Not rip there customers off. And send them out with piece of crap trucks I clearly notated i only used 3 packs of pads they still charged for 4. And it was still zipped up. I also left many remarks about how much damage was previously in the truck and how we couldn’t do our job correctly. Thanks to this location we had to waste time.

You should put brightly colored removable silicon caps on the receiver nuts that should not be removed, until it has been tightened to avoid situations, like what happened to me. The trailer detached from the ball on my truck, while going 55 mph on the freeway, banged into my truck 4 timesand not 15 minutes after leaving the store; quite alarming! Also the trailer leaked on my stuff.

Make sure your customers know the time their truck/vans are due back. I knew that I rented to 20 foot for 6 hours, but somehow missed the time it was due back. I only realized that I used it for a bit longer when the $20 late fee showed on my bill. I think the charge was fair, I just think I would have planned a little differently if I realized my time was getting tight. I loved your point-man Dylan Rhodes. He was polite, professional, and totally charming. Thank you for making my moving so simple.

This is the worst U-Haul facility I have EVER encountered. Poorly run & under staffed-the "storage" area was a joke. I was given wrong prices & information about the units & had to rush to another facility before it closed (on a Sunday). I will never go to this location again, nor will I refer it. If I hadn't had a better experience at other locations I would say I wouldn't use U-Haul ever again.

There was human or dog excrement in the corner of the uhaul with gloves over it. It stunk it was never pointed out and the trailer was not checked by the employee before I left. I had to do a thorough cleaning and disinfect it before I loaded the trailer.

Somehow they signed me up for a 44 hour rental instead of a 24 hour rental. I wasn't aware they did that and was puzzled by a doubled insurance price from a rental I did 5 weeks ago. I figured it out quite a bit later. Also, it took them about 20 minutes to figure out which truck to give me. They had to move 2 or 3 trucks to get to the 1 they eventually decided to give me.

I really don’t like the way they workers work there I rent the trailer for one day and they try’s to charge-me for 2 days .they really not what they are doing ! Please check your workers these can happen again .

Service was quick, polite friendly. Only complains were the 26' van I rented had the check engine light on the whole time and the exterior of the van was dirty. Despite those two small issues the van did its job.

Clean YES! But the steering and transmission needed work. There was excessive play in the steering. I drive a box van for work so I was able to keep it in my lane but I would say that this truck was dangerous. In addition the truck didn't shift properly from one gear to the next. The RPM's over revved before shifting into the next gear. Otherwise... the tires were new, and the interior was immaculate.

Rather than give “I don’t know answers” call management or use available resources to find answers for customer concerns. I shouldn’t of had to step aside to call the main line to get transferred to a manager to have an issue fixed myself while at the location.

Staff was very unprofessional. Seemed to have an attitude as soon as i walked through the door. I have rented a Uhaul truck almost every day since I've been in San Diego and never have i been through so much extra tanted mess. It was definitely an experience i would never hope my customers ever get.

I'm not impressed by the new way to verify damages before driving away. I don't want to go to some app to look at pictures of the truck that were taken too far away to see any damage, then try to figure out how to use your app to take and load a picture of damage that I think your pictures may not show. It adds too much time to the checkout process, especially when I just stood in line while you checked in other people. I think you are hoping people are too lazy to go through all that so you can say they caused damages.

Due to the location it feels less than secure. Maybe some more cameras and a security guard present would incline me to recommend it to my male friends, but as it stands I wouldn't send a woman down there on her own even during the daytime, unless she was Xena The Warrior Princess. Other than that it was great, the staff is professional and friendly, the facility is clean and well maintained, and the truck I rented was perfect. I will continue to rent from this location in the future, but I am trained for situational awareness and in several different forms of unarmed combat, so it's not a big deal to me. Thanks for taking my opinion into consideration, and have a great day!

I gave an average rating because on my receipt it showed a charge for furniture pads, which I didn’t request nor received. If the person receiving the equipment hadn’t asked for them, I wouldn’t known about this extra charge.

I rented the truck for about 8 hours. These guys, sent over the receipt 3 days later with 3 days worth of charges. Tried calling to have this mistake fixed over the next 5 days. No return call, no email reply. I don't think I'll use this branch again. Shady

Management permits homeless to live in units. They pretend they don't allow it but they don't do anything to stop it. I moved out of the unit with belongings filled with roaches. Just terrible!

They were under staffed and had no functioning forklift. My U-Boxes had to come on 3 separate trailers, taking up way too much space and making the unloading process much more difficult.

You all don't seem competent in what you do. The fact that I had to talk to the manager to point me to the right unit and that we had to get another manager to remove the extra charge is ridiculous.

Drop off requirements don’t match the dates in contract i.e. when contract says final day is 5/5 you must return vehicle or keycard by 5pm on 5/4 which pushes customers time frame.
