There was rat crap all over my stuff and just dirty
RIcardo A | Overall ExperienceWould have given an excellent, however needs better lighting. Had to walk down dark hall to wave my arms to make light come on. If I were in my storage for an extended period, the light would go off leaving me in darkness. Rather frightening for a single female

Holly C | First ImpressionsThe young lady took over 45 minutes to help me the day I arrived. She asked 5x for my Drivers License and acted totally incompetent in trying to get me registered. Later I found out she was charging me double what I had agreed to because she got the size of the storage wrong.. When I confronted the manager about my bad experience and overcharge she said she was sorry but she was gone on vacation and the girl was new. I’ve found most managers don’t leave their business in such incompetent hands! I can only imagine how many other people using that uhaul have not yet discovered the same problems with their billing. I was told the first month was free and it was NOT free and if you leave one day later you’re charged for the whole month because they do NOT pro-rate the amount owed.

EUGENIA S | First ImpressionsThe stench was overwhelming as soon as you walk in building. Mice got in by the back door the hallways stayed filthy all week. There's a U-Haul thermometer on the wall that shows what the temperature should range between. I took pictures and send emails at the usual nothing. U-Haul's customer service is just worthless. I used to get U-Haul hitches. they made a mess of that too. The whole U-Haul business model has dramatically declined over the years.
