When I first tried to start the truck the battery was dead. The Uhaul employee worked on it and got it to start. I was apprehensive about the truck after that but he assured me that it was just a loose wire and the truck would be fine. It was fine I had no additional problems.

Xavier R.To whom this may concern: I made a reservation for a pickup on January 19th and I had the worst customer service ever by Shania. I had to acknowledge myself because she wouldn't look at me and treated me as if I was a nuisance, She had the most careless and childish attitude and swiftly made the point that I'm there for her and not the other way around. I get to the truck and this is the second time that I get a pickup that reeks of cigarettes (it's just like driving an ashtray.) It's very off putting to get this kind of service when you're already dealing with a move on your own - it makes it unpleasant. I hope I can get some feedback on this because it's not the first and most likely won't be the last. Thank you.

This was my first time renting and I felt unsatisfied with the customer service from her. I would not recommend this U haul in Lynwood due to this encounter. I entered, was not greeted, not explained anything and felt very uncomfortable. She was on her phone texting the entire time and had an attitude like she was mad at us because we came in the store. I hope management checks this employee because it represents the company and she leaves a very bad impression.

Jose G.I was disappointed that the truck I rented did not come with a ramp, which made lifting heavy objects (i.e., refrigerator) onto the truck bed quite challenging. This should be very visibly noted on the description. Other than that, I appreciate the late mobile check-in option. It was very convenient and easy to use. Thank you.

Also very disappointed when I went to move out they informed be I would not be getting back a refund of the amount I paid for and never used. It appears your company double dips....they charge me for first 2 weeks of September while renting it out to someone else. That is very dirty business. I will never use Uhaul again based on this experience.

Sylder C. | Overall ExperienceWe can't access the facility when they had told us that we could 24/7 go in our storage. We had asked beforehand and so we left to load the uhaul 10" truck. To our surprise it was closed, every single time that I input the code it would says access denied so we decided to call the GM number on the board. And it was no use. When she finally answered she referred me to customer service. Waiting for 40 minutes, Tony from customer service tried to help as much as he can on his end, when on the line with him he told us to contact the GM again. And so I did, she kept hanging up on my calls a and then after another few more calls she finally turned of the phone. And so we had no choice but to leave the truck and take off because next day I had to work and 4 am. I can't keep on waiting for her to keep on ignoring the situation. It was a mess, we got there at 7pm and left around 9 it was cold and we were freezing. A very bad experience and to finish it off we where not the only ones waiting there other customers all concerned and confused on why was it all closed. The extra charges on the rental and everything needs to be fixed too. Just unbelievable the first time getting the storage in that area and will be the last time. I don't know if I want to again go to one of uhaul locations and get a self storage after this. So disappointing.

That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. Absolutely will never rent a storage from uhaul ever again.

Cannot store large furniture in this facility easily. My units has a rat trap and cockroaches. Very uncomfortable leaving anything nice here.
