Please work to educate staff. We were told our business could not rent the unit which is the payer. I then requested to speak with a manger to further clarify / explain and was told that she could not give out the managers contact information. I was confused because a manager manages. Eventually, she did call and was told the unit could be in the business name. Lack of education can cause loss of revenue.

JOSEPH FI parked the truck next to the building when I returned. I was told there is a return lane. There are several approximately 4' post and one with a sign that says equipment return. It is several feet from the building and is approximately a 12"x10" sign (just guestimating but its not noticeable)

I have problems with the vehicle They basically tried to defend it, but the vehicle was giving me problems and the girl that drove it said some was wrong.I was supposed to get it for two days. I turned it back in after one day. I was not happy at least they could’ve gave me a break on my next rental or something.
santo rAt both locations (Alabama and Florida) the people were absolutely amazing and super helpful. The POS system, not so much! The fact that I was registered dropping my trailer off late, the drop off receipt was far from accurate. Which was frustrating to say the least. Again, the people can’t be penalized for the system so this is not toward them, this is simply about your POS system

Susan B | Overall ExperienceI rented a 26 ft truck. The alignment was way off, the truck pulled to the right A LOT and the wipers were horrible. It took me 5 hours to do a three and a half hour drive because I couldn't go over 55 miles an hour without the truck pulling to the right. This is a liability. Everything about this company and this rental was stellar except the vehicle itself. Food

She remained friendly and enthusiastic during the entire rental of the truck and storage unit. You all should really look into fixing your questions so that customers can choose multiple answers for questions one and two.

The European male that works here is very racist and forced me to purchase the insurance for the vehicle after I informed him that I have personal insurance that covers my rental. I already had paid for the rental via the app and checked in and was only inside to retrieve the keys, this is then when I was forced to purchase the insurance because he was refusing to give me the keys without purchasing it. 30 minutes after returning the vehicle I realized that I forgot my charger and went back to retrieve it. The two young ladies informed me that the manager must have thrown it away. Terrible customer service, beautiful facility but the people here are the pits.

When we were loading our contents into the new unit, he drove his golf cart by to be sure everything was as we expected and if we needed anything else. Above and beyond service - would definitely recommend this location for drop-off or storage unit rental. Great Job Tracy!
