I was discriminated against. She took my picture at this location saying in case I dobt bring the truck back. I will not be using uhaul in the future, I'll be using turo. ATTENDANT IS RACIST. After all that they pulled the dirtiest truck on the lot for me. Had huge engine oil spills in the bed sticking like glue every where steering and hand rest was an isaw. No more uhaul rental, I'll go somewhere they don't call you a thief to your face. UHAUL SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! Every location always has some kind of discriminatory policy. I had a good experience, there was only one incident that I will explain in detail: I rented a pick-up truck but didn't realize that this unit had the incorrect tires, it seems were not the correct ones (size and type) and also in a pretty bad condition, I took the unit home and next day I went to pick up some furniture but when I arrived to my destination, I realized the drive side tire was flat, I went to the closest tire shop to get it inflated but the guy told me that those tires were not the right ones and were not in a good condition, he only inflate it and recommended to get back to the U-HAUL location to get it replaced, I followed his recommendation but when I arrived, the U-HAUL staff told me that they couldn't fix or replace the tire, that I needed to call road assistance, I called them and was waiting at the parking lot for about 90 minutes, when the road assistance guy arrived, he recognized the vehicle and mentioned that he was called out for road assistance about a week ago on the same unit, and he stated that those tires on the vehicle where not the correct ones, he mentioned that he needed some kind of authorization to replaced them and called someone, at the end he recommended me to talk to U-HAUL staff and they gave me another unit, I lost about two hours of my day getting this situation fixed, at the end I was not compensated for the miles I used to drive back to the U-HAUL location neither my time.Julio S.

This is my first time using Uhaul. I am really amazed how Mr Kevin was really on top of everything. I didn't even had to ask for help. Mr Kevin show me step-by-step how to hook up the trailer. We made a reservation for a 20 ft truck and it wasn't available so we have to go with a 15 foot truck. We made a reservation for two furniture dollies and they only had one, other than that everything else was great.Bianey D.

We returned the trk on Easter Sunday along with 50 or 60 other people. There were only 2 guys working. They had to ck trks in, do an inspection, get the customer a receipt. Needless to say they could have used some help.MARGARET S.

The truck was filthy had to switch it, when they switched it they charged my other card which still has a charge. Talked to customer care and they want me to call the location which doesn't pick up to close open contract. The utility dolly that I rented wasn't available. Took over an hour just to finalize the process. Horrible. Now I have to keep trying to reach the location to get a refund. Ridiculous. Very unsatisfied with the service I received.Jesus R.

I dropped off the Uhaul after hours around 11:30 and a random guy came up to me in the Uhaul and was harassing me and I didn't feel safe. I had to call 911 for the man to go away. I waited a few minutes and then finally got out of the Uhaul, returned the keys and ran to my car.Kelly A.

We can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.ISAAC P. | First Impressions

Spent hours, mileage, and had partially unloaded the truck only to find out the reserved storage unit was not available. That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. The storage units are small and not sized as advertised. Small doors to access unit and hard to get to. How dumb to have the larger units up a set of 10 stairs!?
