I returned the vehicle with 3/4 tank of fuel, as I was supposed to. I dropped it off after hours.The next day I received a final bill...with $156.50 of fuel charges because the location said the tank was empty. I contacted U-Haul to dispute the charge and they gave me a hard time, even after I sent them a picture of the fuel gauge that I took before I left the vehicle. They started a dispute resolution which may or may not resolve the situation and could take 3 to 5 days to get my money back. Ridiculous.
William BI drove about 20 miles round trip. She told me the truck was full of gas and I foolishly believed her. 20 miles and it cost 26 dollars to fill it up. It obviously was not full when I got it. When I returned the truck there were 2 other customers wondering where she was. After about 5 minutes she reappeared. She was flustered. There should have been 2 people working. She was overwhelmed and I felt bad for her. You're lucky you have no competition, I would use somebody if I had a choice.

CHURCH BThe truck had steering issues the engine light kept coming on warnings blinking loud humming from the front on the freeway. To top it off almost 300$ because the truck I rented and paid full price for had to be returned after only a few hours in the middle of my move but now I see why cause then I'll have to rent another truck And pay more milage for the same trip it's genius. Not very good business but it works for uhaul. I won't consider using uhaul in the future. For the price just rent a brand new vehicle down at enterprise it's cheaper and unlimited milage.

Jason H | Overall ExperienceReduce the time to rent the vehicle/trailer. The return is very quick and easy but the check out took around a half hour.
BEN EMy only complaint is that I was charged for the full rental period even though I had to return the vehicle early because it was over reserved which was fine I could have just returned the truck and kept the trailer to load then rent the truck again the next availability time to deliver my load and then return both truck and trailer. Instead I was unable to move what I needed to move and will now have to pay another rental fee to complete the same move. Had I been able to use the equipment for a normal rental period of one day I would have had no problem. They did offer to switch them out with a box truck but that would have required an additional 60 miles of travel and the cost would have doubled anyways. I just think there is something we could have arranged had this all been communicated in the first place. I would have just waited to rent the truck on a day that I could actually have the time I was renting it for I guess is what I think bout it

Sakib OThere's nothing I can complain about. The two ladies that helped us were great! We had an issue on our van with our wiring connector for the lights and they didn't stop until they found out problem and fixed it. It may have taken more time to get us done, but they never complained or seemed upset. We were there for two hours, but their positive attitude made the time pass quickly. I'm so glad we used the Marietta U-Haul facility. Highly recommend!!!!
Janis KSince we rented a u-haul moving van, too, we were able to qualify for the first month free on the storage rental. That was a big factor because u-haul’s storage rental monthly fee is higher vs local storage unit company that we use.

Dale HTrailer tie down did not work I had to tie down in different locations to secure load broke a new strap since recommended location were not working cost me 40 $ a refund of 20 would been the right thing to do instead of having a rude associate

Linda SRented a car hauler. The trailer surface was full of mud on the front right. It was about 3-4 inches deep and was about 2-3 long. I had to powerwash the trailer before use. I also had the tread come off from one of the tires about 1 hour into my trip.

TYLER SThe trailer we rented had been having problems with lighting and was thought to be fixed. 30 mikes up the road the light went out. Lucky for me I had a portable trailer light set up with me that I taped to the trailer to continue my journey. Eke tricks issues are sometime tricky to permanently fix. More time should be spent to ensure repairs actually fix the problem. The wiring obviously has a ground or short in it somewhere. Other than that our experience with employees was very positive and pleasant!
ROBERT CAbsolutely, amazingly helpful! They helped me pick the exact vehicle i needed! She also calculated mileage costs for me since it was an unplanned move it was awesome to know the price beforehand! Boxes were great price. They made the process easy. The van holds way more than you think and it has a lot of power too. Great choice! Also did late night drop off and the place was well lit and very safe area!

PAUL FThe back of the truck, it was mostly clean, just some little debris laying around, and there was no Dolly or moving blankets in the truck for an option to use. Unless you guys don't add those anymore unless asked don't know been a long time since I rented one, but I know they used to add them and when you used them, they would bill you for it when you dropped it off.
