My Card was way over charged had 2 charges that I tried to show and explain to the worker at desk which she replied she doesn't know how that charge came and I should call my card but it clearly showed that it was charged 10 minutes before by u haul. I was not happy at allBYRON C.

make sure the key that open the back door of the u-haul truck is connect with the driver key. we drive 5 miles to our location but we was unable to open back door so we have to drive back to the location and pick up the key so we can load the truck. what a day it was.JOHNNY W.

Worst U-haul location that I've ever been too. Everyone there should be fired. lazy, rude employees. It took a hour for me to get my truck, even though I had reservations. Because there were two customers who had a problem. They received a truck with the gas meter on E. Took them over 30 mins to get them solved. So everyone had to wait because one employee was upset and felt disrespected because those two ladies were mad because they received a truck on E and refused to drive it. So the girl working the counter just stood there not helping anyone and let the other girl help others. So I received my truck a hour late Then I had to bring it back at a certain time, for what? I needed it all day. I couldn't even go pick up a couch and my fridge to my new place because they needed the truck back at 4PM. Like why? I bring the truck back and they were over 20 trucks there. So now it gets even better, so after me waiting a hour, 1 hour less that I get now and me getting phone calls about getting the truck at 4. I bring the truck back, this other worker is going to accuse me hitting the truck. I didn't hit anything, it was like that when I got it. These garbage workers kept saying to me, everytime I had a problem. Did you take pictures? Like what for? Y'all never said anything about that. I bring the truck back, the next day they charge me $52 for a gas charge. Like wtf for? I brought the truck back with more gas then received. This girl who worker there is going to tell me that I received the truck on a 1/4 tank. Actually it was a 1/8. I put $10, drove 42 miles. That's almost 3 gallons of gas. You're telling me that the smallest uhaul truck get less than 15 miles per gallon? So okay whatever, we can go with that. So now the girl tells me, it would cost $22 from where I left the truck to refill to where it was. Are you kidding me? I left it over a 1/8 of a tank, more gas than i received. If I drove 42 miles on $10. How they hell would it cost $22 to get from 1/8 to a 1/4 of a tank? Then a $30 automatic fee for the gas being less. Y'all are scandalous. Good experience, thanks guys. I literally hate U-Haul now. I rented a U-Haul two years ago and drove from San Diego to Los Angeles. 120 miles, had the truck for 2 days and costed me less than $120. How come this time, i drove the truck for 42 miles and for half a day and yet it was almost $130. Y'all lost my business.Julian W.

This location gave me a truck that had less gas then what the contract marked. I even took a picture and showed them. The miliage on the truck struck a mile as soon as I pulled out of the facility and I was charged $20 dollars for over night fee! U-haul is a reap off. You guys should be ashamed for charging extra fees and lying on the gas and miliage. I put gas and brought it back with the right amount but yet was charged 3 gallons. Amazing how uhaul wants to make a buck! I'm disgusted by your company!ALEJANDRO G.

Took over 1hr to get a trailer after telling the lady I was going to palmdale she booked the trailer as in town instead of 1 way, called and instead of fixing the mistake I was told I would get charged additional 300$ if I don't return it back to same location so I was forced to drive 2hrs each way to return the trailer called customer service only to be put on hold time after time and was on hold for 45min only to be hung up on horrible experienceRICARDO W.

I didn't get the rep's name but the young lady running the shop was working with a new staff. This meant that she had to handle everything that they had not been certified to do. She handled everything and everyone with grace, poise, and attention to detail that seemed impossible to do with the customer load and needs. Their computer system was slow / down . When they gave me the truck it had damages that the system didn't have . It had less gas then what it showed . I went back and told the lady that helped me who turns out it's the owner asked if they can correct and physically inspect the truck she said no And she said the system is very slow but take pictures of everything and that's it . it would be ok . When I returned the truck. A different girls was there . A new guy inspected the truck . I told him what had happened when I picked it up and he said . I don't know much about anything I'm new told him it's clean and I gassed it to what it had . He said ok I walked inside. the girl said that I could leave that everything was fine . The she would email me my receipt. When I got home she had charged me a$30 fueling fee. And $20 some dollars for gas . I returned it with the same gas I picked it up . I paid for gas so this wouldn't happen . I called her she puts me on old for over 15 minutes. I hanged up and called again and now it was closed . I tried talking to someone from u haul . Was on hold for 30 minutes. No one ever answered. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company . And never renting from you guys again . I have pictures and videos of what it was when I picked it up just like she asked me to . And they do this to people just to charge more . That's not right and I won't stand for that . The service person in the front desk making the contract is not very clear in explaining exact details. He forgot to cover details. I drove off and was not told that the box had a lock on the door, I was not asked if I was renting hourly or daily. When I checked in they tried to charge me a late fee . I was under the impression that I had already paid daily . The person making the contract simply needs to be more detailed and focused. He has his mind everywhere else except into his work.JUAN A.

If you reserve online be sure it’s not after business hours if you plan on moving right away, due to Covid the locks are placed in your unit. However the office was closed so you won’t be able to get your lock or have it placed inside.Mauricia B. | Online Move In

Spent hours, mileage, and had partially unloaded the truck only to find out the reserved storage unit was not available. That meant I had to put everything back into the truck, buy a lock, and park the truck overnight resulting in a late fee for truck return. The storage units are small and not sized as advertised. Small doors to access unit and hard to get to. How dumb to have the larger units up a set of 10 stairs!?
