I really appreciate Laurie and the assistant manager working with me. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this location. They make U haul worth using again.
PAULA R | Overall ExperienceI sent pictures and talked to the staff on several occasions about the RV spot next to me being filled with trash and old tires and junkie debris. If someone wants to store junk, I feel they should do it in an enclosed unit as opposed to storing old gas cans and other rubbish in an RV spot next to a $100,000 campers since nothing was ever done. I sought other storage facilities. Also, the person next to me would leave their Landscaping trailers out from under the awning, judging out all the way to the fire Lane paint stripe, which made it very difficult for me to get my 41 foot fifth wheel in and out of my spot.
Craig S | Overall ExperienceI had 2002 reserved for my rv and when I got there I was not able to back my rv into the spot. Because the open storage across from it was occupied and could not pull up to back in. So they gave me 1422 and it doesnt have the 20 amp plug it has 110 but its same price?
