My move was plagued with a lot of hiccups, nonetheless they were effectively mitigated despite the inconvenience and a possible incident. I dealt with FOUR locations! including online as one and three physical locations. The entire equipment reservation was conveniently done online, where it was guaranteed to pick up all the equipment in the same location. On arrival, auto transport was unavailable and inconveniently the online reservation algorithm failed to identify that (improve on that). This forced a second reservation to a location outside my traveling route and was inconveniently unavailable on the same date I picked up the truck. A day was wasted and lost according to my planned trip and had to wait for next day to pick up a transport 30 mins outside my trip planning. I had reserved a dolly and blankets for the truck only to have that missing and charged on my account (improve that) another inconvenience after paying scheduled loaders by the hour! My next transport pick up understandably, which I had no problem with and very patient, was handled by a new training employee. They failed or forgot to install the "pigtail," a risky mistake that could cost loss of life or property (improve on training). On realization hours into the trip, I called the respective stores for both missing equipment (dolly + blanket and pigtail) and asked for manager of store to locally resolve the issues. Annoyingly asking for a manager transfers to traffic which is time wasting and irritating having to explain a whole titanic story of the situation (improve on direct contact to store manager). I insisted on dealing with managers on each store, who were graciously polite professional and mitigated the issue(s); credit on final destination, additional mileage to cover the inconvenience and redirection to a location to in sulfur springs to pick up a pigtail. This location made me extremely uncomfortable as a small town and obviously reminded me I am different as a person. As a military member outside my uniform, I was disjointed by the obvious perception afforded (improve on cultural diversity and sensitivity). Finally, I have had storage your sister company when deployed for lengthily periods and was offered military discounts, yet moving equipment is offered none. My military bank associated with budget offered discounted deals, but I settled for Uhaul for once and believe a respectable number of military members use your services all year round (improve on discount for members). Finally, shit happens and there is always a bathroom that can use home improvement and upgrades. May the force be with you...surprise me. R/ M.e.

Fuel was said to have been 7/8 full. It was only 3/4 full and I couldn't turn around and go back. So I had to pay extra when I dropped it off.

After I unloaded the truck into the storage, I.noticed a door open behind my unit..it was rat infested and trash was everywhere. I reported this is Garret who basically ignored my concern and argued that there was nothing he could do about it because the unit was leased. I would've to disagree, this is a health code violation and I informed him of this fact. He then went on to say they were aware of this and it was the only unit that was available for me.
