely ridiculous.

They advertise access to the storage units were til 10pm it hat is not true. They will only allow you there until 7 pm. The main reason I got a unit there was because the hours were til ten. With them closing at 7 I was unable to ever go there by the time I got off work it was always closed

When I first received the storage I was given an access card that did not work. Several times, I had to go to front desk because access card did not work. I came one time and this HUGE pod was blocking the hallway. I could not bring anything into nor remove anything from my storage, not even a cart, because the hallway was blocked with this HUGE pod. There is a huge ladder that sat in front of my storage, again, that blocked my access most times. I don't feel I should have to move ANYTHING to get into my storage. There were too many unnecessary access issues with this facility. IN addition, one time I came to put stuff in my storage right before closing time and the treatment and comments me and my family received from the staff was totally unprofessional. Although we were in and out before closing time, the fact that we showed up minutes before closing, staff comments, looks, treatment, etc was unnecessary. It was like they prepped to close down way before closing and we were intruding on their "It's time for me to clock out" time. No bueno....No bueno...

The only thing I did not like was, there is no top/ ceiling on my storage- in the beginning- I would come by to check on my things and there would be bird droppings and dust on my belongings - I had to cover my things with blanks and sheets to keep them from getting to damaged - now - there is a tarp to cover the storage unit which made it a little better.

I loved my storage box and believe me I hated to leave but I’m moving back to Needles and I no longer needed a storage in the area. If I ever go back to San Jacinto I will definitely return to Uhaul for another storage box. The staff and facility were excellent and the prices were reasonable as well!

Highly recommend Spencer and this location. We have used it a couple of times: renting a storage unit and had to rent a box truck for a one way traveling over a thousand miles and then recently rented a smaller towable unit for a one-way traveling over a thousand miles. He is super trustworthy, helpful and have had to witness him work with some "in a hurry" type of folks that had to be turned down politely for whatever reasons. Thank you Spencer.
