My truck wasn't at the location that I reserved for. It would be helpful if you all called to let me know that my truck isn't at the location that I needed to pick up from. The second location was great, they had everything I needed.

The truck itself worked fine. However I was not informed that I would need to provide my own padlock as the one on the truck was not functional. Although there was a key provided for the lock. I had to rush to a store while leaving the truck unlocked and loaded with my things to find a lock for the back door. I made this complaint to the manager Michelle who took no accountability. At the very least she should have took ownership for the lack of information provided at the time of the rental. She was very unprofessional. Also the gas gage was not working properly which caused me to over fuel the truck significantly. The manager was made aware and left me a voicemail offering a useless store credit of $10 as if I move daily or often at all. The credit was insulting. I called the Michelle back and left a message that went unanswered. The customer service provided by her was subpar and unsatisfactory. I would not reccommemd this location to anyone.

Very impressed with the manager Michelle. The communication was clear and timely. The Uhaul truck gave us zero issues, something that was important to us while on our journey across the country. We would use Uhaul again for future moves.

I was given a reservation at this location from the Snellville, Hwy 124 location. All of my info was entered by Snellville. I was told that I would have the rental for 6 hours and could return it after hours. When I got to the Lilburn location, Miles Parsons could not pull up the reservation and had to call someone for help because he did not know how. We arrived at 2:15 pm. After finally finding the reservation, he told us that we could not return it in 6 hours. He stated that he would have to put in 5 pm, but that as long as it was returned by 5:30 pm, that day, we would not be charged extra. He put the check out time as 2:40 pm, and we did not get out of there until 3 pm because he sent us up to the trailer, while he dealt with another customer. We returned the trailer and had it parked in its spot at 5:19 pm that same day. (7/9/17). As we were beginning to park it, the manager, Michelle Allen, came up the hill and directed us as to how and where to park it. She became angry because she wanted it pushed further back up a hill. We were unable to do so, due to a large muddy, area that my son's truck was bogging down in. The trailer was put in the same area that she requested, just a couple feet short of where she was demanding. She stormed off without a word and sped away in her truck. She did not check the trailer in. I called the next day (Monday, July 10) at 11:55 am and spoke with Julia. I discussed the events and asked about the trailer and bill. She claimed it had not been checked in and I would get an email of the bill later. I found the email and the subsequent charges today, July 11. They charged me for two days. I was supposed to be charged $58.25 and I was charged $116.50. This is unacceptable! I had the trailer for exactly 2 hours and 19 minutes. Even using the checkout sheet it was only 2 hours and 49 minutes. I have called and was sent to another number where they took a complaint. The reference ID is 1461845. The service at this Uhaul was horrendous. The behavior was horrendous! I expect to have at the very least, the extra charge of $58.25 credited to my credit card. More than that should be done to fix this. At this point, I will NEVER use Uhaul again and I will tell everyone that I know about the horrendous behavior and the overcharging. Please rectify this situation.
