I drove in town but the rate per mile was a little high .. I wish it was whenever you drive more the rate goes down , I think a dollar a mile is a lot at least to me it is

I had reserved a truck for pickup for 7. Stood in line for 30 minutes behind walk-ins. When I finally saw my truck I realized it was too small, your online recommendation for what you think a 1 bedroom apartment is wrong. I if there's anything bigger available but there's not. Have they helped the person who actually reserved a truck first I would of been able to upgrade. And to make matters worse the 10 foot doesn't have a ramp. Had to make multiple trips, had to hand lift everything into the truck and service wasnt up to expectations. The employees were nice but still my worst uhaul experience and I use you everytime I move.

The location I had initially reserved my truck at called me a day before let me know it wasnt available. They offered me an upgrade to a larger vehicle or extra miles to pick up the truck I wanted at another location. Have a more detail format for customer to navigate the website, and give employees more responsibility to resolve customers problem. Instead of having customers go to different entities to resolve issue that can be handle on the spot. Customers are always supposed to come first.

It’s a minor complaint. The windows her greasy and dirty on the inside and outside and I couldn’t see well when driving... the truck had no wiper fluid so I used my personal windex to clean it . That was the only problem. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rest of the truck was clean

There were two employees assisting us. The first gentleman was not friendly and not necessarily rude, however, he needs to clean up his language. My husband asked where to put the trailer we were returning. He said, "over there by the other fucking trailers." This is VERY unprofessional and we did not experience his vulgar language at all. The other person who assisted us in backing the trailer in was very pleasant and nice.

Only giving two stars because of some issues I’ve encountered which I will get into. Starting with the positive first...when I made my reservation the rep that helped me was very friendly, helpful, & had much knowledge about what she was doing. When I arrived to pick up the truck, the transaction was smooth and the young lady who checked me out was kind and thorough. I ended up having to extend my reservation due to issues that I encountered outside of UHaul. I kept the 10 foot truck for a total of 2 days and brought it back clean & with an full tank of gas. When I came inside there was no one in the building, I figured maybe the employee had to run to the restroom. I waited inside for about 10 minutes before someone was able to finally assist me. I explained I had a return and she explained she wasn’t sure where her boss was but she had just come on to her shift, and was yet aware how to do a return. She stated that when her boss returned she could process the return and email me the receipt..& i agreed. We checked the gas and the mileage and I went on my way. With the additional day of use I knew I’d encounter additional fees, and it left me with just a little bit of money in my account until I get paid again. I took my children to grab dinner at McDonald’s and when I tried to use my card it continued to decline. I revised the charges, and it showed uhaul charged $171.61 this was more tha n I budgeted for, so I calculated the math again, & realized I was overcharged. I called customer service and she clarified indeed I was charged for 3 days not just the 2 that I had the equipment for. She created a ticket to refund me the daily fee and the insurance of $14 (reference #2048696) this has left me with no money for the weekend as well as likely an overdraft fee from your employee making a careless mistake.

Fuel level was below E when I picked it up. My assigned truck was blocked in by another truck. My truck had a large gash on the passenger side. Truck was missing key to the padlock. Everyone I spoke with about these issues kept saying the phrase “our policy”. I don’t care about your policies I just want my problems fixed.
