The location was not prepared for my arrival, had to wait an hour and a half for the equipment, then they rushed us to get the equipment back well before their posted hours, the forklift driver was surly, and my credit card was overcharged $1832. Otherwise, I think they did a great job.

Incorrect fuel reading at time of pickup and location overcharged me for km's after I dropped after hours. Always take a picture, it pays to have proof.

We didn't realize there wasn't a gas station around the location, so had to drive for awhile to find one - used more kms than we needed to. Perhaps a map on the wall for those not familiar with the town/area, as a warning to not wait until you are almost back to get gas.

Waited forever in line and then when I finally got to the desk got told I couldn't get the uhaul cause a family member that linked to my address didn't pay some service fee and had to deal with a lot of bullshit and stand in line again for another half hour to get it all sorted out! I got there for an 830am pickup did not leave the lot until 9:45am!!! Uhaul its self needs to fix its shit before I use you again.

I choose the self-check-in but after I finished it I had to go to the cashier and do the whole process again. And they change my truck, they said that the Uhaul had reserved a wrong truck for me.

I just want to recommend that when rental took the equipment make sure check the lights break show the rental everything else good.

The truck had more km on it than it said on my receipt so had to pay extra..also there was less gas than it showed on the receipt as well. The manager was rude.

key box location was incorrect (was on other side of building from where I was told) also the truck was boxed in in front of a curb so I had to jump down over a curb to get it out, looks like this is common as there were marks and skids all over the curb, and they had to jump the curb to get it parked, so would be nice if there was a ramp/grade

I received a call an hour prior to my 15foot truck pick up that it would not be ready for 3 more hours. I asked for a solution and found no response from the manager. I decided to visit the location to work out the issue. Only to find all 4 people picking up trucks with the same issue. I was provided a 10 foot truck which was a problem b/c I would have to make multiple trips. This is a reservation for a reason. I needed it reserved. This was one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever experienced. I had to try and offer solutions to the uhaul employees. That was unbelievable. I really will never us uhaul again. Clearly there are issues related to reservations. This is my second awful experience. Good luck but how you are able to sustain business is beyond me. Thankfully I had a friend that provided me a 20 foot truck for free so the little 10 foot was barely used. Never again uhaul. Sincerely Corinna Ridgeway email@example.com

We had to wait almost 45 minutes to pick up our truck. Having more staff would be helpful when you know that a lot of people have reservations at the same time.

I waited about 20 minutes for assistance when I arrived - there was nobody at the desk. When someone did come in, they didn't address me, just picked up some papers and left again. There was no parking available so I had to park in a lane way to pick up my truck. I asked about parking and was told they don't really have any. When I finally did get assistance to pick up my truck, the person was very nice and helped me quickly.

Pickup was a breeze and using the after hours drop box was easy AND there were no surprises the next day after I was sent my final invoices. I've rented from this location numerous times before and these guys just make it easy.

The location is kinda crampted do to a mid rise apartment building being built right next door in the last couple of years. But other than that all good.

I picked up a trailer at 10 am on Friday, and returned it at 4:30 on the same day (an employee helped me back the trailer in). I asked if there was anything else he needed from me, and he replied "no, you're good to go". The next day I received an email stating that I was being charged for a second day. I called customer service and explained the situation, and was told that someone would be calling me within an hour to resolve the issue. After 48 hours of not receiving a call, I called customer service again. The representative was extremely helpful, and again said that I should be receiving a call or text shortly with a resolution. 24 hours later, there has been zero contact from the manager or a representative. After a third call and being on hold for 15 min, the representative dropped the call. The issue is still not resolved and over an hour of my time wasted. This is the second time I have had this issue at this location, the first time being resolved after one phone call. I will not be recommending or using this location again.

U-Haul locations should answer their own phones rather than have them routed to a call centre during regular business hours. My guaranteed and confirmed reservation at a different location ended up being unavailable despite the guarantee and confirmation. I was unable to reach either location by phone to resolve the issue and kept getting forwarded to a call centre that told me they couldn't help and that I had to call Regional for resolution. I still don't know who Regional is. Ultimately, I had to change my plans and go to a new location in person to get any kind of customer service. Very substandard service model. I would never recommend U-Haul.
