The location itself was good. Very clean and professional. I was given a truck with a known check engine light and was told that everything was okay. He's not a technician and I'm sure he shared what he knew. Turn around to get the truck back on time and now the truck won't start. When it did, it's making loud noises. Eventually we were able to get the truck back in one piece to the location but went through a lot to make this happen. The truck should've NEVER been rented out. His managers should've never allowed him to do so. I will not be using uhaul again after this.devante L.

The truck was not in good working condition at all. This truck should not have been put in the road. It did not go above 20 miles per hour the transmission was shifting so bad the truck was jumping and the check engine light along with a green wrench kept popping up on the screen. Our trip took longer that expected because the truck was not working properly. Then we I went to return the truck the computer had us down for renting the truck for two days our paperwork showed we only wanted it for one. So lucky the lady was still cleaning the building so she was able to physically check me in and fix the information on the computer. Over all this was a very bad experience and I should not have had to pay for such bad equipment. ðŸ‘ŽðŸ½TERRANCE S.

The service was great, but the employees need to be better equipped. They can be (and were) excellent but if the technology they're working with is garbage, it's going to taint the experience. I waited probably about half an hour for the computers to work properly. In addition, the tool for accepting credit cards has a light up indicator where you tap your card for payment. But apparently U-Haul doesn't use/accept that technology and in addition to not accepting payment, it messes up the (already slow) computer system and requires restarting the application process. Also, the online check-in / check-out method doesn't work well with high-definition cameras. If the picture I take is too high resolution, it won't upload. Not sure if this is a U-haul problem or an android problem but if I hadn't spent 20 minutes figuring out a work-around ,I would not have been able to properly check out.GEOFFREY P.

Let's behavior has also been passed down to one of her employees. I'm gonna say don't waste your time with this location go elsewhere unless you Are looking for the scary monster experience. The reservation system is terrible. I was told there may or may not be a truck there when I reserved a truck a month before. Then I was told that my 24 reservation was now only for 12 hours if there was a truck at all.Arthur H.
I had a horrible experience with Uhaul . The absolute worst . I made a reservation a week in advance that was confirmed to me and the day before I have to pick up the truck I am told that they don't have it all if a suddenly and I was given a new reservation at a new location that didn't have it either . That one day I was given 3 different confirmed reservations and all of them were wrong and did not have a truck . I had to speak to countless reps and store reps I was given different information by each I was promised a credit and did not receive confirmation of one and the woman at the Lilburn location did not by any means provide good customer service continued to send me to scheduling because she said she has no availability and doesn't know why they are sending me to her.LAUREN H.

I rented a pickup truck and it was guaranteed. But when I reached there I was informed that there was no pickup truck available. I had to take a van. I needed a truck and to get that I choose a location 8.5 miles away from my home. So I had to drive extra 17 miles just for nothing. I paid for that extra mileages.AKM B.

My whole experience was terrible with Uhaul. I will never use this company again. I made a reservation for 10 am. I had to call the company for them to tell me they didn't have one. Then I traveled 30 min out of my way. No compensation for the inconvenience. Then I was told I would be reimbursed for the unused mileage and days. Which was a lie. But that is what your agent told me. Then I was given a truck that was shaking and not working properly for my 891 mile trip. Then I arrived and after informing the agent of all the issues with the rental and the truck. Nobody cared no one was helpful. All I was met with was misinformed and questions about your equipment. I will never promote your company nor your piss poor equipment. What a disappointing your company is and don't worry. I will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms and all of your rated websites. So thanks for ruining my move from Philly to Atl.Zacara Y.

I have used this location multiple times for storage as well as truck rental. Cassie, as well as everyone else in the office, was super helpful with answering questions and explaining procedures. Communication. Because I was in a rush I didn't think to ask certain questions but I do believe it's the employees job to make sure certain things are discussed. Like when I will be bringing back the truck and so forth. The lady didn't ask me or tell me when the store closed she just wrote down 6:45. I didn't know until I looked at my contract after the fact. But I was too busy to call and ask for what the policy was when returning the truck after hours. She didn't give me any information I had to just figure it out. Which made it take even longer. I wasn't thrilled about paying $200+ for a one day truck rental, where the details weren't discussed properly. But I guess this is how you guys get money out of people so I will know better next time.DEJA C.

This was the worst experience I ever had doing business with anyone. I will never use u- haul truck rental ever again. I reservation was at the Rockbridge location @ 10 am. I showed early and was informed my reservation was at a different location & sent me there. That location was closed and didn't open till 11:30. So now I had to go back to the rockbridge location and had to get a smaller van which isn't what I reserved. So now my move took twice as long. Dissatisfied is an understatement. Again I will never rent from u-haul again and will discouraged everyone I come in contact with to do the same.WILFRED C.
