I always go to Sam when I need help on something from Uhaul, I am a monthly customer. Sam was not there when I picked up and dropped off my trailer this evening but her team was excellent and took care of all of my needs and their customer service was excellentWarren S.
I had to go to 3 different locations to obtain a rental. By the time I got to the last location it was the end of their business day. I was rushed through the paperwork and finally received keys for a rental that was only supposed to be for a day. I moved 3 1/2 hours away and the employee was informed that & want planning on coming back. When I tried to return the vehicle to another location they refused. And then I was refused from another. I was never informed that it had to be returned from where I picked it up. So I had to wait for my next day off to spend the day to have to drive all the way back to drop it off. It was returned it clean & with a completely full tank of gas, which more fuel than it had when rented & is not reimbursed or deducted. A total of $419+ when it should've only been approximately $160. I contacted uhaul corporate & they say its my fault for not reading the small print. Worst customer service, especially with a corporate office, I've ever dealt with in my life. I suggest using budget if you need a rental...may cost a little more, but well worth it.Kelly S.

I dropped off a trailer on April 1. I had a one way rental for a desk I built for my father in law. He came with me to return the rental as we were running some other errands. As we went in the woman behind the counter had no mask on. She took the rental receipt and said â€œshe would get it checked inâ€ then told us where to park the rental. We went and unhooked and unloaded it ourselves. It was never checked in. I just received and email stating I owe and extra 4 days over the 3 included. Even though I had it less than 24 hours. After calling and staying in hold for extended periods of to. No one ever picks up to try and resolve this. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. So, per the comments what can you do to improve. Have your employees answer the phone first off. Don't be a thief or check your lot a little more regular for inventory. Yes, I'm frustrated. Being 5 hours away, no one answering the phone to resolve the situation and now having my father in law go out of his way to help and go down in person.JOHN R.
The truck we rented was very dirty and smelled pretty bad. Also my bill was incorrect and it is impossible to get ahold of anyone. The guy that answered the phone said his name was Jordan and was annoyed because I wasn't making a new reservation and put me BACK ON HOLD for 10+++ minutes.Nichole M.

Not enough employees (only saw 2) to take care of business. Only 1 customer in front of me (and one at each employee) and stood in line for about 10 minutes, and when came to my turn, 1 of the 2 employees got up and went outside leaving me standing in line!!! This is the second (AND LAST TIME) dealing with this U-HAUL location (both times were NOT GOOD).VERLE Z.
Truck broke down.. Customer service would not send another truck to complete my move. I had to call a separate number to for road side assistance. Each number called there is a 15 minute hold time. It wasn't until after well over 2 hours of waiting that the mechanic had me try to drive the broken down vehicle that would not accelerate over 5 miles an hour into busy traffic. With out success he then deemed it was not usable. I had already arranged and had contents removed from truck handling and moving twice now. Uhaul failed to show any compassion, compensation, or resealable solution. I have still yet to receive any communication from the General manager as promised and after requesting twice and again being put on hold.Gregory S.
