First month being free with truck rental was the sole reason for selecting this unit/location. Honestly a bit disappointed with the quality of the unit. I'd say "you get what you paid for" but a similar sized unit with a competitor closer to my location with much better ease of access was also a lot nicer. Issues from first glance: immediately notifed of local transient issue, cracked/flimsy dry wall into neighboring unit (took photo), chicken wire ceiling, hall to unit is ridiculously narrow (honestly surprised I made it work), used rat poison unit filled with poop and poison spilt on floor, visibly saw roaches crawling along the wall of a unit in same hallway (took photo). I'm not going to go through the hassle of moving everything to a different unit/location because I don't have time for that so: you got me.

The one that I could not understand is their requirement for me to take insurance from them only for coverage. My insurance covers uhaul rentals and I could show documentation but they refuse. Other uhaul locations accept it. I felt it was a way for this one to bump up the cost....

As of now I had damage to my personal property and have not been able to get in touch with a representative of REPWEST to claim damages to my vehicle from the tow due to them not working weekends. I just moved to California and I now have no vehicle until my car gets fixed because it is not drivable from the damages. The damages are less than the total personal property damage cost. I am still waiting to see if this will be resolved.
