I've dropped off my equipment to this location and they don't remember that I did that. Or have no record of me doing it!!?!?? What is this?!? I am not at fault for someone not checking in my equipment properly and I want to be compensated for the mess up that happened when I picked up the trailer all the way from me dropping this off. I never make comments or reviews but the customer service her has been absolutely horrible. I even called 4/28/2021 because I got a text message about equipment instructions and the operator said no everything is fine and completed out. I rented a uhaul from 4/22-4/25. This is the worst service that I've ever experienced. I will be calling the regional office to make a formal complaint.mariah C.

Called 15 times on 04/20/2020 between 8:00am and 8:30 to 972 353 2116 and the representative was hunging up the call refussing to answer please check pfonr records fpr 1 or 2 seconds callsRAFAEL G.
When I realized that I would not be done with my move in time to turn in the truck, I went online to try and extend my reservation. The website was not working and finally told me it was down for maintenance. So I called the 1-800-GO-UHAUL phone number. It was not working either, it would ring, then disconnect. The chat function was not working either. By the time I was able to get into the website, it was past my turn in time and the only online option available was to return my equipment. So I tried the 1-800-GO-UHAUL number again (chat function was still not working) and it finally connected. I selected the prompts about an existing order and waited on hold for 1 hour, 2 minutes and 58 seconds. When it sounded like I was about to get to a representative, I was disconnected!! I tried calling once more that night but it was getting late, so I hung up after holding about 30 minutes. I tried again the next morning early and was on hold again for 43 minutes and 12 seconds only to have the same thing happen - disconnected!! So I decided to use the chat function and opened chats 3 separate times. Each time to have the chat end before my question even answered. At this point I was so frustrated I figured if it wasn't ok to extend my contract, you guys would at least contact me. So I go to turn in my vehicle last night and got charged for 71 miles I KNOW I did not drive. If I put the mileage in wrong at either pickup or return I am not sure, but number is ridiculous and so were all of the fees. I ended up paying $175 for 2 days renting a $20/day truck. I was satisfied with my first rental of the 15' truck, but this experience has made me never want to use any uhaul services in the future.BRANDI W.

There's two things I didn't like about my rental experience. My first concern is the vehicle inspection, is a waste if time to do it by yourself, download the pics and explain why. My second concern is not been able to drop of the vehicle at another Uhaul store , it had to be drop off at the location where it was original rented. It's a waste of time and inconvenience.
