The employees talked about my Eros al financial matters both in front of each other, customers and my mother who was there with me. I finally told them I heard them. My bill was current and I just wanted into the unit. Then they got aggressively rude. The price of the unit also increased a couple times. I heard this is a thing they do. Will not use U-Haul for storage again.
