Replace your entire IT staff with individuals who have more than a 6th grade education. The app is laughable. The stores have systems that make their job difficult. For a multi-billion dollar company all of it is shameful. The store staff couldn’t have been more professional and helpful.

This location is fantastic. But the online reservation system is lacking in at least one regard. Once I was informed where to pickup the trailer, I replied that I would prefer a more convenient & closer pickup location. From that point I received no further information. Some sort of reply was expected, but it never came.

He was kind when it was obvious I'm having a bad time in life right now. That's the kind of kindness that not a only stays with you, but is also contagious. Truly made my day just a little better.

Tandy HThe experience started at a different location that did not have the truck we reserved. He called home office to try to get it resolved which sent us to the 623 Files rd location. Once there, the manger helped make everything work out and turned our stressful day into a positive experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the equipment was in good shape and I would recommend everyone to this location!
