Wouldnt recommend to someone i hated. No willingness to fix their own mistakes. Places blame on customer and managers attitude was less than pleasant i will not be using uhauls services again this experience was absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to speak to customers and learn how to fix the problems that your employees caused.

My only problem was, the vehicle wasn't on Full when I picked it up, I followed the instructions on the UHaul app taking a picture or the gas gauge. I filled the tank up to Full upon my 22 miles, costing me $12. I do feel that I should have been compensated by the mileage cost in the least. I had use of the truck for approximately 3 hrs, driven under 25 miles and paid $49.62 (including the $10 insurance I chose to pay) for a truck advertised as $19.95 per day. I think there should be compensation for gas that wasn't available to me, had I not returned the truck “full” I would have been charged the fill up charge.

You had to slam the driver door for it to shut, the floor wasn't filthy but you could tell the last person that checked it in didn't clean it, and I was charged $7.50 for gas when I brought it back OVER what I received it at.

The uhaul was clean but was horrible on acceleration. It was wet and street were covered with snow so the tow/haul was turned off the entire rental period. Upon drop off the technician asked how it was and I told him it was horrible on acceleration and he asked if the tow/haul was on. I said no since the roads were wet. That was the end of the conversation. That uhauls might need checked for service at this location. My trip back and forth was under a mile so it didn't effect my rental too much. If I had to go a longer distance I probably would have returned it and asked for a different vehicle.

Waited up front for about 5 minutes. Without seeing anybody. Finally someone walks out of a room and looks at me then walks into another room and doesn't say anything about 30 seconds later she come back out with no mask. I will not return to this location!

Provide some means to communicate the return of a vehicle. We arrived under a outdoor cover to return a rented van with no instruction to alert those inside we were waiting. Luckily, someone was walking out into the parking lot who notified those inside that we were waiting. Other than that small item we were very happy with how easy the whole process was.

The truck was not cleaned when I picked it up. There was sticky residue in the cup holders and the floor and seats were dirty. The truck ran well throughout the trip though.

The truck was dirty... the pull up ramp had so much mud on it it had to be washed before using. Upon arrival the agent used his personal phone to take a picture of my driver's license. I asked that he not do that and he did it anyway. The agent did not tell me where my truck was that I had just rented and I went around and try the key and about 18 different trucks and was unsuccessful and when I asked where the vehicle was he smug laughed and said it's at the front facing Brandt Pike. Such an ass. So when I'm driving down the road the vehicle has a pull on it like there's an anchor so I try to call in to find out what's going on it takes over 17 minutes to get ahold of an agent that says they can't help me. I say I don't want to use the truck to do my move because if I loaded up the thing may not work. They say they're going to connect me with somebody that has roadside assistance and that I should go back. All these things take mileage that I'm build for. This gets even worse when the agent I'm talking to on the phone trying to help me out doesn't return after I said hi and I need to back up so I can get off of the road. I literally sit on the phone for four minutes waiting for the agent to come back to the phone and she's on the phone with somebody else. She never calls me back after I had asked her if she would prior as well. She said she has done way to do that. Why don't I find that hard to believe she had my telephone number. This was the worst rental I have ever had with any company anywhere at anytime. I love the fact that you guys charged me more for the mileage when I was trying to turn around to take the truck back to you. You guys really suck

Fortunately, the staff at this facility were extremely helpful. I used the 24/7 cell phone pickup and drop off system and, despite being an experienced cell phone user, I had to resort to contacting the staff for both pickup and drop off. The automated system had a lot of surprises and unexplained quirks. That were not explained during the preregistration nor in the video.

Corporate needs to get their act together as in two cases the rear freight door of the rental showed advanced signs of rust and neglect in the door track, the rollers themselves, and the hinge/bearing. Another unit was rented to me with only 3000 miles, it had its right mirror seriously misadjusted and tightened so tight that I couldn't adjust it. IE - - not maintained. Conclusion: pretty bad for three rentals in two different facilities in less than 30 days. Rather than loosen the set screw, the employee just muscled the mirror and this damages the ability for anyone else to easily adjust it as the mirror assembly has been forced. As far as door maintenance, according to a U-Haul employees, the computer shows the maintenance required and they dismissed my concern. What kind of corporate rubbish is this? Apparently employees and customers don't have a say? U-Hauls with a hitch install bay could cleanup the trucks and rust if Corporate authorized the time. Same with the rear latch, the ramp roller mechanisms etc. Why not empower everyone to spend the hour to maintain the fleet? You are not providing easy-running lubed equipment that people can trust. Obviously people are not being rewarded for maintenance and customer support. One person went on smoke break at exactly 12:00 despite the line of customers. Supplies used to always be superior at U-Haul. You are selling crummy clear tape on your tape dispensers and replacement rolls. Your rolls are half the size of the ones at SAMS. Theirs are cheaper. Your rolls are 1/4 the strength of normal tape as well. To weak for dish pack bottoms or book boxes to be safely sealed. The turnover of employees at locations is high. I am upset that U-Haul corporate is allowing this to happen. To all of this, what is your planned action? nielsen03@att.net

Very difficult to get ahold of someone by phone at the location. I get it, at times it can be very busy which in turn means the phone goes unanswered.

The van was very nice and clean. Only problem was one rear tire was low, by about 15 pounds. All the tires will filled to different pressures. I went back in the facility and let them know but was told the compressor was broken and that it would be fine. I was not comfortable with this and ended up putting aire in myself at a gas station. Unfortunate the digital air pumps don't go as high as what is needed. It was better than nothing. I have rented twice from this location recently and have otherwise been very pleased.

I was disappointed the guy waiting on me gave me the key and sent me to get my own truck. I didn't appreciate having to find the truck myself. In the past they always had the truck pulled up the the door for us to use. I felt it was him being lazy. Honestly I don't know if I'll rent a van or truck from this location if this is what happens when you get a van.

Why does uhaul need to have a customer verified? Why does Uhaul demeen a customer? No other rental agency does this!. The act of standing in front of a Uhaul representintive asking for an individual to call @0730 to verify who i am. All i needed was a simple cargo vehicle to move an elderly parent. I was told at time of rental that once the contract was closed a refund would be issued at a prorated rate for time not used. That’s why I moved from my previous storage unit to UHaul. I have been a customer for 3 years. I made my payment on the 23rd and moved out on the 26th and was told sorry no can do. Total of 3 days used. I will never rent or refer anyone to rent from uhaul again as we were lied to. I would like someone for corporate to contact me with regards to this issue at 937-409-3587

So we went in and just double checked to make sure everything was ready before we went to the unit. Plus i didn't know where it was so i needed directions since the online map was broken. Scott was really nice and very helpful. He showed us the demo unit to make sure i got the right one and even walked us to the unit and showed us how to get in and what to do after hours, which wasn't in the instructions online. He also made sure we had a lock because there wasn't one in the unit and he got us a swipe card and made sure it worked for us.

Difficult to get staff to help. Manager acted like she couldn't be bothered when billing issue came up. Also feel that I should have gotten money back when vacating unit 1/2 way through month.
