The distance travelled as printed on the invoice was higher than odometer reading. However, the cost calculation was correct. Just a little confusing.

DUCJOHN HUV N.Minutes after picking up the vehicle it broke down and I was stranded on the side of the highway for near two hours. After an attempt by road side assistance to call an Uber (who cancelled because I was not at an address which the agent was aware of) I had to call my wife to come and get me and return me to the store to get my personal vehicle. I got a text that night by the regional manager stating that they had a smaller truck for me the following morning at another location. When I showed up at that location the clerk knew nothing about it and it was not in the system. I had to wait while he called the Regional Manager to get it processed and then I was on my way. While I understand vehicles break down what was concerning was that I had a well timed plan as I had deliveries coming on the Saturday (which were effected) and I had helpers lined up but were only available for a small window of time. If I had have had the larger truck that I had booked, 26ft, then I would have been able to empty my storage unit on the Friday night as planned and then empty the condo as planned Saturday morning and be done dropping at the new house for noon. With the delays it threw everything out of kilter and it made move day a stressful experience. I would like to request a partial or complete refund for the experience as I plan to continue to use Uhaul for my haulage needs. I have used them several times previously for both haulage and hitch installation and I have been quite satisfied with my previous experiences. Clay M.Definitely the best location in the region. Nothing really to improve.. the van i rented seemed pretty new which was nice. Drop off after hours worked really well. The sign said to visit a certain website on my phone, but all it did was tell me to check the doors and drop off my key. The sign could of just as easily said that and it was a few extra minutes of my time that seemed unnecessary.

GREGORYJOSEPHHEN S.the most disorganized, poorly monitored, and disrespectful staff i have ever dealt with. over the last 4 days i have spoken with 7 UHAUL associates, 4 of whom knew NOTHING and 2 that gave me an entire play-by-play - delivery time and requirements - only for me to be told Kitchener doesn't deliver. i was told multiple times that Sundays are limited staff, but thats not my problem. If sundays are so difficult you should not threaten to charge someone another month's fee when their charge is set for a Sunday. I will be writing a review EVERYWHERE i can, as well as contacting head office in regards to how rude and degrading the charles st. employees are. I was called a liar, I was hung up on when asked to speak to a manager, I was spoken over and completely ignored, Stefan LAUGHED when I was at my limit of bull crap from you guys. Then when i FINALLY got my ubox, 2hrs later though the associate told me it was brought down and ready for pick-up. The cover was put on backwards making it nearly impossible to open. Many of my things inside had been clearly tossed around. The poorest experience and crappiest service for almost $100/month??????? Such a disappointment and i will make sure as many people know as possible. Pathetic that your customer service agents wont even service customers properly:
JHDONALD P.I always have had business with U haul in different locations, but this time, at this location I had the worst experience. They charged me more than what I was told. Then, when I asked why, no one could explain it to me. They just took my credit card and starting charging me with no explaining. I will never recommend this location!

ASHIL V.We couldn’t figure out how to open the garage door to drive in to the bay to unload the car. There’s supposed to be a drive-in bay for loading and unloading but the entrance is off a busy street with no parking and the driveway is so tiny the car doesn’t fit. There’s no keypad to open it. The keypad only opens the walk-in door nearby. I got inside and found my unit and lock no problem, but how can they not have a way to drive in after office hours? We have heavy things and they have no parking for cars. And there’s no phone number to reach the office and ask them. You get the general customer service office. Customer Service said they would leave them a message to call me back to let me know, but no one has after two days.
