Chauvon was in desperate need of help. He was the only one working and can not do it all alone. As a result the wait was very long and the info on my contract incorrect. My contract said full tank of gas, I called as soon as I realized and we were on hold for over 2 hrs. I took a picture with the exact same milage as when I rented it showing the gas tank 3/4 full. Delivery time was supposed to be between 12:30 and 3 p.m. It did not arrived until 7:30 pm. I had paid 2 guys to help me unpacked the U-Box and we waited and waited with no communication from the driver delivering the U-Box. I called twice and they kept telling me it will be another hour and second time I called they told it will be 3 4 hours!!! Not satisfied!! I had to pay the helpers and they left. Evidently the moved my truck pick-up to another address without ever contacting me to let me know. Thankfully the people at this location were able to get me in a truck and cancel the old reservation. There always seems to be an issue when renting a truck with UHaul.Marchelle M.

My U-Haul was on empty and was smaller than I requested. It caused me to do multiple trips, thus I ended up paying so much more in mileage because of it. I was then charged for the fact the vehicle was on empty, when that is how I received it. The manager himself is nice, but the company as a whole screwed me over 500$ERIC H.

Great facility with a staff that is very helpful. The space between units gave perfect ability for a truck to back in and load/unload. I also used the space to store a Jeep hardtop so I was able to roll in/out without an incline and roll it in place without fear of tippping over/get out of balance. I know everyone has unique needs, but this was important to me and you have a perfect location. If 1 suggestion, you may want to add a 2nd dumpster as it was always filled up by the end of a weekend. I was mistakenly charged for this Ubox that I turned in empty in Helena, MT. I never sent anything to Texas and am still attempting to get this problem resolved seven days after I discovered this charge on my credit card. I probably should be marking down the Helena, MT location, as they are obviously the store that didn't take my name off the Ubox when I returned it.Brian W.
No one was in the building when I came in. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up. Check out was fine, except for the installation of the trailer on my hitch. The chains were not installed properly. Hung too low striking the ground. The trailer was also dirty.Albert C.

We made a reservation one hour previous to pickup and never got a confirmation, until next day,and when finally someone answered my phone call after 15 min they find out with the reservation number that the lady on the phone who made the reservation wrote the wrong phone number and made the reservation to the wrong location, and that pit us back half of the day on the movingerick B.

The destination location trailer inventory & the ubox delivery schedule need to be tied together in your software. It allowed the corporate group to schedule a ubox pickup with a moving help partner when there was no ubox trailer available. The ride shares had taken all but 3 from the ft Walton beach location. My move was delayed a day & I had to take off work to move due to this issue. Please fix. Not sure I'll use uhaul next time if this hasn't been fixed due to timing not being dependable on the back end.Jennifer G.

The start of the process with this location was bad from the start. After calling to pay and schedule, i received a text minutes later saying they were unable to get ahold of me to schedule a time. I called back immediately and the lady said no they just needed more information and they would call me the day before to schedule a time. When that day came, the day was almost over and I had not heard from anyone so I called. I spoke with another lady who then said they tried calling me to schedule a time days ago (that same day I called back) but wasnt able to get ahold of me. Everytime I called I received a different answer from people. They had bad attitudes and the manager Kayla wasn't much better. Not helpful, no apologies for the misinformation, no accountability whatsoever. Terrible service and I will NEVER use U-haul again. Greg at this location did his best to make a horrible Uhaul experience tolerating. This reservation was originally set for another location and while I was waiting in line at 8:35am to pick up the truck I received a call from U-Haul telling me that my truck was no longer available. I was confused, because when I made the reservation 24 hours earlier the U-Haul representative confidently explained that the truck reserved for me was not under another other reservation and was onsite at pick up location. U-Haul offered no other explanation but did locate another truck 20 miles out of my way. I requested to return the truck to any location more closely located to my home and the original reservation and was told that would not be possible. Greg called his supervisor to ask for special consideration based on the facts that U-Haul was at fault with no luck. So, from no fault of my own, I had to drive 40 miles round trip out of way to pick up and return a truck which cost me more in mileage and gas. This is just horrible customer service, and yes I was offered a $50 credit but that does not cover the cost and travel time to pick up and return this truck. The only reason I made this reservation is because my daughter made a reservation 2 weeks ago for April 30th pick up at 8:30AM and received a call on 4/29/22 notifying her the pick-up time was being moved to 2:00pm. Poor communication and just a complete lack of empathy for those who are left to deal with the stress of last minute changes that were not caused by their changes, but by poor U-leadership.Scott A.

In the first place I was giving the wrong unit so the unit I had lock was cut on it I wasn’t notified. And I had a key that didn’t work, it was a Hassan going to the office explaining the situation since it should have been told to me.? I’m not sure what kind of people who are working for those company but communication and listening skills are needed. So I’m glad I don’t have anything else in storage and when I told the young lady I was closing the unit she said she would send me information to me by email that she has closed the unit I didn’t get anything. Tamesha Scott was extremely rude .She texted and messaged me from private email meaning there's no record.She basically stole me and my daughter's belonging our clothes and memories.I told her when I was given the fee month that I would be ending my stay when month was over. She said I never did and let the bill accumulate for months to where I had to pay over 1,000$ to get it back when I was led to believe that it's was only the late fees so I can get it out..Why would I want to let my bill go to over 1,000$when we was homeless and couldn't pay even 100$. She ripped me off locked me out instantly. We lost items we really cared about because of her actions.
